My friend and I stayed at this hotel so that we could go see a hockey game at the Glens Falls Civic Center. Our check-in was great, the clerk was very friendly and helpful, as well as the clerk who checked us out the next day. We stayed in a smoking room, and the hallways did smell like stale cigarettes, but when a hotel allows smoking, that's kind […] of expected. We were informed the hotel is doing away with smoking rooms within the next month, so for anyone with concerns, they will be doing away with that soon. Great location right off the highway, Taco Bell next door, plenty of convenience stores around, and the downtown area has a lot to offer. Overall, a great stay! Read more

Less than 2 miles from the Civic Center. Everything was fine and the price was less than reasonable. Clean room and friendly staff. Just note: breakfast only goes until 9am. We missed breakfast because I though it was until 10am but that was my error because on the door to the breakfast room clearly stated 6am-9am.

checking in front desk was chatting on the phone with personal phone call and igoring me. Room stunk like musty/smokie smell. Bathroom- Tub had a few hairs in it, shower curtin was all moldy. Lamp shades had black spots, carpet you could tell wasn't vaccumed, condments/coffee were already opened with used coffee filters in it, cups had ring around wet […] coffee. The Bed so old and uncomfortable,sheets were very wringled,sheets were also inside out,Pillow cases werent even on all the way,pillows were so flat. Breakfast didn't have much of anything at all. Go to check out had to wait 10mins to be noiced even ringing the bell. It was o.k. We knew it would be a busy area. When you got out of the stairway and walked onto the floor you could smell old cigarette smoke. We did not get to try the continental breakfast as we were there for the Balloon Festival and the morning launch is before breakfast is served. Probably would try another hotel next time.

Easy access, small continental breakfast. Plenty of parking. Quiet. Only issue I had was something was incorrect with the booking and was locked out of my room so I would go to the front desk. We got in at 11:30pm with a 3 year old.

Smelled AWFUL! They first put me in a room FAR away from the smoking section and it had old worn out drab green bedclothes. Then they moved me CLOSER to the smoke smell and I could hardly take it. My stay at Super 8 was what I expected. The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast area was neat and clean and well supplied. The room (smoke free) had a very musty smell and I kept the temperature low which helped. The room had 2 beds and after 5 nights on one bed and a backache I switched to the other bed. A construction company working right next to the hotel. They stay in the hotel and party all night. The workers drink beer all night in the parking lot. Construction noise at six in the morning. The carpets have not been cleaned. The smell in the hallways. The breakfast sucked....I can go on.......................noisy from the expressway

When we arrived my wife checked the sheets and they had urine stains on them. When I contacted the front desk, she stated that it would be an hour to 2 hours before they et someone over to change them. Their was a brown stain behind the tolit on the floor. The next day we had asked for room to be cleaned, my wife marked the sheets with a red marker […] and we came back from Six Flags later that night the sheets were still on the bed. So I contacted the front desk and she stated that the room was cleaned and the bed sheets were changed. I said thats funny because we marked them and our marks are still on the sheets. I stayed there for the bar.exam. It was a quiet location and the.staff.was very friendly and helpful. The major plus was the free wifi and breakfast. Only real down side was the hallways smelled of cigarette smoke, I had a smoke free room so once inside the smoke smell was gone. All in all a good stay.

Terrible for the cost. Internet spotty at best. In room Microwave and Frig didn't work and couldn't get fixed. Had to move to another room to get internet to work at all and this room had no Frig or Microwave. Ask for a King bed ended up with two full size. Go up North one exit

IT WAS OK BUT THE ONLY PROBLEM THAT WE HA WAS THAT WE WHERE TOLD THAT WE COULD GET A FRIDGE AND WHEN WE GOT THERE THEY SAID ALL THE ROOMS WITH FRIDGE WERE TAKEN, MEANWHILE WE HAD BOOKED ROOM AT LEAST A MONTH IN ADVANCE. ALSO NO IRONS AND NO MICROWAVES SHOULD AT LEAST HAVE THESE ACCOMODATIONS. THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN A GREAT ROOM.
