nice hotel, many amenities, staff was very friendly. There are only 2 things that I would change. The Lodge needs a computer so the customers can print boarding passes the night before their flight. Also, some type of coffee maker for odd hours of the day or night. My wife and I had an appointment at 5:30am and it would have been nice to get a quick […] cup of coffee. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. We stayed in a 2-bedroom suite for a sister's retreat, and the accommodations fit our needs perfectly. The kitchen was fully equipped, the bedrooms large and the living area a bit small. We enjoyed our stay and plan to return!

This is more like a condo with maid service. Don't expect a lot of hotel services. pool, spa, fitness center are all great. There is a ski rental place on site. Restaurant was never open (except when we were not there). therefore you either cook yourself (kitchen has all of the basic equipment) or you go out! drive to nearest restaurant is10 minutes. […] this place is not on the bus route. The best part was the convenience to Deer Crest Gondola. Furniture needs updating but adequate. and ESPN was no where to be found during BOWL week! but we did have weird Showtime channels. Read more

We found the Lodge to be a good value for a family looking for the convenience of a hotel and the flexibility of a condo. This is more a condo than a hotel but the basic services are there, i.e.. housekeeping, front desk, hot tub, gym, etc. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. The only problem we had was that the fire alarm would go off often […] (due to smoke from cooking in someone's room) and the doors to the elevators and hallways would close automatically. We were surprised at how big the overall 2room suite was. A long hallway and kitchen/living room separated the kids' room from ours. The kids were amazed and said it was the best hotel we've ever stayed in --- even though the pool is outside. We didn't even attempt the hot tubs outside and the pool was closed, of course. We had a total of 3 balconies. […] A warm fireplace, fridge, stove, dishwasher and dishes...We could have stayed a while! We have 4 kids, but they slept comfortably in 3 beds - 2 were sofa beds. The staff were so nice at this hotel and very welcoming upon our arrival. We were even given a complimentary welcoming basket with bottled water and biscotti for the whole family when we checked in. The room was awesome! It was spacious with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, and 3 full bathrooms and views of the mountains from the patio. Loved the underground parking garage. Was nice nit having a cold car in the morning. However, we werent impressed by the late checkin policy. No one after 7pm at the front desk. You have to call a # posted on the door for instructions. If you want complete privacy and to feel likr you are by yourself, this is the place.

The price was great for the room we were in. Of course, it was off season though. Room was nice and tidy. I'm kind of a neat freak and think the walls, doors and light switches should be cleaned routinely and you could see noticeable spills and smudges. Not enough pillows. Pleasant surprise, the room was comfortable, although we had a murphy bed that was probably not the most comfortable (my only negative of our one nite), it was not the the worst ever. The worst part - there front desk was only staffed from 11 AM to 7 PM, ensuring that there was no one there when I arrived and no one there when I departed. I had to call an operator in another city, who was extremely helpful in walking me though how to access the parking garage, navigate to the front desk, and to the safe where my room key was kept. […] But this sort of thing should never happen. The best part - the off season rate. As for the room, it was a little dated and worn, but at one time was very nice and the view out my window, which I enjoyed briefly in the morning, showed why people stay there. I am sure that during ski season this is a great place to stay, but not during off season when you are simply traveling from point A to B and need a place to lay your head. Was a little worried when we arrived to find out that check in was not until 4 PM, but the hostest at the front desk was very helpful. She took my cell number and said she would see if she could get the room ready earlier and would call once it was available. I stayed with my wife for one night. The hotel is well maintained and the staff were very friendly and able to answer any questions that I had. We went in the off season and it was quiet and we had easy access to everything available. It is not too far from Park City.

We stayed for our anniversary/valentines weekend, we had just had dinner in park city and arrived back at the hotel and the fire alarm went off. There was no one at the front desk to help guests. The Fire Department came and determined someone had burnt thier toast, but said that these false alarms happen often at this hotel. The conntinentel breakfast […] was ok, just basic breakfast food. our room was big and comfortable except for the sheets and pillows were not very good! The sheets were to short to stay tucked in and the pillows were very flat and uncomfortable. Wechose this hotel as we had 2teenagers who needed separate. Bedding. The 2 bedroom unit was huge and the 2nd bedroom had a queen bed and a sofa bed. Kitchen was near brand new. Only prob waswe found ourselves driving to Park City 2 or 3 times a day which added time and gas money.
