WE HAVE STAYED HERE BEFORE AND IT WAS GREAT BUT THIS TIME WE WERE DISAPPOINTED. WHEN WE ARRIVED I WANTED TO USE THE BUSINESS CENTER TO PRINT OUR BORDING PASSES FOR OUR FLIGHT THE NEXT DAY BUT WAS INFORMED THE PRINTER WAS NOT WORKING. THEY DID PRINT THEM FOR ME USING THEIR COMPUTER BUT I HAD TO GIVE THEM PERSONAL INFORMATION IN A VERY PUBLIC LOBBY. WHEN […] WE GOT TO OUR SUITE MY WIFE WANTED TO COOK ME A DINNER AND SEEINGS THAT THE SUITE HAD A "FULL" KITCHEN SHE BOUGHT FOOD AND WAS EXCITED TO COOK. WELL THERE WAS NOTHING TO COOK WITH EXCEPT ONE SMALL SAUCE PAN..NO FRYING PAN..NO BIGGER POT..NOTHING. THIS PLACE HAS GONE DOWN HILL. WHEN WE COMPLAINED WE WERE TOLD THAT FORMER GUEST KEEP STEALING THE ITEMS...DUH..CHARGE THEM AND THEN REPLACE THEM. The rooms were nice and clean. The staff was very helpful and courteous. I was disappointed in the supplies in the kitchen. There was 1 skillet 1pot and eating utensils for 3 in our 2 bedroom suite. Other than that I was happy with Chase Suites.

There was nothing spectacular or awful about out stay at this hotel. It is set up like apartments\condos. Full kitchen if needed. The lobby area was very nice and cozy. Only one fast food eatery close by. Staff were friendly.

The hotel was in a great spot, room was large and comfortable. Beds do need updating as they were visibly sagging. Staff was friendly and breakfast was good.

Did not care for the extra small bathroom. No king size beds. The room did not look cleaned and they could't take us to the airport because it was not in their set times of departure. But they advertise to take you to the airport and park your car for FREE. The do not. We will not be back.

It is a nicely priced hotel, the people are very friendly and helpful, though the only disappointment was the traffic noise. Since I am right behind the main building on the 2nd floor, noise was considerably louder, but not to the point where it would kill my sleep. I would stay here again for future travels.

Not your typical hotel - several four unit little "houses". Some with fireplaces, some with walkouts, some with balconies. Clean, nicely furnished rooms with full kitchens and all the supplies. Extremely friendly, helpful staff.

Stayed there for a few nights while we were ordering products for our new home. Reviews were mixed but we decided to try it out anyway. It was clean, convenient and very affordable. I would recommend that you take an upper floor as it can get noisy on the ground floor

I have stayed at Chase Suites since it's prior existence as a Residence Inn. It has maintained the same quality and is my stay of choice when visiting Kansas City. Because of the layout, parking next to your room can make for a rather short walk, but overall it is all positive.

The room was very well appointed. We only stayed one night, but it would have been great for a week. Manager's Special was a wonderful potato bar. Plus, we were offered a beer or glass of wine.

The property itself was very nice. We rented a two bedroom, 2 bath for the night before our vacation. It was a very reasonable rate especially given the fact that we left our car there for the week. The staff was super friendly and did every thing to meet our needs. Our family was delighted with Chase Suites Hotel. The hotel was clean & very conveniently located. We enjoyed the upper-loft set-up and the fact there was a pull out couch as well. The beds were extemely soft and comfortable! Our only suggestion for improvement would be a better window blind to block out the outside light from the windows. It was as though we stayed in a Condominium, not merely a simple Hotel. This place had numerous small 2-story buildings, each with several hotel rooms. Our room was the cheapest they had, yet it had a loaded kitchen... dishwasher (plus soap), coffee machine (plus coffee), sink, oven, stove, a huge fridge, trash bin, recycle bin, large table/countertop, […] 2 bar stools with backs, drawers/cabinets with: utensils, plates, bowls, cups, mixing bowl, large spoons, spatula, pots, pans, colander, toaster. The bathroom had: large open floor space, sink, full-length mirror, and behind a door was a toilet and a shower/bath. The main room had: bed, 2 bedside tables with lamps, 3 large closets with shelves, iron, ironing board, 2 ottomans, functional fireplace, long couch, window with light-blocking curtains, window with blinds, wall-mounted flat screen TV (close to the couch, not the bed), wall-mounted thermostat (old design but very effective), fast and free wireless Internet access. External benefits: pretty gazebo, outdoor pool, room with exercise machines, 5-mile-radius shuttle service, mini-grocery store near the front desk, lovely dining area with many chairs/tables, 2 free 2-hour meals ("breakfast" and "manager's reception") that serve: bagels, muffins, cereal, oatmeal, fruit, eggs, a yummy hash-brown-breakfast casserole, yogurt, OJ, coffee, milk, hearty salad with egg slices, popcorn, cookies, soda, soup, and a few other things I can't remember. I stayed at the hotel because of a huge snowstorm and the airport was closed. The staff was really great handling the situation of a blizzard. They were incredibly helpful and had a great attitude!

Really nice room, it was clean, the bed was comfortable. The staff weren't overly friendly but were nice enough. Enjoyed the fact that it was a little bit (15 minutes) off the beaten path in a quieter area.

I rented a room at Chase for one night because they had airport shuttle service, turns out they only have it for a a short window of time. The staff were rude when i spoke with them and I still have not heard back from someone at the site that I called. Also, my room had cobwebs hanging over the bed, and showers were from the 1980s with fuzzy shower […] curtains. The shuttle service to/from the airport is only available from 6am-10pm. They did arrange for a shuttle for our 6am departure flight but they will not for our 11:48pm returning flight. Guess we will have to arrange that while out of the country. We did find out that other hotels around the airport have 24 hour shuttle available - next time we will look […] for that. In the loft room, the valance was completely covered in dust - the tv's in the bedroom/loft are very old and one of the remote controls did not work. The shower was comparable to a garden hose.
