Great location close to Deutsche Oper Berlin and served by bus less than 100m walk from the front door, less than 30 minutes to the Hauptbahnhof by bus and S-bahn. Excellent breakfast, one of the best I've had at the price. My only complaint is some smoking jerk in the floor below would blow his garbage out his window and of course it would be sucked directly into my windows. Thankfully the air-conditioning was working perfectly.

Had a really great stay. My girlfriend and I really enjoyed to friendliness of the staff and the comfort of the room. The only real complaint I have is that the doors and room are not that well sound proofed and you can hear everything in the hallway. But overall, good comfortable stay.

We stayed a week at the hotel and enjoyed it. Best locaition in Berlin, very close to most museums. also very close to the S & U Bohn and trains. Shopping is near by. I would stay again when in Berlin.

Very nice. No complaints. Had to pay for breakfast and wifi and parking but that seems to be standard in Europe. Breakfast was exceptionally good, great variety and quality. Room was very nice as was Hotel. Front desk staff was friendly, helpfl and spoke good English. Could walk safetly from Hotel to major attractions. On a street car and subway route. Would stay here again.

Everything was very good, including the restaurant. There are only a few things I would change: 1. The room had an old rundowned carpet. No matter how much you vacuum it, it does not look clean. Would much rather have a hardwood floor or something similar. 2. The "business room" is a very tinny space with only one computer. For the money I payed, I would expect a "real" bussiness room with three or four PC's, etc. 3. The espresso coffee machine never worked (although you can get good coffee just about everywhere around the place). Other than that, it is a great hotel ... specially the view, WOW ... awesome ... and the location can't be better. The staff was very friendly too.

I'm torn between writing this review and sharing info about this great hotel, or just shutting up and keeping it a secret. Right now the place is such a great deal that its hard to believe they can keep it up. The Q is in the heart of Charlottenburg just steps off the Ku'Dam, Berlin's Champs Elysees or Madison Avenue or Rodeo Drive. The neighborhood […] looks like Paris with adorable squares lined with cafes and restaurants. This is not the gritty, funky (or really fun) Berlin, like Kreuzberg or Mitte, but it was a great base of operations and only a very convenient U-ban or S-ban ride away from those areas. However, it is the Berlin neighborhood closest to the airport if that matters, so in 15 minutes you're there. The hotel is an anomaly in the neighborhood of classic European architecture; it has a hip swinging sixties, James-Bond-ish vibe, with a cool bar and restaurant area. (for better or worse, since the bar area is only open to hotel members, I rarely saw another soul. You're not going to get a bustling bar scene at this hotel). There's very nice spa with Sauna and steamroom and like the room themselves, the spa area is spotless. The room was perfectly spartan/minimalist with great touches like windows that open (as well as A/C), tons of closet space and a great bed. I don't think I've ever been in a cleaner hotel room. The staff is young and attentive and very helpful. All in all, this place is an amazing value if you don't mind staying a 15 minute train ride away from the "real" Berlin action. Read more

Great location, close to the U, good restaurants around it, easy to get anywhere. Not a place for quietness since the club downstairs goes on very late but great if that's what you want
"Clean but TINY"
Room was very clean, staff very nice. Quiet. But expect TINY. Like if someone is sitting at the desk the chair backs up to the bed so you're climbing over to get by. Not a pain but if you are not alone, you'll have to navigate. Like a ship's cabin on a cruise ship - it is a small room but smartly designed. I was so looking forward to seeing this hotel considering it has been in many design magazines & books. I was a bit disappointed, but appreciated that in its time it had its innovative moments. "Too hot inside the room"
Although a nice hotel concerning design and staff, the malfunctioning air condition made my stay uncomfortable. All they could offer me as help was a small noisy table fan that of course did nothing else but disturb the sleep. "TOO SMALL"
The hotel is very nicely designed , BUT: The rooms are very small for 2 people, The transparent shower is qute but very small. The staff is excellent, nice, ready to help and know all the best places in town - I highly recommend the staff
"Design Hotel"
The Hotel Q! is a very modern and design hotel. The room was big enough for 2 persons and the funny part of it was the shower and the bath tub are directly inside the room. Everything was clean and relaxing according to the minima design of the room. I enjoy the big shower and the large bed too. Breakfast area and the bar of the hotel are not very spacious […] but the black leather chairs, the red carpet and wooden design walls make you feel like you are part of the Berlin star life.. Hotel Q! is located in the heart of shopping area of West Berlin. Ku’damm is just 1 min walk and the nearest train station is in Savignyplatz. Everything was perfect. I recommend this hotel to young couple that like a small fashion and design hotel in the a central location in Berlin. Read more

"Centralt og lækkert"
Hotellet ligger meget centralt tæt på Kurfürstendamm i en hyggelig gade med flere små hyggelige cafeer hvor man kan få en fin morgenmad. I forlængelse af gaden ligger Sauvignypladsen med mange hyggelige restauranter. Det lile saunaområde er lækkert at slappe af i om aftenen.

Olin erittäin tyytyväinen hotelliimme. Palvelu oli ystävällistä, hotelli siisti ja moderni. Hotellihuoneemme oli melko pieni, mutta saimme sen halvalla. Sijainti oli myös erittäin hyvä. Kylpyläpuolelta löytyi suomalaista saunaa muistuttava sauna, höyryhuone, hiekoitettu rentoutumishuone rantatuoleineen ja musiikkeineen sekä pesutilat. Yleisissä kylpytiloissa […] miehet ja naiset olivat kaikki sekaisin, mikä hieman alkuun itseäni häiritsi. Lähes kaikki peittivät kuitenkin pyyhkein intiimialueensa myös saunassa, näin myös me. Dette hotel er specielt på den gode måde. Designværelset vi fik var supert og tilmed med en balkon som havde udsigt til bl.a. Kurfürstendam. Personalet i receptionen var yderst serviceminded og søde. Vores besøg på restaurenten var en dårlig oplevelse hvor stort set alt gik galt og det levede på ingen måde op til hotellets ellers meget høje standard. Et […] godt råd er at spise andet sted. "Super Hotel"
Rigtig lækkert hotel, der ligger lige i hjertet af byen. Hvis man er til shopping er det stedet at bo. En dejlig seng, god plads på værelset og super service fra personalet (der alle snakket glimrende engelsk). Eneste lille plet på oplevelsen, var designeren af hotellet havde været lige lovlig frisk med placering af håndvasken. Den sidder ved siden […] af sengen, hvilke betyder der ikke er spejl ved håndvasken (lidt et problem med barbering). Kan klart anbefales. Read more

Zimmer sauber und schön eingerichtet. U- und S-Bahn schnell zu fuß zu erreichen. Alles bestens gewesen.
"Bra hotell, dyr frokost"
Hotel Q! er et designer hotell, det merkes godt når en kommer inn i resepsjonen. Rommet jeg hadde var bra, og stort nok. Den store overraskelsen var når jeg ruslet ned for å ta frokost og fikk servert en regning på 20 € for en helt grei, men ikke eksepsjonell, hotell frokost.

"Perfekt beliggenhed."
Et godt hotel, det ligger perfekt. En lille sidegade til Kurfürstendamm. Et rent og lille hotel med duft pinde og rødt lys på gangene...lidt usmageligt. Bar og resturant i et samt gårdhave. Vi spiste ikke på hotellet overhovedet, men sikkert fint (og dyrt) Værelserne er flotte, men dumt og upraktisk indrettet. Og lidt klamt med håndvask ved sengen, […] og ikke på toilettet. Vi kørte selv, men brugte ikke hotellets parkeringsservice, da der lidt længere henne af gaden var et parkeringshus til 10euro pr døgn. Dog synes vi det lige var "rigeligt" sagt med fitness og wellness. Wellness var med fælles omklædning og bad, hviklet måske liiiige overskrider de flestes grænser:-) Samt fitness var et rum på 12kvm med en multimaskine,en motionscykel og et par håndvægte. Når dette er sagt så var det ganske fint, men måske lige rigelig dyrt i forhold til hvad de tilbyder. Read more
"Bel hôtel dans un beau quartier"
L'Hôtel Q bénéficie d'un emplacement idéal dans un quartier cossu du vieux Berlin et à quelques enjambées des boutiques et du KaDeWe. Le parking y est aisé (en tout cas en juillet) L'hôtel se distingue particulièrement par son design qui saura séduire les amateurs. Deux petites remarques néanmoins : tout d'abord le matelas est beaucoup trop mou pour […] un repos complet et il faut prier la réceptionniste pour avoir suffisamment de gel douche pour le séjour. "God beliggenhed + fine værelser"
Dog var deres air-con svært at styre, så vi havde nogle lune nætter. Værelserne var ret fine - lidt stor seng i forhold til værelsets størrelse. Vigtig info: Hvis man bestiller alm. dobbeltværelse er det en god ide at kende hinanden godt, da bad foregår bag glasdør midt i værelset. Hotel mangler navn ved selve hotellet. Man vet bare at man har funnet hotellet når man ser på gatenummer. Fin og leker dusj! - men sikkert bare sexy for unge par! - man ser alt! Ansate burde hilse når man går forbi resepsjonen. Bar/Restauraunt er ikke innbydene, siden planløsningen med resepsjoen er rart og Baren ikke er særlig åpnet mot gaten. Hotel propre et très bien situé. Chambre de petite taille et peu pratique; absence de coffre-fort. Lobby très sombre. Accueil peu aimable et condescendant par l'équipe de la réception. Accès difficile au Spa ( toujours fermé)
"trendiges Hotel in guter Lage"
haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war sehr heiss in den Tagen und wenn man dann das Fenster offen lässt ist es ziemlich laut (trotz Innenhoffenster), es läuft ständig irgendwo eine sehr laute Klimaanlage. Empfangsbereich, Sitzmöglichkeit vor dem Hotel und im Innenhof und die Zimmer sind super gestaltet.
"Design ist nicht alles"
Design ist nicht alles und ist der Mode unterworfen. Wir hätten mehr Komfort erwartet, angefangen von grösseren Handtüchern, dem coolen aber total unhandlichen Waschbecken über den nervigen Ventilator der sich bei jeder Bewegung im Nassbereich einschaltet. Das Zimmer 104 ist zu meiden da dies 4 meter über der Knesebeckstrasse liegt und die Fussgänger […] direkt ins Zimmer schauen können da es ja keine uncoolen Tagesvorhänge gibt. Im weiteren ist gleich an der Aussenwand beim linken Fenster eine NeonWerbungstafel des danebengelegenen Supermarkts Netto angebracht die die ganze Nacht hellgelb leuchtet und diese auch mit Nachtvorhängen nicht davon abbringt morgens um 2 Uhr ein Strandfeeling im Zimmer zu verbreiten. Der Fitness- und Spabereich kann erst abends ab 18 Uhr benützt werden (warum ist mir ein Rätsel). Im grossen und ganzen ok aber wir werden es nicht weiterempfehlen da es zu cool und unpersönlich ist. Der Westen der Stadt hat immer noch den besonderen Charme. Das Q gehört daher für mich immer noch zu den Top Locations, um diese Ecke zu erleben. Nicht aufgeregt, toller Service und immer noch Top Design.

"Godt design hotel til billige penge."
Et udemærket hotel med venligt og hjælpsomt personale. Værelsernes størrelse er ok, og disse er veludstyrede med iPod docking station, livstilsmagasiner og godt sengetøj - dog en beskeden minibar. Nåede desværre aldrig at besøge hverken, bar, restaurant eller gårdhave på stedet. Disse er sikkert et besøg værd.

Meget hyggelig hotellopphold, med fantastisk service. Rommet var meget bra, og det samme var resten av hotellet. Nært å gå til undergrunn, og mange gode restauranter i nærheten. Ligger rett ved en av hovedhandlegatene i Berlin. Anbefaler dette hotellet til andre.

"Fint hotel"
Vi var på en 5 dages tur til Berlin. Hotellet tilbyder parkering til 20€ i døgnet. Dette kan man selv foretage i parkeringshuset 50 meter ved siden af hotellet til 10€ i døgnet. Jeg mener endda, at det er samme parkeringshus, som hotellet benytter. Vi spiste morgenmaden på en fortorvscafe lige på den anden side af Kurstfürstendamm til venstre for hotellet. […] Samlet pris for to mand med røræg, kaffe/te og brød/pålæg ca 17€. Deres wellness afdeling er guld værd, når man har travet Berlin rundt hele dagen. Der er dampbad og sauna, samt et afslapningsområde med fint sand. Måden at integrere bad og håndvaske i værelset på var sikkert en god ide på tegnebrædtet, men virker lidt tåbelig. Tænk desuden på hvor mange fækale efterladenskaber der er på dørhåndtaget på indersiden af toilettet, når håndvasken er UDENFOR selve toilettet! Deres Wifi er gratis nu. Man skal bare bede om adgang i alle de dage man er der. Read more
"Very nice hotel"
Hotel Q in Ku'damm is a very nice hotel indeed. We were very impressed by the design and comfort of the room. The service was great and the cleaning too. Maybe one should consider if the breakfast is worth the 20 euros though. Overall a very good hotel. Recommended!

Glimrende hotel placeret i en behagelig ende af byen og tæt på det meste, der er noget ved for en komfortorienteret tourist. Flink, hjælpsom betjening og yderst rimelige priser. Hotellet er gennemført hvad angår design og koncept, som er skarpt, smart, men til tider smartere end man selv må føle sig efter en lang dags turist vandring i byen. Drauf achten: Zimmer nach hinten buchen; zur Straße hin kann es sehr laut werden... Der kleine SPA-Bereich ist prima und sehr gepflegt.

Rally Nice place, with great rooms and great service! The only ting that wasnt fantastic Was the wellness room, that only contained a sauna, a steam bath and a sand room. Web had hoped for a spabath!
