Wasn't sure about this place, as it was so reasonable on hotels.com, but the reviews were all great. It was a pleasant surprise/confirmation when we got there. The design/decor in the lobby/rooms is modern and beautiful. Seems like the whole place was just redone. The staff was friendly and attentive, the courtyard and pool areas (yes, there are 2 pools) […] are beautiful, peaceful ad very well maintained. It's within walking to the main strip, Palm Canyon Drive. This is really minor, but the only thing that didn't work for us was the shower head. It was low and for us being 6 feet +, was not the most comfortable experience. The bathroom itself is marble and really nice. This place is a steal at the rates they offer on hotels.com, etc. I can't wait to go back. Read more

I stay in the Palm Springs area often but this was my first visit to 7 Springs Inn. The courtyard is beautiful and comfortable. The staff was very accommodating (I needed work papers printed and it was a hassle). The room was clean, although there was no proper desk nor a couch but the room was large. We had a poolside room and even though it was during […] the Coachella weekend, it was still relatively quiet. The downside to the hotel is all the nickel and diming they do: an extra fee per person each night, a fee for a crib each night, a fee for a toothbrush et. cetera. The worst part of the hotel is the parking. Even though the lot is close to the front of the building, on a busy night, it is very difficult to find a spot. Read more

The hotel is nice, and the staff very friendly. the problem is that the rooms do not have the windows, the entrance door is also the window, so if you want to air the room you have to leave the door open and most of the time faces your bed, so no privacy at all.Hopefullly they'll get bathroom furniture soon, there was not counter space to put your bathroom […] things. This is the fourth time I've stayed at 7 Springs in the last few months. The rate are very reasonable for the area, the rooms are clean, the grounds are nice and the location is good. The only complaint I have is that parking can be a bit of a challenge when they are busy/full, but that should not discourage anyone from staying at this great little […] hotel. Read more

The bed was very mushy. There was no screen on the window so you couldn't use it for night air. The AC's outside also made it impossible to use the window because they were right outside our window & very loud. Ceiling fan would of helped that out. The air conditioner was too loud. Check in was fast and easy. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Walked down a few blocks to the heart of (whats left) Palm Springs. I will stay here again when visiting.

Overall good stay, room was extremely cold even though there was a remote control for the temperature. Room decor was great except for a chair that was old and stained, it detracted from the overall appearance. Lastly, there was very little room in the bathroom, no shelving whatsoever.

This hotel is older but been remodeled and is very nice. It's close to the downtown arts area and lots of places to eat. The parking is terrible. Not enough spots for all of their guests, but street parking is available. There is security onsite at night which is great. Everyone working there is nice and concerned about your comfort.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the 7 Springs Inn & Suites, and we would definitely stay there again.

The manager graciously re-organized rooms so we could check in early before we left for the day to attend Coachella's Music Festival. The room had comfortable beds and the bathroom was nicely remodeled and updated. The walk-in closet was a bit dark and hard to access, and we were never able to locate the switch for the overhead light in the room, so […] it was kind of cave-like during most of the visit. Will highly recommend your establishment to my friends and family will come back again

Absolutely no complaints about the quality of the rooms. The hotel appears to be have been recently renovated. Beautiful rooms, very clean and spacious. Bedding is all new clean and fresh. Very nice renovation. My only complaint is that the pool is not heated.

The facility was great as a whole but they are limited to the amount of parking spots available. I had to park down the street with my vehicle partially on the street. Unfortunately for us we were staying there during Coachella so no one was checking out on time which killed any chance of early check-in. Though I only stayed for one night, this place was quite the stay! From the outside, it looks like any ol' hotel off the 111, but upon entering the establishment you know this place is pretty swanky. There's fabulous 70's decor that's prevalent throughout. Staff is quick and friendly. The layout of the place is quite nice; small and well-maintained-- […] a lot like a small apartment community. The room itself was great! Spacious with cool colors on the wall; Watchmen quotations on the wall too?! This place is just cool. The bed was the BEST! Down comforter and pillows, wonderful pillow-top king sized mattress... you could swim in it! I would stay again just to sleep all day. This was a great hotel for the price. Close drive to shopping and restaurants. Hotel room was clean and comfortable. Cool retro design. Pool was small but overall great place. I would stay again.

I booked my stay rather late and found they had a rooms available. Upon arrival, I explained to the desk I had my family with me and they upgraded us for $20 a night....was not bad for the room we received. Make no mistake, this is an older property. But it comes with a twist - its been renovated to a nice level. If you have a family and appreciate […] having a kitchen in your room you'll love it. The hotel had such a homey feel. We throughouly enjoyed it, however was a little dissapointed with the front desk staff. We arrived at the hotel at 11am and the girl took my cell # and said she would call me before 3pm to let me know the room was ready for us. I understand check-in time is not until 3pm. A clean hotel with manicured lawn and clean rooms. Luz Gonzalez was very professional making my family and I feel at home. I would recommend this little hotel to anyone!

Went to Palm Springs on a week long business trip and only needed a place to sleep. The room was large and the bed comfortable--not too hard, not too soft. The area was quiet during the evening. Parking is limited, but I had no problem finding a place to park. Wifi is available, but seemed a bit slow. The courtyard was well maintained. Quiet, clean, cheap. It was great! Stayed with kids. Staff was awesome. Parking lot was limited, but there was adequate street parking. Will stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay we had the extra large rooms with a kitchen and bedrooms and bath upstairs and downstairs slept 8 people We only had 4 very comfortable staff very obliging the neighbor hood is sketchy at night parking very tight if u come after hours .nice hot tub and pool small though. I went with my boyfriend for the night. We got a beautiful full kitchen room. The staff was super helpful in showing us where everything was in town and looking up hours that places were open. We mentioned we may want to go into the spa (it was 11pm) and he brought beach towels to our room. The room was a good size, and came with pots, pans, bowls, […] and silverware which we really appreciated. Seven females stayed in the 2 bedroom suite w/ plenty of room. Nice walk to downtown. Short drive to groceries/coffee shop. Hotel is quaint and quiet. Service was excellent. Very friendly staff. The only downside was their parking lot. There is a limited number of spots. Would stay here again.

We had a very nice time in Palm Springs and the hotel we just great. We were u[ graded to a suite, which was a nice surprise. The desk clerk, Luz, was very nice.

Having arrived at the hotel rather late in the evening, we were pleasantly surprised by the friendly and hospitable welcome we received. The hotel was very modern and clean. Parking was limited but not a problem. The only disappointment was that we could not stay longer.

I stayed at the 7 Springs during the height of tourist season, during the PNB tennis tournament. Great location, very close to downtown Palm Springs, but just off the beaten path enough to be quiet. Very nice pool and sun bathing area, art deco rooms, updated bathrooms and beds. Only downside is parking--I had to park on the street. We stayed here for 4 nights, and it was everything we expected and some more. The hotel is modern, clean, and the kitchens are nicely done and well equipt. The staff were wonderful and could not have been more helpful. Would recomend this hotel to everyone

Stayed here for a conference at the convention center. Was about 15 minute fairly brisk walk one way, but very doable (given it was February not sweltering July). This is a decent hotel - definitely aged, not all too gracefully but the staff is friendly and the convenience of a suite with full kitchen is hard to come by. Nice little court yard with […] some grass, a couple of chairs/tables just outside the fenced in pool area. Large volume traffic just outside the doors (Indian Canyon Rd) was not noticeable while sleeping (outside wall was my bathroom/part of kitchen). Am told they have great summer rates (probably most do in Palm Springs as it's not exactly peak season). Was convenient walk to Palm Canyon and all of the restaurants which was great. NOT close to the two grocery stores, however. I was told to go down 2 lights and take a right and just down the road a ways. This was achieved on foot and was 2.5 miles so consider a cab for return trip if shopping for a week's worth of groceries to stock your kitchen. VERY SPOTTY WIFI - could never connect to the 7 Springs internet but could connect with one or two bars to the lobby internet from the room. Much better coverage in the lobby or court yard to lobby network. Was told this is a major problem that continues to elude resolution. It was, however, free. I look for free internet and either free breakfast or the ability to cook my own. This place had both in some form. 3 star property but staff was accommodating. Read more

Love staying at this hotel!!!

The hotel was a pleasant surprise. The staff was gracious and even upgraded our room to a suite as our room was not ready when checking in. Full kitchen with all the amenities. For the price and location, this Palm Springs hotel is quite a deal. Great for short and extended stays.
