Wonderful location. Had a very comfortable junior suite with winter garden outside porch area on the third floor. Staff was very helpful courteous. Only odd things: the bathroom has no tub only a glass shower which had flat floor and leaked into the bathroom floor some. Also my stay was a week but the hotel did not provide coffee daily to make or at […] least every three days or a bottle of water. We spent a wonderful 5 days over Easter at Louise's Place. The staff was top notch, especially with our children (ages 5 and 7), the facilities were spotless, the room was well equipped and the beautiful pool was a huge hit with the kids. The hotel is a bit off the main tourist paths, but there is a subway station less than one block from the front […] door and you are thus never further than a 20 minute train ride from any spot in Berlin. Surrounding food options are good including a grocery market three blocks away for the guests that want to take advantage of the in room kitchenette. The wellness center includes a beautiful pool, well equipped workout room, proper full sauna and other amenities. The hotel was busy over the holiday weekend, but the staff always made us feel special. We recommend the hotel highly! Read more

Located on Berlin's Rodeo Drive, intimately close to the best restaurants and the most tony condo's (built at the turn of the last century for Germany's upper class) in Berlin, Louisa's […] Place truly is an aristocratic retreat for a fraction of the cost. Regardless of cost, I would pick this boutique hotel over any other in Berlin, and the location too. I know Berlin, all of it....don't waste your time and money, this is the place to stay. And, it's right next door to the subway line, U7, that runs right through the middle of Berlin and connects you to anywhere in Berlin, and Europe for that matter (through the Hbf and TXL). From TXL take the bus 109 to the subway station Jakob Kaiser Platz. Take the same line towards Rudow and get off a few stations later at the Adenauer Platz station, and you're there at the hotel. Couldn't be any easier and shorter. One other tip, get the public transit day pass or the 7 day pass for zone A&B, 7 day pass 26 Euros, and get anywhere in Berlin without turnstyles, paying, etc. Fabulous city. Fabulous hotel. I've stayed at this hotel several times and it has always been a generally positive experience. This visit I had to split my stay in two parts and one experience was better than the other. The first room was very comfortable but the shower drain started to smell after a couple of days. Housekeeping fixed the problem promptly but I wish I didn't have […] to ask. The second room had a fridge with a ghastly smell and I had to ask housekeeping to clean it twice before I could stock it with food.Also had to ask the service to replenish soap etc a couple of times.I had to ask for the sheets to be changed after 5 days which I thought was a bit over the top. Because I was a regular and a longer stay client I think they have become used to me there and perhaps less diligent about the quality of customer care. The hotel was really a collection of serviced apartments as far as I could make out which made it different in feel to a hotel. The children enjoyed the pool, although it could do with more seating around it. It is a little further out of Berlin than previous places we have stayed, with an additional bus or u bahn ride from the zoo station to get to […] it. This took about a further ten minutes. Awesome place to stay. Rooms are enormous compared to hotels in Paris or London. Our room had a nice balcony looking out over the K-Damm. Adenauer U-Station was right outside the front door (by the way, if you visit Berlin, you MUST use the public transit system, which ranks as one of the best and safest I have ever seen in any major city). We were greeted by very friendly & helpful staff who immediately made us feel welcome. On arrival we felt as though we had been welcomed into a family home not just a large boutique hotel. We had been given an upgrade from a family suite to an executive suite which was enormous. There was even a small balcony off the kitchen where one could sit and […] have breakfast in the sun. The suite was elegant & comfortable (even the sofa bed) beautifully clean (cleaned daily) and well equipped, Good sound proofing too as no sound of neighbours or from the street. We didn't have a bottle opener and when we requested that and an additional glass, they were there within minutes. The hotel was some distance from all the sites but the underground was very close. There were very good restaurants in the area which we took advantage of but also supermarkets nearby where we bought breakfast and breads, hams & cheeses & fresh fruit. When we needed a taxi, the hotel phoned for one and it was there in minutes. The gym looked amazing as did the sauna but we were too busy walking the city to take advantage of them unfortunately.The shopping in Kudamm as the locals refer to it, is amazing with everthing from designer range to general department stores and all within walking distance, some about 20 minutes. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for good accommodation in Berlin, excellent value. Read more

The story about not wanting to move a lady who had been in hospital didn't ring true, but it was fine and we enjoyed our stay. I would suggest you look at the map carefully before booking as it takes at least half an hour to get to central sites such as Museum Island and Check Point Charlie. Traveled as family, male 44, female 42, girl 8, boy 6. Booked a Deluxe Suite which had 2 rooms + kitchen. Arrived Tuesday 4.10.2011 at 12:00 stayed until Friday 7.10.2011 ca 18:00. Very friendly reception desk, uncomplicated and efficient check in. Placed suitcases into lobby and we were off into the city. Came back, receptionist lead us into Suite […] and explained all. Luggage was carried upwards. Very clean Suite with balcony to the backyard. Fantastic and above expectations. Familiy went swimming in the morning. Kids LOVED it. Celebrated our daughters birthday. Breakfast room/table was decorated for her (!) and a cake we ordered came in with candles (at a very fair price)! Again some inside advice from concierge in the morning. The staff made a HUGE difference to our city experience since they gave very targeted advice based on what we wanted to experience. Travel quite a lot - this stay was super. This was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Being in a suite made it feel like living in Berlin - the fully fitted kitchen allowed us to make our own breakfast or packed lunch to take out with us. One day we left the do not disturb note on the door until almost lunchtime and enjoyed a really peaceful lie in. The vestibule in the apartment […] meant we heard nothing from other guests or the cleaners in the morning. The hotel is near to a couple of supermarkets (the PennyMarkt on the next street was particularly useful). Although there are some sex shops/supermarkets in the area this was not a problem and I would be happy to take my grandchildren here antytime day or night. The staff could not have been more helpful and spoke perfect English, with a safe in the room, a key to the front door and our hotel suite we could not have felt more secure. What can we say. For a family of four with two teenage boys it was perfect. Definitely five star! Great location on Kurfürstendamm. Plenty of restaurants just outside the front door. Mycket bra hotell med vänlig och serviceinriktad personal.Tråkigt att det luktar simhall i entre´/lobby pga spaanläggningen i huset. Stora hotellrum och mycket centralt läge i Berlin. "nära till allt". Restauranger och butiker ligger i samma kvarter liksom U-Bahn och bussförbindelser, tex till tegel med buss 109 går från hållplats ca150m bort.

Min 20-årige sønn og jeg (mamma) tilbragte 3 fine førjulsdager i Berlin. Fra/til flyplass, til til/fra hotellet, gikk det hhv buss/bane, bane/buss, så og si fra dør til dør. På hotellet ble vi møtt av et svært hyggelig ungt personale. Vi opplevde oss oppriktig velkommen. Vi fikk god hjelp og mye nyttig informasjon. Hotellet var lite og av høy standard, […] rent, pent og med en delikat spa-avdeling. Vi er glade i å gå, og på vår vei ned Ku'dam gikk vi forbi "alle" de kjente eksklusive butikkene, noe mindre eksklusive kjedebutikkermed stort utvalg og julemarkeder med julestas før vi endte opp på KaDeWe, et kjempemessig kjøpesenter, der toppetasjenes matsalg/spiserier var helt utrolige. Vi tok sightseeinbuss Berlin rundt, hvor vi kunne hoppe av og på, avhengig av hvor vi ønsket å se "mer". Bussen gikk en kort spasertur fra hotellet. Vi hadde kostet på oss en liten suite, med et lite kjøkken. Vi laget vår frokost der. Rommene våre var pent møblert, - stilige og innbydende. Det ble noen spaserturer på oss, det skal sies, men vi vil helt klart bo der igjen ved en annen anledning. Hotellet anbefales. Read more

Hotel ligt naast U-Bahn en Bushalte en aan het begin van het winkelgedeelte van de Kurfürstendam en de kamers zijn toch heerlijk rustig. Geen overlast van het verkeer. Kamers zijn ruim en schoon, ontbijt perfect. Jammer dat er geen vrij WIFI wordt aangeboden. Service persoonlijk en behulpzaam.
