Check in was much later than 3pm. Also, this place definately needed more elevators. Wait time to get on at prime times was up to 10 minutes. The room was very clean but the beds were very stiff. Ok I suppose for families but would not recommend for couples.

The floors were nasty...the bathtub was broke and felt like it was falling in the blender didn't work...the furniture looked dirty... and the security latch on the door was broke. Probably will never stay there again.

I cannot fault this place, enjoyed it immensely. Everything was new without flaw, clean. Kitchen was stocked with all that was needed for our stay. On the beach, can't get better than that.I would definitely return.

This is our 2nd visit. I paid for the upgrade this time to have an ocean front view. It was a great view, but the room was not nearly as nice as last time. The resort was nice and we enjoyed our stay. The resort and our room were clean. There were a few things that needed repaired such as the closet door by the kitchen wouldn't close all the way and the one bathroom water in the sink would not get hot! This is a nice place, but the description needs work. It implies the units have washers and dryers. Some units have them, everyone else has a communal pay laundry. We stayed here two years ago and this year sought it out again. Close to everything and the beach is wonderful. Rooms are extremely nice and worth every penny. Gulf front rooms are a "can't miss!" This is my first choice for any future vacations!

Words can not describe how perfect this was. The view from our room was spectacular! The room was great, clean and spacious. Shops and restaurants were walking distance away and the board walk was like a 5 min drive. Everything was just great. My family and I will definitely be back next year!

Awesome location and staff was very helpful. Our room was very nice but the living room couch was not in very good shape, sunk way down in the middle, a storage trunk was broken and the condo had a odor. Would definately stay at the facility again but would probably choose a different room.

A very well run condo building on the beach in Destin. Really had a great time at this property. Easy parking, nice swiming pools indoor and outdoor). Only compliant is the bed in this unit had a noisey hard mattress that was very uncomfortable.

The only good thing about this hotel is the view. Carpet was so dirty, it was more of a black color rather than its original beige...coffee table's leg broke when I tried to move it, bathrooms were very small...overall the room was disappointing except for the exceptional Gulf view!

Paid for what u got..There was no housekeeping..It didnt feel like a vacation because we had to wash our own towels, buy our own toilet paper, paper towels...etc...If I knew I had to pay to get my room cleaned at the end of my stay, I would have paid more to stay at another hotel with better service..

Loved my stay and the view....Did not like the fact that after you have booked the room and arrive you are told that there is a 69.95 cleaning fee. I think that should be included since there is no daily service..The room was very, very clean and the price was good... Overall will be back!!!!!

Absolutely beautiful. The hotel pictures do not do justice for how nice our room was. It was very convenient to stay at this location with minimal needed use to travel in car anywhere. There is no room service (which didnt mind) The best part was the view, if you have the money it's worth it.

We were very pleased with these accomodations. The Condo was very bright and airy and the view from our balcony was fabulous. It overlooked the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. The restaurants in the area were very nice and there were many to choose from. I would absolutely stay there again. The shopping was great.

Pros...great view, right on the beach, 2 pools-1 heated inside, areas to tan, chairs on beach, free movie rentals, front desk people are nice and always there neutral...price is comparable to others in the same area cons...VCR was not hooked up in the living room, the guy at the desk hooked it up but the picture was in black and white with no sound, […] maintenance was not in until morning so we all had to watch on the bed...sounds like nothing, but it was to...the next day maintenance hooked it up right.; the metal piece that the front door hooks into fell off, again when maintenance was not there; door to closet in the bedroom was off its hinges, lights were out over the bed and one in the kitchen; then as we were leaving they came in to do repairs...not that we had told them about...so why wasn't it done before we got there? The complex is a little bit old. My unit had the old tube style TV's and the remote's did not work. Everything seemed a little worn. I'm sure the condo owners don't want to put their best furniture, etc. in the condos, but a little updating would be nice. Overall the view was great, it's right next to the beach, and a lot of restaurants.
