Everything was most enjoyable. The rooms were clean, staff very helpful and friendly and breakfast was great. The only downside was the pool, way too much chlorine.

This hotel was in a great location; in the middle of everthing! The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. The staff was pleasant and the breakfast was outstanding. We stayed at a four-star luxury hotel in Houston and it did not compare to this one. The luxury hotel did not have half of what we needed, but this one sure did. We will definitely stay at this hotel again.

The room was comfortable. I think the room rates are high for a 2 star hotel.

Cable reception was poor. Toilet ran all night long. Room was so close to freeway, we were waiting for the cars to come thru the window.

The hotel was nice and the people were also very nice and helpful. The only complaint i have is the A/C did not get cold enough and the room at night while sleeping got a little warm. Other than that it was peerfect for us.

Rooms were clean and the day front desk employees were very helpful. My only complaint was when we returned to the hotel after midnight from a family wedding and the lobby doors were locked. We were rudely chastised by the male employee and told we were supposed to use the side entrances which are located on the other side of the hotel. I explained were not told this at check-in and our room was located right next to the lobby. He let us in and rudely stated we needed to read the signs. We laughed it off, but we didn't appreciate the poor customer service.

The desk clerk was snotty and insulting, due to a Hotels.com booking error it took us 45 painfull minutes to check-in. After all that and numerous apologies, we did not recieve our requested wake-up call (either day - two different desk clerks). Indoor pool was not at all inviting-just a hot steamy room, when it was already hot and steamy outside.

The rate I received from Hotels.com was incredible for the quality of the hotel. The Comfort Inn was very clean and the room was spacious and comfortable.

Lovely, Homely hotel. It was quiet for us and the size of the room for the fee was great. I have already recommended the hotel to some else to visit soon. I like the fact that there was a refrigerator and microwave, plus a safe if needed in the room.

This was one of the cleanest Comfort Inn & Suite's that I have ever stayed at. The staff was well managed and it reflected in their work. I would definately recommend this facility.

This hotel was very clean and very comfortable for my husband and I. The bedding was cozy.

We enjoyed our overnight stay at this hotel. The service was great. Our children enjoyed the heated swimming pool. It is in a great location and we will go back to stay a weekend.

We loved staying in this hotel for two reasons: 1) Close proximity to both the Space Center and Kemah Boardwalk area 2) Staff was very friendly and gave us some great advice on local restaurants and sight seeing tips. Also, if you happen to stay here while on a trip to visit the space center, ask front desk about discount tickets that the hotel carries for their guests. We got about 50% off of our tickets for the space center!

Hotel was within reasonable driving distance to Johnson Space Center. Also close by Galveston Bay. Found a great local restaurant called "Tookies", just down the road at junction with highway 146. A funky burger joint, great for families. Don't miss their onion rings.

First impressions are everything-Right? On check-in we found the staff to be very friendly and accomodating. We were told of all the amenities the hotel offered and the times we could enjoy them. After we settled in, we went down to the front desk and enquired about local eateries. the clerk seemed thrilled we thought enough to ask her opinion and offered some enthusiastic choices-some we probably wouldn't have thought of such as a local Mediteranean grill etc.. The location was central to everything we wanted to visit on our vacation-Kemah Boardwalk, Galveston, Houston Museums and NASA!! The hotel offered an indoor heated pool, two seperate computer/internet centers and one of the best continental breakfasts we've been to. We stayed a full week this time and we definitely will be back again!

Nice,Quiet and Clean

We stayed at this hotel as the last night of a six night trip through Texas. We picked it because it was close to Johnson Space Center. The hotel was very clean and must have been recently remodeled. The hotel was very nice and well worth the money. Darby at the the front desk was very helpful with all my questions. We would stay here again with no questions. The breakfast was standard hotel fare but as with the rooms the area was kept very clean and there was enough food to go around. We went to Johnson Space Center, to the Kamah Broadwalk for dinner and even traveled the 30 miles to Galveston Island to hit the beach at sunset with the kids. If you are visiting JSC, this hotel is fairly close (just down the road) and a good place to stay.

This hotel was very nicely kept, quiet, and very clean. My kids really enjoyed the indoor heated pool and the Texas-shaped waffle iron at breakfast. I would definitely stay there again.

Great place to stay. Clean room, Clean Hotel, Great staff. Only areas of improvement was the room could be more sound proof. Could hear noises from outside room. All together compared to others a great place to stay.
