This was a great hotel to stay at if you're not too picky. It is a short walk to the hotel beach which isn't the best on the island but a nice beach none the less. We had hot water on the first day and cold water the rest of the trip. We went during the off season so there were many items on the menu of the hotel restaurant that were not available. Each unit has a kitchenette which was nice. All in all I would stay there again.

The hotel is overall nice. The standard of the room was excellent. However the breakfast was average - very little fruit and there was little choice. Furthermore the price for WIFI is ridiculous high - which for me is a big minus considering what the hotel actually pay for internet themselves. L'hôtel fait du surbooking : des clients ayant réservé se sont vus refusé une chambre et proposé une autre ailleurs, dans un autre hôtel plus loin, sans en connaitre les prestations. L'environnement de la piscine est dangereux : margelles cassées et mal réparées quand elles l'ont été. Les meubles de cuisine en terrasse soumis aux intempéries sont de […] mauvaises qualité. Le WIFI est payant, contrairement à de nombreux autres hébergements en Guadeloupe. A notre arrivée, la chambre "non fumeur" comme elles doivent toutes l'être, sentait extrêmement fort la cigarette. Nous avons dû demander à en changer et seul un aérosol a été passé dans cette chambre, le client précédent s'en sortant à bon compte. Dans la nouvelle chambre, des tâches de crème solaire éclaboussaient le meuble télé et la télé elle-même et le sol était sale et poussiéreux. Read more

Comme d'habitude aux Antilles, le staff est débordé avec 2 clients. On avait demandé un lit parapluie pour notre enfant de 16 mois et on a eu un lit d’appoint à la place et pour s'excuser le réceptionniste m'a dit que je n'avait cas faire une lettre à la direction! bref après 15h de voyage c'était très énervant... même pas un verre au bar pour s'excuser.... L’hôtel est a la hauteur des photos cadre et photos rien a reprocher , cependant a notre arrivée , nous avons eut l’impressions de déranger … réservation faite par internet , certainement des tarifs négociés pas en meure de motiver les troupes … mais pourtant le séjour n’était pas donné… Nous sommes résidents locaux , habitons en BT et régulièrement […] nous offrons un WE a l’hôtel a proximité de nos amis … Cadre de l’hôtel très sympa mais l’accueil pas réjouissant , Même sans vouloir être la mauvaise rumeur, c’est vraiment dommage, le cadre est idyllique, la déco de l’hôtel est atypique, les chambres sont très propres mais l’accueil et l’accompagnement vraiment décevant !!!
