had a lovely time, elemis spa treatment was amazing. however rooms were slightly cold as the heating had not been switched on for the winter yet.

What an impressive introduction... the drive up to the hotel is so pretty and the hotel is stunning. we were given a warm welcome by reception and were really happy with the room. The bed was the softest ive ever slep on. The room was located on the ground floor and looked over the garden. The only thing that let the room down a little was the bathroom, it all worked but was just very dated. Also the absence of a mini bar.

beautiful building and property that desperately needs a redo, carpets are worn, rooms are tired, we got a fab rate so didn't mind too much staff were wonderful

Need to learn to pick up the internal phone - had to go to the front desk in my pjamas to order room service!
