The staff was very accomodating. When my husband and I experienced a problem with our first room; the resort manager quickly apologized and relocated us to a new room which was an upgrade from the room we had. My husband, myself, and our 3 children stayed in this hotel for 3 nights, and had an amazing time! I had requested that we have a crib in our room prior to us arriving in case our 1-year old was asleep, and it was in the room. Even though the weather was a bit chilly, my kids thoroughly enjoyed all of the indoor and outdoor heated pools! We had an oceanfront […] efficiency room that included a kitchnette with all eating/cooking utensils, 2 queen beds (that could've been a little more comfortable), and killer views from the balcony! All in all, the hotel made the trip just that much more enjoyable. I guess the only complaint I would have is that the Starbucks located in the hotel didn't stay open long enough. It was open from 5am-11am, not good for a late sleeper!! Other than that, I can't complain. We had a wonderful and memorable time! Will definitely come back to this hotel in the future! When we originally checked into our room it smelled musty and the vent above the stove did not work but we made no complaint. Then the drain in the bath tub was stopped up so we asked for someone to come and look at it. The maintenance guy said he was going to have to call a plumber and said he was going to have them give us a different room. We waited […] a while and they never called and the smell was getting bad from the drain cleaner. I went up to the front desk and she then told me that there was no rooms to move me to, all she could do was send down housekeeping with something to help with the smell. So when I asked how we were supposed to shower I found she was unaware that the drain was still broke. She then said she did have a room available for us. The rest of the stay went just fine. However, I still thought it was aggravating to have maintenance not inform the front desk of the situation for so long and for the front desk to lie to me about not having a room. It was a clean hotel, recently updated and the pool situation was GREAT! They have a very warm indoor lazy river, indoor hot tub, indoor pool, and covered children's pool, as well as multiple outdoor pools including a very nice kid's splash park. Not a lot of restaurants right near this hotel. The maid rolled her eyes at me when she wanted to clean our suite at 9:15am, and I told her we were not ready to leave yet. Overall it was a great experience. The suite was spacious and comfortable with 3 small children and 2 adults.

We had several rooms. I had booked a king suite but was given 2 double beds instead. I didn't mention it as we arrived very late to the room and was tired. The floor and kitchen area were sticky so didn't take my shoes off. There was other peoples trash under the beds and the tv. The beds themselves were hard as rocks, but I do like a soft bed so...? […] The real kicker was the fact that we had only one parking space in their deck. You had to park any other cars on the street basically unsecure. I wouldn't even have minded if they charge extra for another car rather than leave it on the street? Rooms are old, small and not clean. To go to the indoor pool you have to go outside, which is not very good at low temperatures. The view from a seaside room is very nice, parking across the street is no problem.

Do not stay in their cheaper rooms, they are disgusting and you feel like you are in a bad motel. We upgraded to a suite after seeing our room with food crusted to the comforters. Our overall stay at the Sea Crest was good. The room was spacious and very clean. Large refrigerator and stove with dishes and utensils. The pools and access to the beach was good. Only think I didn't like was the parking. If you have a smaller vehicle such as Camry, Honda or just a passenger sedan you can fit in the parking deck easily. I have a large […] farm family and drive a large truck. I wanted to park in the oversized vehicle spots but was told I had to move to the parking deck. Trying to navigate a F350 crew cab long bed in a smaller parking deck was nerve racking. If there were lots of other larger vehicles in those spots I may have understood a little more but there wasn't. My truck and a handicap luxury van were the only 2. I had to park on the top floor of the deck everytime and again, that isn't that bad...It was just unnecessary to make me park my large truck in a small parking deck. Trying to navigate around small turns was aweful. This is the main reason I will never stay there again. Read more

Hotel is nothing like pictured, pools were dirty, rooms were musty smelling and run down. Very outdated. Not worth the money we paid for it. Plus we thought we were getting a tower room and the put us in the small hotel next to it and when we asked to be moved they said it would be 250 more to move rooms. Will never stay there again!

It was visible that this hotel went through an upgrade. But the door still had a draft, and the sheet were as soft as sandpaper. The hotel was decent for the price. It was within walking distance to the boardwalk, and it was right on the beach.

The hotel was not the newest and the neighborhood wasn't the best, but the hotel was clean and had a great setup for families with the suite and the comfortable murphy bed instead of a pull-out bed, decent kitchen, beach view (ours was on the side so it wasn't the greatest).
