Was on first floor, which was wonderful. The door jam was really lose. The window on the first floor had no lock on it. It could be pushed open from the outside.

Location was close to a lot of restaurants and shopping, good access to primary roads, hotel was in good condition, breakfast was ok, only complaint was a loud ac unit, it meet my expectations for a Comfort Inn

We stayed during an ice storm and hotel desk clerk assisted in getting our car out of the way of other drivers when it slipped in the iced parking lot. He put down ice melt so we could get moving again. The hotel was very convenient to getting around the surrounding neighborhood. It was nice and quiet and a comfortable room.

Rooms were clean but nothing fancy. Kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Missed the microwave and small refrigerator we normally have in our room. The breakfast area could use a better microwave and biscuits.

I was traveling through the area for business. This hotel came up as the nicest place for the price that was fairly close to where I was needing to be the next morning. It was a little further off the beaten path but worth it. *NOTE* do not rely on Google Maps app to help you find resturants. From this hotels location, G Maps tells you the closest things are 15-20miles away. This was not true, there were handfuls of places fairly close...

Room was in need of an update. Rug was worn, furniture was broken, scratched, etc. Door lock was broken, had to wait for maintenance guy to come fix it before we could go out. Are these things not checked regularly??

Hotel appears nice and clean. But within 15 minutes of first entering the room we found 2 spiders and a dried booger in the wall next to the bed. But besides that, the service was great and newscast was good. Okay for one night.

This is in a great location and the staff was outstanding - very accommodating and polite. But the room was shabby -= stained carpet and awful water stains and wall damage in the hall and bathroom. Also, the TV was virtually impossible to make work. The best thing was the 2 sinks, a great advantage. The worse part was that there was NO HOT WATER at breakfast for oatmeal and tea, and apparently, there was no way to solve the problem.

We were welcomed at the desk by a friendly clerk. He found our reservation right away. They gave us 2 adjoining rooms and one next to the others. This was a plus for us even though it was not requested. It was a good experience.

Clean hotel, large variety of food for breakfast. Bathrooms are poorly designed, but clean. You have to shut the bathroom door in order to get in or out of the shower. Very awkward. I would stay there again.

We had a great night in this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. And very, very quiet. The gentleman working the desk that evening was amazing. We had booked through Expedia, I had called Expedia twice to confirm the room... but when we got there, Expedia had not made our reservation. Yes, they had taken our credit card and charged it... but no room. The Comfort Inn desk manager was extremely helpful in getting the Expedia debacle cleared up, and he even gave us a room at a much lower rate than the original booking through Expedia.

I have to say that as far as Comfort Inns go, this was a disappointment. I was glad we only stayed one night. The hotel, while it doesn't look very old, needs some sprucing up and a good cleaning in the corners. This is a great choice for a traveling sport team or a youth group. If you have older teens or no kids traveling with you, consider an alternate hotel if it is for longer than one night. The breakfast was ok, but nothing to brag on.

The employees of the hotel were exceptional, however the hotel is a bit outdated and felt under-maintained and unsanitary. While the room was clean, the carpet was faded and the shower head was detached from the wall. There was hair (not mine) on the sink and the doors did not fit properly in the door frames without a push. A little updating and repair would improve this hotel.

We chose this hotel to have an indoor pool & hot tub. The pool was unusable -- cold, sand on the stairs, hair clumps & leaves in it. The hot tub had a ring of green, gritty foam in it. The desk person said it would go on the maintenance list for the morning. We could have a refund of our stay, but he was unable to assist us in getting another location. The desk chair tipped so far back, you could fall out. Our phone didn't work. Our keys didn't work on the second day. The room door let in light through the frame -- not a good fit. The pool was "cleaned" but the mgr said the sand would have to stay until a day where he could turn off the filter. ? Sand in an indoor pool-no excuse for that. Breakfast was good, though. One thing we also noticed was the front desk was often unattended, leaving us looking or waiting to be helped.

Hotel is having some new wallpaper hung so I understood the minor amounts of drywall dust on funishings. You could also see they have been repainting as well. When all is done it will be very nice. The only complaint I have is we had a nonsmoking room but could smell the near by smoking rooms.

I thought the young man that check us in was very helpful. He could tell we was very tired and was needing a place to eat. He tried to find us a place that would even delivery so we would not have to get back out. I was very pleased with his help and the room and pool for the kids. The breakfast was better then getting a buffet at a restaurant. The price was great also. Made the difference in us getting to have a family get away.

Please do not use this hotel if you are interested in comfort, breakfast, or working amenities. the breakfast was cold biscuits and cold gravy. The OJ was undrinkable to say the least. The Hot tub was working, you just couldn't turn it off. Same with the jets on the in-room jetted tub. The bed felt like a really thin pad stretched over a bunch of hard springs. I have had good experiences at Comfort Inn in the past, but I will not be staying in any in the KC area again.

It was terrrible. we were given the keys to a room that was already occupied. Upgraded to a mini suite were the door didn't seal so any noise just roared in. then there was a B-Day party in the room across the hall.

Facility looks nice ... but ... filthy. Carpet in my first room looked like someone had wipped their behind on it. Bathroom was filthy. Changed rooms and it wasn't much better. I went out for a run as the fitness center is hardly that; a beat up bike and treadmill. The neighborhood around the area looks like it would be nice but is filthy. Garbage all over the sidewalks, beer bottles and cases thrown all over the side of the room. Not close to much, the exit doesn't have any decent place to eat. Keep driving to the next exit.

The hotel was nice, the pool on the other hand needs work. Myself and one other hit our feet on the incline from the deeper end to the shallow end, water temp was ice cold, and the inside edge of the pool was awkward in general.

When we stepped off of the elevator at our third (top) floor location the hall way wreaked of smoke. Thankfully once we got to our rooms we could not notice the smoke...just had to hold our breath each time we walked down the hall. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The pool was too cold but the hot tub was nice. The breakfast each morning was excellent. There is a Burger King and a Sonic close by. Also a sports bar located in the next block. It took about 15-20 minutes to get from the hotel to downtown KC. Overall it was a decent stay.

Room 210. Bedspread stained and had holes burned into it. Excessive noise from the floor above. Elevator was not climate controlled. I will not use this property again.

Hotel was fine if you just wanted somewhere to sleep close to whatever you were doing. Cleaning on a daily basis was ok and fresh towels supplied daily. However the hotel could do with a refurb. Walls in most parts of the room were stained, carpets were awful but the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was hardly a dining experience either.
