Loved it! The staff is friendly and the room was great! The bed could have been more comfortable but it was beautiful. The room service is slow but with a hotel that big - that is to be expected. They are quick to reply when that is a "mess" in the hallway from party people the night before - smile. Overall - it is a great hotel. I will definitely stay again.

The rooms are clean, cool, and comfortable! The only advice i would give is to Older couples and families. The hard rock is a party place, so expect to have loud neighbors at late hours! Hopefully you'll be having just as much fun as them!

The hotel itself is cool so visiting the hotel would've been a lot better then getting a room for 2 nights. FIrst, there were huge ants in the bed and we saw roaches. we've stayed in several boutique hotels in the Miami area, paid less and got better service with cleaner rooms. THEN, FOUR different times our room keys did not work. One of those times they said they wouldsend someone to check our lock...that never happened. The last time it happened I asked the front desk (which is where i had to go each time the card failed) what the would do for my inconvenience, i got nothing, not even a free drink! LASTLY, i asked if we could extend the checkout time and with out even asking me by how much time or giving me a time i can work with they simply sid NO, we're booked and you'll be charged a penalty if you stay a minute longer. Like i said earlier, i've stayed at smaller, less known hotels that had better service all around. For what I paid, the hotel left much to be desired.

Beautiful rooms, terrific service, BUT the hotel is located on Seminole land so they are not subjected to the smoking laws in public places. Because of this, and the fact the 1, 2, and 5 cent slot machines are located in the smoked filled lobby filled with local unemployed patrons, it doesn't do much for the ambiance. If you don't care about that, then you'll love your place.

My biggest issues with this hotel: It is a casino and smoking is allowed in the building. Although I had a non-smoking room, the rest of the venue "transmits" smoke thoroughly. For example, in dining areas, smoking and non-smoking zones have no dividing walls. I ate in non-smoking zones, but it did no good since smoke travelled across the room to me anyway. Also, in the room, the wireless internet service was sporadic at best. Really... in 2009? Come on, people!

We had a great room and it was large and comfortable. Everything was modern and clean. So clean in fact because they service the room two times a day. One comment that was unnecessary was that on our third day we stayed in the room until 4:10 pm. The next day as we were leaving the floor the housekeeping staff stopped us and asked "are you going to let me make up your room before 4:00 pm today?" We found this to be a little rude. If I was not in a hurry to leave I would have mentioned it to the front desk. I never did, but I probably should have. The room was not cheap and we should not have been questioned about when we were leaving. The servicing of the room is at our convenience NOT the staff's. The Casino was fun. Like any Casino there is a small element of undesirable people there but that's life anywhere you go. Getting drinks while gambling was difficult. We just paid for drinks at the bar which I do not usually do at a casino. All in all it was fun. Great pool. Nice property. Food is overpriced but hey . . . do you really want to get in your car and drive?

The employees were pleasant and always courteous. The pool was excellent. Didn't care much for the casino since we're not gamblers, but my in-laws would love it. The steakhouse within the hotel was too pricey, but other eateries were fair to good depending on the place, reasonably priced and nice variety. Except, did not like the food at the Renegade. Air flow within hotel lobby was poor with heavy cigarette odor. Would have appreciated it more if the resort was closer to the beach. Overall, it was a good experience and I would recommend.

SHE PROCEED TO GET UP AND THE TABLE FLIPPED WITH MY MOTHER STILL ON IT AND ENDED UP ON TOP OF HER. THE ASSOC. COULD NOT LIFT OFF HER SO SHE HAD TO LAY THERE WHILE SOMEONE CAME TO HELP. FINALLY THEY HELPED HER UP, NOT ONCE CHECKING TO SEE IF SHE WAS OK. I HAD TO SHOW MYSELF AT THE FRONT DESK TO GET AN ACCIDENT REPORT. THIS WAS ON MON 6.16 AND TODAY IS THUR 6/19 AND NOBODY HAS EVEN BOTHER TO SEE IF SHE IS OK. THIS IS REALLY A DISAPPOINTMENT AND I WOULD THINK QUITE AN EMBARRASEMENT TO THE HARD ROCK NAME. I HAVE HAD BETTER TREATMENT WHEN MY CHILD WAS REACHING FOR A TOY AND FELL AT THE DOLLAR GENERAL. HOW IRONIC THAT AN EVERYDAY SMALL CHAIN DEPARTMENT STORE WOULD HAVE MORE CONCERN THAN A WELL KNOW RESORT. Just got back from my annual girls weekend getaway. The moment the entrance doors opened I was hit with a cloud of smoke. Smoking is permitted everywhere which I was not aware of. The pool area was the worst. Not only couldn't you take a clean breath of fresh air but the service was extremely slow to non- existent. At one point, we finally did get someone to take our orders, needless to say, we never received our drinks or food but hours later were handed a bill. One morning we spent almost an hour looking for chairs by the pool. We asked the several service attendants for help and were rudely told to fend for ourselves. Also, they should invest in several beach umbrellas. Sometimes you don't want to get sunburn. We all made the best of the situation and had a good time anyway.

The room was everything we expected for the price. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds we've ever experienced in a hotel. Room was exceptional and well outfitted. That being said, if you love the casino scene, you'll love the Hard Rock Seminole experience. If not, staying there can be a bit tedious as everyone who wants to gamble or just wander around a Hard Rock venue is there all the time. The smoke hit us as soon as we walked through the lobby doors. Couldn't escape it. As non-smokers, that fact alone turned us off to this hotel. The Hard Rock in Chicago, for comparison, is a wonderful hotel and low key. If you're looking for privacy and a nice quiet place to sit by the pool and relax, this Hard Rock is not it.

The pool is great. Top pool in South Florida. Casino is poker and slots but I think that will be changing soon when a new law passes to allow table games. The sports bar was permanently closed the day before we got there and that is apparently becoming the new poker room which my guess will open up the floor space for the table games. Bars and clubs are awesome and the place is a self contained unit. Only complaint is that 2 of 4 days half of the pool was closed because I guess they are constantly taping different shows for univision. Slide is in the part of pool they close.

This hotel was really great, the service and the staff were very friendly. The pool was fantastic and heated so even at the end of Dec we were able to go swimming even at night. The hotel lobby was smokey but that was due to all the gambling and the bar setting. But when you check in i did have a problem, they asked for a credit card to use for incidentals, etc, well like most people i use a debit card. well when i checked my bank account online, while still at the hotel, i noticed a charge from the hotel for the full price of the rooms. I asked the front desk what the charge was and they informed me that it wasn't a charge but a hold on the account in the case that hotels.com doesn't pay them, and that once i checked out the funds would be released to me. Since i used my debit card it automatically deducted those funds, as pending and i was not able to use that money. Once i checked out the funds were returned, but not until a few days later. So be careful when u check in, if you don't have the funds available they won't let you check in.

Room service is available, and they respond quickly. The pool, and pool area is beautiful, with a bar, and place to eat. Poolside service is available as well. The only negative is the smoke. You can smoke EVERYWHERE since it is on Native American (Seminole)land. There are no smoking rooms, which we stayed in and non-smoking areas in the casino. This hotel exceeded all expectations for two well travelled New Yorkers.
