Only problem we had was trying to get the right hotel, there are several of this chain in the San Jose area, we couldn't find which one we were booked in and the front desk people we called at various hotels were not helpful. We had to call Expedia with our confirmation # before we could get the right hotel and shuddle service from the airport. I guess […] all the computers in the hotels don't 'talk' to each other!! This hotel was very comfortable and clean. I am very picky about the cleanliness of hotel rooms and I couldn't find a single thing wrong with this one. My two children were very comfortable and enjoyed the pool and exercise room. The breakfast and even appetizers were perfect. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed in a 1 king bed suite on the top floor. The room was spacious, clean and well stocked. The bed was comfy with high quality bedding and it had a full padded headboard attached to the wall that made it easy to sit up. The kitchen was well stocked and clean. When I called for some they were quick to have it ready but I had to go fetch it myself - no biggie. The room was quiet despite being literally on the freeway. There's a Pete's coffee about 100 yards from the hotel and many other food options in the shopping center. Overall this is a great hotel at a great price. I liked the price. Wasn't really too pleased with the room. It was small and even though there was a bed and sofa bed, the tv faced so that only one of the beds could watch. The room was a bit untraditional but in a good way. Kitchen was well appointed and the bed was very comfortable. One pleasant surprise was the continental breakfast included a person preparing fresh omelets, something I have not seen with breakfasts included in the package. Overall, really nice place to stay.

Booked this hotel last minute just to get away for the weekend for relaxation. Got upgraded to a bigger 1bdrm king suite at no charge. Very nice with lots of room and two TV's. Great location for easy grocery access. Close enough (45mins) to drive to Santa Cruz or Half Moon Bay for dinner or the day!

We had a problem with the room at check-in and they moved us immediately. The front desk gave us a bottle of wine for the problem. The breakfast in the morning was the best I have had in a long time. They actually had someone making omelets. The hotel is close to restaurants and many shops.

I absolutely loved my room but it sucked because I only stayed one night. I loved how it was in the plaza of a shopping center. The only thing negative about my stay was that I specifically requested a balcony and I didn't get a room with one.

Took my ten yr old and 3 girlfriends for a slumber party. We had an amazing time in our lovely two room suit. Ended the nite swimming and lounging at the pool and hot tub. The staff was friendly and very helpful and the breakfast was plentiful and had enough variety to please 4 10 year old girls. We'll be back for sure!

Very nice hotel with a good price. I liked the full kitchen including oven, dish washer, garbage disposal, microwave, toaster, cups, dishes and utensils, and large refrigerator. Clean and comfortable room. Great rate over the weekend. We loved having the kitchen (including a dishwasher!) and loved the free breakfast with fresh made omelets. The pool and hot tub area was awesome. We would definitely stay again!!
