There are only a few suggestions. The room doors slam loudly if not held. There is not enough seating in the restaurant on a weekend night. We almost... had to stand to eat. I would recommend including breakfast with your booking, as it was well worth it, considering the high Australian prices. I would stay there again. I upgraded to the 2 bedroom suite at a small cost paid directly to the hotel and it was very much worth it. We got a lovely lounge room downstairs which by night was used as my son's bedroom with a roll away. Upstairs we had 2 very large bedrooms with full on-suites. Room service is extremely difficult to order as it takes a long time to get someone to answer the phone. The hotel is undergoing renovations and therefore there is a lot of building works and dust which is understandable. Staff need to smile a little.

I was in Alice Springs on a business trip and stayed one night only. The room was small but clean, the bed was comfortable but the pillows were terrible. I ordered room service for dinner and the turnaround time was only 20 minutes and the meal was great. Will definitely stay again if the pillows were improved!!
