I was very pleased with my stay. Quality of service was outstanding, cleanliness and location were great (I walked from the hotel to Giralda Bell Tower / The Cathedral easily). The room, bathroom, and balcony were all in very good condtion and in my opinion the balcony is very large. The only things I hope they change are 1) the lighting in the bathroom is very low and 2) the hairdryer in the bathroom didn't work. I called reception and they brought a better one up right away... And I have to say, the water pressure in the shower is fantastic! Also, the hotel let me leave my bags there after I checked out so that I could go to the feria for awhile before my bus left late that night. Anytime they called a taxi for me it was there within a few minutes. One tip: some of the taxi drivers (from the station, from the Feria) didn't know where the hotel was located. I showed them the map from the confirmation page I got along with the hotel business card. They would sometimes talk to another driver just to be sure they knew how to enter, and they would double check in their book. It was nice to know they cared enough to make sure they were going to go the right way.

What made our stay in Sevilla truly memorable was the best front desk staff we have encountered during our four weeks in Spain. Abel is a jewel! The apartments are located in the old part of the city, about an 8 EUR cab ride from the station, with easy access to all the major sites within easy walking distance. The apartments are spacious and allow for comfort, they are a steal if you stay with four or five people. Highly recommended, we would come back to this place again.

Beautiful hotel. Slightly out of the way, but worth the extra travel for the price. Taxi's are readily avaiable and it costs about 6 Euro to go to el centro. Sevici bikes are available to rent nearby for 11 Euro per week.

Great value for the price. It was very modern and clean, the staff was nice. The location is not exactly in the middle of tourist action - but it was not difficult at all to take the bus into the heart of town, it is even walkable. Another great convenience is the supermarket located next door! Fantastic value for money. I would definitely stay there again.

"Absolutely wonderful!"
Fabulous location, right next to the Seville Cathedral and the Alcazar (about a 5-minute walk), amazing service, beautifully appointed room (although a bit small), and such a lovely roof deck! (Even though we were there in February, and the pool was closed). I would love to have spent more time in this hotel. Just a perfect spot. Note - the "star ratings" […] of Spanish hotels are assigned by the government, and are based on very arbitrary criteria (like the percentage of rooms with bidets, whether there is an elevator, and whether you can see into the public/poolside bathrooms from the doorway - those are all required for a three-star rating). So a "two-star" hotel may have just as many practical amenities as a "five star". Keep this in mind when you travel to Spain! Read more

There are a lot of problems with this hotel. There is no clock in the room; you can not make international phone calls from the room because they blocked the lines; broken tiles; no handle on the closets; broken elevator for 3 days in a row; holes in the wall; only spanish channels on TV; a lot of noise on the weekends, up to 2:00AM because they have […] weddings in their restaurant. The best thing about this hotel is the location. The worst thing about the hotel is the customer service. The hotel is literally around the corner from the cathedral, which is the most central place you can be in Sevilla when walking around to the different sites. The hotel is located in very short walking distance to great restaurants and bars, but […] is on a quiet street. Regarding the customer service, there basically was none. For example, when we walked in at night to check in, the receptionist kept typing and didn't greet us [or say anything for that matter] for several minutes while we were standing right in front of him. When he finally did acknowledge us, I felt like we were inconveniencing him. The design and accommodations here are basic and clean, generally comfortable, but I felt like I was in a grown up hostel [without the fun parts.] The lack of customer service really detracted from my experience at this hotel. "Pay a 4 star price for a 2 star experience"
The hotel advertises a roof terrace with bar/catering services - on the website, in the lobby, and on a street 'A' sign. But being under-staffed, this was not opened during the week for residents. At the weekend it is hired out to non-residents, as is the patio, bar, and dining area. This leaves the residents with nowhere to go, as there is no sitting/longe […] area for residents. So the weekdays had space, but no service, and the weekend has no space, with service being devoted to non-residents. This complaint was presented to the hotel management, and prompted the response, "Sorry you did not enjoy your stay". There is no intention to change or improve. Read more
The Husa Los Siese in very close to the centre, but is very difficult to find when driving and the streets around it are only just wide enough for the car. The staff parked our car in the hotel garage and we were allowed to leave it till afternoon the following day Bedrooms small but very clean, bathrooms need refurbishment. The rooftop pool looking straight across to the Cathedral is outstanding. Request a room with a balcony. Wireless Internet access is unreliable.
"Perfect hotel in centre Sevilla"
Perfect location in centre of Sevilla with clean generous rooms, breakfast garden and roof pool and terrace looking out onto the magnificent cathedral. The only downfall was that the rooftop bar was only open at night.

The hotel is VERY difficult to find if you have a hire car. The hotel was being renovated and should have been closed. I estimate it may last another 8 weeks. Judging by the boxes of tiles laying about i am sure it will be very nice when it is completed. The highlight of the hotel may have been the roof top pool and bar. The pool was empty and had been […] for some time and the whole area was a dangerous building site. The main restaurant was closed. The patio area was 50 % usable-- the rest being worked on as was the adjacent restaurant. There was considerable noise from the builders before , during and after breakfast. This was within 1-2 metres of our table. We arrived after a tiring journey but could not sleep in the afternoon due to drilling.Our balcony overlooked the building work.The air con did not work. In all fairness they moved us to a quieter room but it had no balcony. We were given a 15 % discount on our breakfast bills. All this was probably going on when we booked and will be for some time. Whilst the location was great for exploring all that Seville has to offer (which is alot!), regrettably the overall standard of the hotel was not what I would have expected from a 4 star city centre hotel- its functional, a little dated but having a slight upgrade (we think!) but it fell below service (our check in consisted of sign here and NOTHING […] else at all!). We didnt have breakfast any day as we were not told anything about it (!!) so didnt know if it even existed and when we asked for directions an arm was waved in the general direction of where we needed to go! Great for location but little else....a real pity as this could be an amazing hotel if a little more attention to guests was provided and it was given a makeover....! Read more
un très très bon accueil - très souriant- très efficace. très bonne literie même si le lit grince!!!- terrasse et piscine avec vue exceptionnel, dommage que le bar à cet étage ne soit pas opérationnel. Merci pour ce bon moment, nous avons même demandé une carte de fidélité !
"Situation idéale"
L'hôtel est idéalement situé, à coté de la cathédrale et du centre historique de Séville. Le quartier est très agréable et calme. Les chambres sont spacieuses, grande salle de bain et grand lit. Les finitions sont à revoir. Il n'y a pas de wifi dans les chambres (sauf en supplément) et c'est décevant pour un 4 étoiles. bel hotel plein de charme et bien situé en centre ville,les chambres sont spacieuses et bien entretenues . En revanche, hotel mal insonorisé , un séminaire très bruyant jusqu' à 1 heure du matin le samedi soir , difficile de se reposer dans ces conditions lorsqu'on est fatigué ayant passé la journée à visiter séville .

"Sensationelle Lage"
Das Hotel liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe der Kathedrale. Reist man mit dem Auto an, ist es allerdings fast nicht auffindbar, da es sich inmitten von engen Gassen befindet. Es gibt dort sehr viele Einbahnstrassen. Wir fanden das Hotel dann eher zufällig. Der Plan, welcher man sich bei der Reservierung ausdrucken kann, ist absolut unzureichend.

"Husa Los Seises - Siviglia"
Posizione ottima, la struttura non è rinnovata,appare molto obsoleta e non parlo di antiquariato, le camere non sono da 4 stelle, se arrivate in auto parcheggiate altrove perchè è difficoltoso trovarlo e non ci sono posti, la piscina all'ultimo piano non è sponsorizzata ma è molto carina, tutto sommato è un hotel accettabile.

"Kvaltitetshotel med god service"
Hotellets beliggenhed er perfekt. Servicen er i top og morgenmaden er en oplevelse. Alt er rent og pænt og perosnalet er behjælpelig med de behov der er. Hotellet er svært at finde, idet GPS har svært ved at finde stedet. Parkere i nærheden og gå til hotellet og der er straks hjælp til at få sin bil kørt ned i hotellets garage.
