"Not a 4 star hotel quality, it must be 3 star."
+ good breakfast. + very good garden + positive attitude of front desk interns - expensive, poor and tasteless bar and buffet food. (ex: Buffet: 29 € for adult with very little number of choices) - poor cleanliness of entire hotelGenuine Expedia guest review
My wife and I traveled to Paris with our son. We saw the pictures on the site where there are bunk beds in a room with a king bed...called the "family room." This allowed us to have one room with enough beds... The food at the hotel is "ok" at best. If you want to eat, you must eat at the breakfast buffet or dinner buffet at certain times.....otherwise […] go to the bar and order a few limited items. If you are going to Disney, there is a shuttle bus that comes every 20 minutes to take you to the park. If you are looking to do other things, go into Paris, take the train somewhere, plan before you come. The hotel barely has enough help at the front desk to check people in and trying to get suggestions or travel information is not there. Overall, the place is ok to stay. It is clean and close enough to Disney (10 minute shuttle ride) but dont expect anything else. Try to get a room at a hotel on Disney property first !!! Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"Clean, spacious and convenient"
Not your typical European hotel which was a plus. The room was large, the beds big - my wife and I shared a family room with our two teenagers (in a bunk bed) and all were thrilled. My son said this is just like US hotels! Great breakfast in the morning - shuttle bus to Disney. This hotel served our purposes as a place to stay that could accomodate 4 persons in one room 2 adults and 2 teens the night before we flew home from France, However, I would not stay again! "Great Facility, Employees need training, wifi bad"
We had a great time in Disney Euro. However, the employees were not able to answer our questions all the time and the ones who's badges said they spoke english did not always understand what we needed. The only ice was in the bar and they gave it to us in two plastic cups. Like everywhere we went in France the AC was not very strong. The "Free" wifi […] was only in the bar or in front of it. There was lots of people standing around in the same area all times of the day trying to get a good signal to use their devices. Very Clean and nice facilities. "Great hotel terrible food"
Hotel great but the food in the restaurant was not good. The dinner at 30 euro for the buffet was not good. If staying there eat somewhere else for dinner.Genuine Expedia guest review
1. My reservation was half board, i.e. dinner included. It is open buffet dinner, therefore all the staff is supposed to do is to clean tables and bring drinks. The first day we arrived about 45 minutes to the end of the dinner service. Almost half of the buffet was empty. The service was very slow, I could never get anything brought to table before […] reminding at least two more times. For 3 nights the waiters could not open the wine bottle, took out the cork before removing the labeling on it, did not bring wine glasses, etc. Overall dinner service (not the food) was a disappointing experience. 2. Also wireless internet is available in an aisle on the ground floor only. Why not in the lobby? 3. For the sake of transparency hotel guests should be reminded that Euro Disney entrance fee is extra, not included in the hotel price. I was misled with the "at Disneyland" part in the name of the hotel. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Wasn't going to Disneyland but..."
We were driving across Europe and decided to head to Paris without pre-booking a hotel. Hotels in downtown Paris were very expensive on short notice. The best options on Hotel.com were for some Disneyland locations. With no other choices for our budget, we decided to go ahead and book. Glad we did. If you can get past the kid orientated hotel decor […] (we were not travelling with kids), the rooms are actually really nice at 1/3 of the cost we were going to have to pay to stay in downtown Paris. The shuttle bus conveniently dropped you off at the park entrance/train station (10 min ride max) where we could take a train into Paris in about 40 minutes (bypassing the crazy drivers and even crazier parking fees). It was great other than having to leave Paris earlier at night than we wanted to ensure that we didn't miss the last train. Overall the rooms were clean and the hotel landscape outside was really nice. I would recommend this hotel to those looking to visit Disneyland or looking to save a few dollars while visiting Paris. It met our needs well. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
the hotel and the staff where great. Very helpful and kowledgeable about the area and can arrange to get you any where you need to go. The busses to and from disney ran on time and every half hour as advertised. Some negative about the hotel though. The internet is slow and unreliable. They could stand and upgrade in the service. You can only Wi-fi […] in a certain area of the hotel and pray not a lot of people are utilizing at the same time. Paris is 45 kilometers away so, plan accordingly of you want to include a day trip there. Getting form the airport to the hotel is a hassle with the bus setup. you catch a bus from the airport to the park, then get on another bus at the park for your hotel unless you are staying in the big three hotels there. Just be aware when leaving, you have to leave very early for the airport. After 4 days, i just called a taxi service and they took me to the airport for about 15 euros more than the disney shuttle service without all the hassle. "Clean but overpriced"
The hotel was clean but the whole lobby felt like a kids playhouse. They even had a ball pit. I was told there was wifi in the lobby but when I tried to access it, it was out of range. I asked about it and was told I would have to go right next to the bar to get any wifi. They have a shuttle that will take you to Disneyland and Disney Village but the […] shuttle stops at 10:45PM. This is inconvenient since they have restaurants in the Disney Village that are open later. The hotel room was very basic. They only give you shampoo and soap, not any of the usual toiletries like a shower cap or cotton swabs. The room just felt very sparse. There is a shuttle from and to the airport but it doesn't run constantly. We needed to leave for our flight before the shuttles started. It is a 90 dollar cab ride from CDG airport. Hotel was clean, staff were nice. Kids running everywhere so be prepared. Lobby and most of public areas smell as if they are using bubble gum air freshener, a little overwhelming at points. "Nice place...awful food!"
Nice hotel which has a wow impact when you walk in the door. We stayed on the 5th floor and they had buckets in various locations down the hallway because of leaky pipes. (One was directly in front of our door.) The dinner buffet was very expensive and the worst buffet we have ever had. The food was either kept under the lamps too long, or cold...nothing […] was good. It was 34 Euro per person and we didn't even go back for seconds. The free breakfast buffet was exactly the same, the fried potatoes were even raw. Awful food, one would expect a lot more from this type of hotel; their entire kitchen needs a revamp! The pictures on the website does not reflect the true status of the hotel. The hotel amenities in fact are much older than on the publised pictures. It was on the overall a pleasant stay with clean bedroom. However huge efforts should be done on staffing and the level of service. They are not very friendly and helpful. At dinner time, 1-2 servers only […] a full room. It took hours to get the drinks. Long queues at check in and check outs and even at breakfast time and with kids it was not very convenient. "If I had to do it again...."
The cost of the hotel is slightly less than the Disney resort, at least as far as room fees - but the costs ON SITE are basically the same that you'd pay at a Disney hotel. 15 euro Hamburgers at the bar, etc. So there's no real savings once you arrive. The hotel does have a free shuttle, which is difficult to catch at peak times because it is shared […] among multiple resorts - people were pushing and shoving so badly, we had to wait for 3 shuttles to go by (they come every 20 minutes) before we could get one to the park. Having said that, the SERVICE at this hotel is incredible - everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. But in the end, if I had to do it over again - we'd stay at the park and give ourselves the luxury of walking to and from the park, resting at the hotel, and avoiding shuttles, parking, and inconvenience. "is very far from the airport charletter"
I stayed 3 nights with my 2 girls and my husband and it was okay, overall the hotel can have better service and a bit more clean the breakfast area was not clean at all and no diversity in the breakfast. We also had one night the dinner buffet and the place was dirty and no service the waiters were no polite and in addition to the high cost of the meal […] drinks were extra and not food not good at all. We had to pay 95 Euros for the taxi to the airport, yes you can use the metro but not if your flight is departing very early in the morning. Going the the city was also very expensive about 40 euros 2 way for one day family of 4. The hotel is good if you are only going to visit Disney land, i would suggest another area for visiting the city. Food around you will only find typical american food around the disney area. For good French cousin in the city and neither in the hotel. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
Good alternative to severely overpriced hotels located closer to Disneyland (DLP). Very clean and comfortable rooms. It fit my family of 5 comfortably (me, wife, kids ages 5, 4 and infant). Breakfast was good (included with stay). Dinner and room service was good but overpriced. Drinks not included in evening buffet. All staff friendly and spoke English. This […] hotel is the first to be picked up by the free shuttle to DLP. Shuttle is cramped but timely and beats driving to DLP; although parking at DLP is free with your room key. Shuttle drops you off right in front of the train station, so going into Paris is very easy and you do not have to deal with the toll roads and driving in a congested/unfamiliar city. Swimming pool and hot tub were nice to tire the kids out before bed. Check in and check out were painelss. Front desk staff helpful and pleasant. Overall, we had a great 5 day stay at this hotel. One last travel tip: We came in from Bavaria, Germany and would recommend looking into taking the train into this area. The toll roads are expensive (approx 40 Euro each way) and Esso gas stations in France do not take the US issued Esso cards. It is unlikely that you can make it from the last Esso in Germany to DLP and back without filling up (or at least putting in approx 60 Euro of gas). Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Dream Castle Hotel- Disneyland Paris"
The hotel is very convient to the park- with free shuttle service, major perk! You can also use the shuttle to get to the train station at no charge and then take the train into the city. I have traveled a good deal in Europe and for a European room it was rather large. A very pleasant surprise. The only reason I did not give it a 5 is because I do […] not think it is up to par with other Disney resorts. The shower did not drain properly, the metal soap dish was broken with exposed sharp metal edges (but the tub was huge!) and the only shelf in the closet was broken- if you placed anything on it the shelf closet would collapse. Also, the restraunt was grossly over priced. It was less expensive to eat at the nicer restruants in Downtown Disney. I don't mind paying for quality, but better quality was simply less expensive as far as dining. Overall though this is nice hotel and I would be willing to stay there again. "good hotel for families with bigger children"
we stayed 4 nights, arrival at 1.30 am which was no problem. reception was very friendly. King size beds, comfy matresses, big bath and shower, light blocking curtains. room 1 was ca. 3 x 6 m, small wardrobe, a safe, sideboard for luggage, 18" tv. room 2 ca. 4 x 6 m, same as room 1 plus a small empty fridge, desk with chair and one comfy chair. Breakfast […] 8 - 11 am. we went at 10 am and queued 5 mins to get a table. English and continental food . 3 out of 4 days the croissants and choc bread were delicious. Overall it was a good breakfast. entrance hall had a small shop and plenty sitting space with free Wlan and a drinks machine (cost per 0.5 l pop or water 3 €; barprice 4 €). two pool and two air hockey tables (2 € per game). No play area for small children. Pretty garden between the two wings of the hotel complex. swimming pool and fitness area in the basement. Plenty of free parking in a gated parking just in front of the hotel. Busses to the park every 20 mins up to midnight. sometimes not all people who were waiting could get on. ride on the bus was a bit rough. We had a youngster on crutches with us and were offered a ride back on a purple van (PEB), disabled, it was free and the driver told us that we could order it from the hotel reception to go back and forth by it. We used it three times. Very fast and smooth. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Good overall, but a few minor quirks"
We recently stayed at the Dream Castle Hotel at Disneyland. For my older daughter (4yo), it was a dream.....there was a ball pit, many rides (2E a piece), games, a playground, a jogging path around a large pond, and a small pool with a very small slide.....which was perfect for a family with young kids. All of the staff was friendly (though the hostess […] at the buffet breakfast seemed overwhelmed). You can get park tickets at the hotel (I highly rec doing this), which saves you a lot of time once you actually get to the park. They do offer dinners at the hotel, but I would save your money and make reservations at Mickey's Cafe in Disney Village (the kids can meet a ton of Disney characters) plus the food/location is much better. There is a free shuttle that runs every 20min from the hotel to the parks (until midnight). You can also drive and park for free at the park using your hotel room key (make sure you follow signs for Disneyland park NOT Disney Village...you will have to pay for parking at the later). Our overall experience was great, though for the price I thought the rooms could use a little sprucing up and pool towels should be free and available at the pool (vs using your own bath towel or having to pay 2E at the spa). Also, the eggs at breakfast are a bit sketchy, but other than those minor things we had a wonderful stay. If you forget any souvenirs at the park, they have a decent selection at their little Disney store too. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

Pros: Sightly cheaper than Disney hotels, breakfast was good, staff was kind, shuttle gets you places (although is quite crowded and infrequent) Cons: Lobby was dirty, tile & bathtub were broken in the bathroom. Room was very clean. It's a great hotel if you are with children. The free shuttle service is definitely a plus since the hotel is not at a walking distance from the disney park. "Very nice hotel"
My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights at the end of our honeymoon. We found the staff friendly, the breakfast delicious and the location isn't bad for visiting the parks. The only 2 downsides to this hotel are: 1) the buses to the park do not come very often. Which is fine for going to the parks in the morning but after the fire works the buses are […] extremely busy and it may take you more almost an hour from leaving the park until you reach your hotel. 2) The price if you stay an extra day. I was able to book a very reasonable price for 2 nights using this website. But when I wanted to spend 1 extra day in the hotel I was shocked to realise the price was pretty much the same as the total cost for the 2 nights we brought before. But I would definitely return in the future Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
