Four Points by Sheraton Manhattan - Chelsea

The hotel itself was clean and tie staff warm and inviting. The style and condition of the hotel and room seemed outdated and did not compare to surrounding hotels in the area. It is time for a renovation!

Staff is friendly but slow to respond. Rooms are clean but the floor smelled like it was cleaned with a cheap cleaning product. There are no curtains but blinders that don't close all the way, so we had light coming into the room all night.

The bathroom is not as nice as in the pictures. It is awful. The is not a single space on the sink to place your stuff. The bed is comfortable but the room is very small.

I was shocked that the room was considered "city view" and that I had paid extra for this. What a joke...looked straight into a building across the street. No view at all. The room was very small and on the tired side. The service at the front desk was excellent, however.

If you go alone or even in a couple and your interest is to enjoy the atractions of Manhathan, it's the right place. It's not a luxury hotel, but if you want a pleasant place to stay where the staff is very nice and attentive I recomend. Decent for the money and location, but I would not go out of my way to return to this hotel. The room was clean. Although I reserved a room with two double beds, the beds were not double - ? 3/4 size? Towels were thin & cheap. Staff was friendly, helpful and professional. Good location - only a few blocks from the Flatiron building.

We enjoyed our stay in Four Points Sheraton. The room is small, but we could not expect too much in Manhattan. There are a lot of restaurants in the neighborhood, and it is very easy to get a quick but still nice breakfast and lunch in the walking distance. The location is also OK for tourists, 2 stop away from Time Square by subway.

Seven girls came to the city and stayed at the Sheraton .The staff was great everyone very friendly and helpful. We loved the pillows so much we ordered them the day we got home. Everything we hoped for would definitely stay again . Nice job to the manager and staff

Run-down has-been Chelsea hotel with good (but not great) location seeks dummy to stay for a few days. Best thing I can say about this hotel is that the air conditioning worked extremely well during one a truly infamous NYC heat wave (100deg+).

The rooms were clean and comfortable, although not spacious, but that is normal for New York. The surrounding neighborhood was decent and it was only a block from the nearest subway station. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The onsite restaurant was very good, and I ate breakfast and lunch there multiple times.

Stayed in New Yorker before and I can say this hotel is better. Bigger room, very, very comfortable beds. Nice staff. I could not get wirelless internet on on my phone (My touch) but my housband got it on his I phone (we stayed on 9 th floor). There is a computer downstairs that works well. Food in pizza place around corner is good, unfortunately they […] open late so I ate there only once. There is a good bakery going up on 7th street, accross form art insitute, by starbucks.
