I've stayed in much higher end hotels than this that didn't have the amenities this hotel offers. Very nice water park for the kiddies, located at the mall for the shoppers, and right near the oil field companies for the majority of their guests. My room was absolutely perfect except for one very major inconvenience. The room did not contain a hardcopy listing of the TV stations. That is, there was no guide I could look at that would tell me what station number is Fox News or ESPN. I should not have to channel flip for this critical information. There needs to be a hardcopy printout that lists […] the chanel numbers and what each channel is. I found the lack of a listing to be very frustratiing and it did make me think less of your hotel. I travel frequently and I have always been able to find a listing in other motel rooms. Please change your procedures so that lsitings are in rooms. Thank you. Read more

have stayed at this hotel in the past and always had good service, but this time we arrived about 1 hour before our room was ready. Instead of getting a polite come back your room isn't ready yet we got yelled out saying our room wasn't ready. Will think twice before i book this hotel again.

We had a great stay at the Sleep Inn, staff was very friendly and rooms were very clean! One complaint is the pool was too cold, if the pool would have been warmer it would be a perfect stay!

We like the hotel with the water park but the slides were a little out of controll. What I mean is the orange slide had a piece of the joint that would hit my elbow each time I slid down on my back. The pool is great With the exception that it is too cold!! to enjoy. A complaint by most that was there. The kids said they had a great time between the hot tub and slide. Is a great place for a family getaway.
