    Rooms had corners chewed on by pets, frontdesk has an automated answer, and threats of having to pay a 20 dollar fee for not being out of our room at exactly check out time. Oh and weird people hanging around at night kind of creepy

    Other than going down for milk from the continental breakfast that was tore down by 9 am, it was ok. All we needed was some milk for our protein shakes and the staff said we were too late. Service was marginal and not very friendly.

    We arrived and the fridge didn't work. We called to the front desk and the fridge was replaced in 20 minutes. The cleaning staff was nice and the level of cleanliness was above whe I've seen in many higher priced hotels. I would recommend them any day of the week!

    The front desk staff was quick to greet me when I arrived and checked me in quickly. They did the same when leaving. I did not partake in the free breakfast so I cannot comment on that. The room however had a few issues. The shower head shot water up on the ceiling spraying water all over the bathroom. The bed was not very comfy. I had to sleep on the […] chair with my feet propped up on the bed. I did like the fact that they had a fridge and a microwave there for me though. That was very nice. One last thing and it is a little thing but I needed a pencil and paper to take notes real quick on a matter I was dicussing over the phone and they did not have a note pad and pencil for me. It's just one of those things you notice when you need one is all I guess. All in all it was a clean room and I paid $49 + tax so I cannot complain. Read more

    The room was nice and in pretty good condition. I had to get my room changed because the first one I couldn't get the door to open. Apparently it "sticks" according to the front desk, so other rooms might be in the same state for maintenance. The hotel was a little tricky to get into and out of because of the traffic pattern (and being located at the […] corner of two one-way roads). Otherwise the location was pretty good, though much of the surrounding businesses were closed/closing bit the night when I checked in and the proximity to the highway was pretty nice with little to no traffic noise in the night.     The location was convenient. I did not like the laminant floors. We had a very late check-in 4am since we were driving from Texas. I asked the front desk if we could have an additional hour for check out and she advised that it would be an additional $20.00. I really thought that was poor customer service.

    Convenient location, just off the highway and that's the problem. Lots of traffic and truck noise all night long. Outback steakhouse and Applebee's next door. Gas Station across the street.

A bit of confusion when we first got there; they gave us a key to a room that hadn't been cleaned yet but we just called the front desk and they quickly got us another key to a clean room. Once we got to our second room it was ok. A bit small even when compared to other places of the same price range but overall […] clean and fairly well kept. The TV was a boxy dinosaur and the cable reception was rather snowy though. The fridge and microwave were a definite plus. The ice and vending machines were located by the pool and were behind a locked door that required your room key.....a feature I haven't seen in other motels and kind of liked. Area around the place is pretty nice with an Outback Steakhouse and Applebees literally in walking distance next door (my wife and I walked to Applebees). Overall, small but decent. Read more

    Like any other hotel, when you are traveling late at night, all you have on your mind is getting there and going to sleep. I can say that when we did arive, we had to go to the night window, (because it was 3:00am) and had to wait on the attendent, because he was by the pool, smooking his cigatette. So kinda felt uncomfortable standing there. When we […] got to the room, it was so misserably hot. (I feel like that there should at least leave the fan on) when knowing that room has been reserved. I was not happy at all with the bed, in this case, it didnt look like ethe sheets were changed, and I had iched all night. So I had shook the sheets out.     my stay was great. the room could have updated, the breakfast was very good. the staff was very friendly. the hotel was very close to stores and highways. the only problem was the prank phone calls that started at 2 a.m. and lasted for about two hours.

    NEGATIVE: Used condom on elevator when I arrived, funky smell in the room, thin walls, dog running in room above us...ALL NIGHT, I slept in sweatpants and a hoody because the room was not well kept, door did not close all the way unless forced, people walked up and down street at all hours of the night, room had an old television (not the flatscreen […] in the picture) and the remote didn't work well, carpet needed deep cleaning (understatement), I chose not to partake in the free breakfast based on my experience in the room, sheets had stains on them, there were a very limited number of electrical outlets in the room for phone and laptop, and there was no clock in the room. POSITIVE: cheap, free internet, had four walls and a roof, lady at desk was nice. REFLECTION: This was my first and last experience at any Red Roof Inn...would NEVER recommend this experience to anybody. Read more

    We booked sight unseen, and I was really happy with 6Megs down and 8 Megs up on the internet access!!! 5 stars for the internet. 1 Star for the room itself. #1 Problem. The shower. It would feel claustrophobic for a supermodel much less a large person like myself. The bed was ok, but there were no usuable outlets near our nightstands to plug our devices […] into, i.e. Ipod, Netbook, and laptops. Would we stay again? Maybe in a whirlpool bath room or a handicap accesable bathroom so it wont feel so cramped. Price was not bad, but right next door was $20 cheaper and the bed was more comfortable.
