Hotel is located around 1 km from the Ao Nang beach in the very quiet area. We spend there a week and the service was very good. The rooms could be a little bit bigger however surrounding is recompensing this small disadvantage. All together worth to have a relaxing breake.

Clean and nice but very small room and almost no hot water in the shower. Expensive breakfast. Only 10 min walk to the beach and nice staff!

Emerald Garden really is a lush garden, with two pools - not enormous but ok, with poolbars on the side. The staff is excellent. The location is slightly off, but on the other hand more calm, and just a 20 baht/person tuk-tuk ride away from the hustle down-town Ao Nang. The entire family was most pleased with our five-day stay here.

We stayed for 3 nights, breakfast suited us well. Coffe fresh pineapple and water melons. Toast, omelettes made to order, pancakes etc.... Quite a lot of shade around pool areas. Nice saltwater pool enjoied by all 5 of us, kids aged 5,7,13. Houses spread out in jungle area. Short walk down to busy ao nang streets. 100 bath tuktuk to get back after visit […] ao nang. Bra mellanklasshotell, 30 minuter från flygplatsen. 20 Bath med tuk-tuk till Ao Nang beach med affärer och bad om man vill. Stranden är inte speciellt fin, men badbar om man vill.

Vi var afsted 2 voksne og stort barn og havde booket et vaerelse til tilsvarende. Da Vi kommer frem er det eneste de har til os et lille rum under en trappe med en dobbeltseng. Der blev reklameret med et vaerelse paa 40m2, men det var saa smaat at der ikke kunne vaere en ekstra seng. Vi maate vente en hel dag af vores ferie paa at faa en opklaring paa […] om vi kunne skifte til andet rum, men der var ingen losning. Til sidst fik vi presset en seng ind ved at flytte nogle mobler ud. Rummet var ikke noget at raabe hurra for, da det virkede som et ekstra rum man havde lavet under trappen i et gammel (Maaske opbevaring). Det lignede ihvertfald ikke de omkringliggende rum:-( Men laekre eksotiske omgivelser og vi havde faaet rum lige ud til swimmingpoolen. Read more

A beautiful, and BIG, hotel, situated in the middle of the "jungle". Depending on where your room is situated in the large hotel area, it could be quite far to the centre of Ao Nang – especially if it's near the reception. For those who get a room in the lower end, you can exit through the car park and get to the main road much quicker, and from there […] hire a tuktuk easily. There's no big, scare predators on the premises, but there are quite a lot of squirrels in the trees and on the roofs. As for the room: The bed wasn't the most comfortable I've ever slept in, it could've been a lot softer. The lighting inside made the room cozy and warm, but was too dim making it hard to look inside closets and dark corners. The minisafe is small, so don't expect your full-format laptop to fit in there. Your SLR camera, however, will. They charge 30 THB for the cold water in the fridge, but the warm water they put on the table is free (so just put that inside the fridge and drink when cold instead). Read more

Very friendly and helpful crew at the hotel. Good and fair priced restaurant. Very green surroundings, almost like living in the jungle. Vackert hotell som ligger på promenadavstånd till affärer och strand. Bra frukost och trevlig personal samt de bästa sängarna under vår rundresa. Två ganska små pooler som var väldigt djupa, mycket mygg och ett urdåligt internet som bara finns tillgängligt i poolområdet drar ned det allmänna omdömet.

Oltiin kolme päivää Emerald Gardenissa ja oltais oltu enemmänkin mutta oli täynnä. Asuttiin bungalowissa joka oli ihan uima-altaan vieressä. Hotellin sijainti on vähän kaukana keskustasta mutta TUKTUKilla pääsee puoliilmaiseksi Aonangiin. Itse hotellialue on erittäin viihtyisä ja viidakkomainen. Suosittelisin kyllä tätä hotellia, jos ei ole luksushotellia […] hakemassa. Wifi toimi huonosti. Aonang ei paikkana ollut mitenkään viihtyisä meidän mielestä mutta sieltä pääsee päiväretkille upeisiin paikkoihin kuten Raley Beach viiden minuutin päässä ja Chicken Irland joka on 25 minuutin päässä Longtail boatilla.
