Staff did a quick and professional job getting us into another room when the heating system in the first room did not work. Best surprise was waffles and sausage and scrambled eggs for breakfast along with the typical cold fare. I would stay here again.

Check in time was 3pm, we arrived at 3:15pm. We were told our room was about 20 minutes from being ready. At 4pm I went to the desk to see about our room, they let us in even though it was not quite done. There was a smell of sweat throughout the room when we entered. I asked the maid if she could spray it and she did. Breakfast was from 6am to 10 am, […] we went there at 9:30am. There were no eggs left and we were advised they wouldn't be making anymore. We left for the day to go to the Dells and when we returned that night our room was not cleaned. I asked the desk about it and they were aware of it but said they got busy and made a mistake. We stayed 3 nights, the room was cleaned the next night. One other thing, the beds were not very comfortable. Pretty old, I think. I won't stay there again. My stay was fine. The only problem I seemed to experience was if I used the coffee they did not replace it. I also found no soap in my room and had to ask for that. I would stay there again if I was in the area.

The breakfast was adequate but nothing great. The pool and spa was good and clean. It is not real convenient to many attractions but it was convenient to the family we were visiting. The staff was very helpful and courteous.

Comfortable stay. The nitrates in the water was an issue-and they didn't offer bottles of water. The ice maker on our floor was broken. Other than that, everything was great! Would stay again.

the tv needs more channels, the floorboard was coming off by the window looking down into the pool area nd i stepped on a nail while standing there, this could of been avoided if it was fixed.

A very convenient place to stay. Clean rooms, pet friendly. We will stay again if ever in the area. Very good deal for the cost of the room and only 25 miles north of Madison if you don't want to stay in the big town.

Situated right off the highway in a very nice, mostly residential area. Service great, facility very nice, room clean. Could hear traffic from the highway, but you can at most places. Our room faced the highway, so it would be a good idea to request one on the back of the hotel. Nice place to stay.

We stayed with our two dogs for a couple of nights during our Labor Day road trip and found the hotel comfortable and clean. The value is great with reasonable rates compared to those properties closer to the Dells area. The location is just of the interstate so it is a few miles from the interesting little town of Lodi and is just a short drive from […] many of the area’s attractions, State Parks and restaurants. The room was clean and well appointed with the only negatives being the noisy bathroom exhaust fan and the fact that the water contains a high level of nitrates. There is an actual health warning card on the vanity! The rooms air conditioning actually worked great and has a control on the wall. We enjoyed our stay but wished the staff would pay a little more attention to detail. There was a card in the bathroom stating a warning about the water consumption and so bottled water should have been offered in the room. Both of the coffee packets were decaf, we would have appreciated a choice of one regular. We stayed there only one night. The staff was really nice and helpful. When we got in the room it was nice and clean, however they need to get new bedding. The sheets had black marks on them, like they came from the dryer or from the wheel of their housekeeping carts. The continental breakfast was good. The first thing we see when we get into our room is a sign in the bathroom. NOTICE... High Levels of Nitrate in Drinking Water. DO NOT GIVE WATER TO INFANTS. DO NOT BOIL WATER. If we had been told this on the phone while making the reservations, we would not have stayed at this hotel. We are very surprised you can stay open.

It was hard to find the entrance off the highway, Better signage would help. The breakfast was soso , we've had better, They were out of waffle mix and the toaster was in an out of the way corner, Had to hunt for it. The pool was nice and so was the Hot tub.

Best Westerns always offer consistent cleanliness and nice rooms. The problem was the trouble with the reservation - at the end of a long day of travel this is not something you want to hear, especially because we chose Best Western because we can take our dog with us and finding another hotel on a Friday night that would let us take a dog would have […] been really difficult. The reservation problem was taken care of but sounded like there was an issue between how they received information from Hotels.com and how it got entered on their computer. Was convenient to Lodi WI which is where we were visiting. It wasw easy to find right off the interstate. The cleanliness and condition of the Hotel was very good. The exception being some of the carpets in the hallways were stained. The pool and whirlpool were clean and in good shape. The water in the whirlpool was not real hot. Even though this hotel was right off the interstate and my room was on the interstate side of the building, it was very well built and soundproof. I was also only a couple of doors from the lobby and with my door shut, I couldn't hear anything going on out there.
