We were very surprised at the great quality of this resort. Our room was wonderfull, and the on site managers very friendly, and doing a great job. We also enjoyed Stanton, security guard. very friendly and helpfull. What a refreshing stay, we will return.

"Ocean View"

The hotel had an exceptional ocean view complete with surfers and sunsets. The patio made for a pleasant breakfast. The unit was quite spacious. We really liked having a washer/dryer. The easy walk to waterfront restaurants was great. The staff was quite helpful. The unit needs more remodeling. The wall air conditioner was sufficient for everything except the bedroom. The temperature of the bedroom was not so comfortable for sleeping.

"Great Condo resort"

The original room we were given had a poor a/c unit. We arrived late so suffered through it that night. Management moved us the next day with no problem to another unit. The a/c worked great on the second unit. Great Condo resort, pool, barbeque area. Oean view was great! Location was great.

Good location, clean room, and partial ocean view was excellent. Room had many extra convenience items for our use such as swim masks, board games, and convenient kitchen items.

Our room was on the second level just steps from the rocky shore in Kona-Kailua. We had a great view of the ocean, breakers and shoreline of Kona.

This hotel is located in a great spot. You are right on the water. We reserved a room with a partial ocean view, but all partial ocean view rooms have a great view of the ocean and the pool. I was told I would have to pay for internet too, but it was everywhere. You have to pay for parking even if you are a hotel guest. Really nice pool, walk down the beach to the resort next door for dinner, cocktails and an outstanding sunset. The resort next door also has a luau. I don't spend alot of time inside my hotel, because i'm very active. If you are going to stay in the hotel for luxury, this is not you place. If you want a place with an average decor, a kitchen, friendly service and a great view, this is your place.
