The hotel's parklike oceanfront lawn includes five gas barbecues with two picnic tables, a putting green, and a large sundeck with freeform splash pool, children’s wading pool, and spa tub. Other activities include volleyball and shuffleboard.
Across the lawn is Kihei’s sprawling shoreline, with a beach park and four public tennis courts. The beaches of Kihei include Sugar Beach, two miles to the north, and the three Kamaole Parks, four miles to the south. Water activities include snorkeling, kayaking, surfing, and boogie boarding.
During the winter months, whales can sometimes be spotted in front of the hotel.
The three championship golf courses at Wailea are five miles away.

Kihei has many big-city amenities, including notable restaurants. Here, visitors can sample Hawaiian cuisine and learn about the state’s obsession with SPAM, the canned meat. Kihei’s beaches—Kamaole, Keawakapu, Kihei, and Mai Poina—are good for walking, swimming, and windsurfing. Makena Beach, south of Kihei, is aptly nicknamed the Big Beach. This beach is 100 yards wide and almost a mile long.

"Nice condo for price"

5th floor 1 bedroom condo with ocean view. Parking lot outside balcony was being resurfaced, but they kept the noise down to times when we were not in the condo. Pool was being renovated, but we had access to the pool in the complex next door. However, we spent our time at the beach, so that was not an issue. This was a good location fairly close to everything. We had a Jeep and free parking was great. Would book again.

Use as HQ to explore Maui South coast. Does not have maid service though, as each apt is independently owned. Check-out at 10am annoying

"Not new but great view"

We enjoyed our stay. The complex is showing it's age, particularly in our unit. There were a few nagging issues - lanai door was difficult to open and close. Small tv that went on the fritz occasionally, and an old AC system that worked but had a light odor for processed air. On the plus side - it is Hawaii! We left the lanai sliders open night and day and were very comfortable. Every unit in this complex has a nice view, our unit was exceptionally nice due to a couple vacant lots neighboring the complex. Side walks on this end of Kihei are limited for walking, but the beach is nice and not overly used. The pool was cold. :(

la camera era migliore di quanto ci aspettassimo, struttura ben organizzata ( devo dire un po' rigidi con gli orari), l'ideale per chi non vuole spendere troppo. si gode di un'ottima vista sull'oceano, credo da tutte le camere.

The cleaning service that is not done by the Hotel shows room for improvement. The front desk is very helpfull in all kind of questions. A great place for relaxing, beach directly in front of the door... OK, partly with stones, but as usally on Maui. Sandy beaches can reached by car, as well as groccerie shoppings, etc.

Es handelt sich hierbei um um Appartements, die von den jeweiligen Besitzern zentral vermietet werden Keine tägliche Reinigung durch Zimmermädchen. Die Lobby war während unseres Aufenthaltes nur von neun bis sechs Uhr abends besetzt, wie es bei einer Anreise danach abläuft würde ich vorher klären. Sehr gut war die Lage, alle Punkte auf der Insel gut erreichbar. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Rezpetion. Vor Ort wird über Sehenswürdigkeiten und Aktivitätsmöglichkeiten informiert.
