No notice that kitchen is not open on Sunday until we sat down to order---had chosen items from menu in room. Now we had to go back to our room to get our coatsGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Quick Boston stopover"
Excellent room with a view. Comfortable and ideally located. no coffee in the room but there is a nice bar/lounge that converts to a Starbucks during the day.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
This was a very nice hotel. The room was small but comfortable and I was just staying overnight. The room was clean, the bathroom was also clean and appeared newly renovated. The service was good when checking in and checking out and you couldn't ask for better location. I walked to the Seaport and back for an event and it was easy to get in and out. […] This was a great value hotel. Nothing flashy but for a business trip or overnight stay you couldn't ask for a better hotel and a better location. I will definitely use this hotel again for future nights staying in town. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"good location average hotel"
need to park two blocks away. Good location. Average hotel.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
The location is great; close to Quincy Market, easy walk to North End, 24 hour food mart next door, and T within a block. Room updated, clean, and comfortable except for lighting. Our room faced an atrium which was noted when we booked, however, I have never seen such a narrow atrium. Consequently there was very minimal natural light in the room. The […] room lighting did not appear to have been designed to compensate for that; perhaps more recessed ceiling lighting would have helped. We were only there 2 nights and didn't spend much time in the room but if we had been there longer it really would have been more of an issue for me. The lounge/café off the lobby was very nice and comfortable. We were there during a quiet period which was actually nice, we were able to sit with a glass of wine after being out all day and just relax while watching the Olympics. The same bar tender was there both nights and was excellent! There was a frig in the room which was great but no coffee maker. The information in the room said there was complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby 24hrs/day; that was not the case. One has to buy Starbucks coffee in the café off the lobby which has limited hours. Only other minor issue is that there were no hooks in the bathroom to hang clothes or a toiletry bag and minimal vanity counter space. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great location and value"
Had a great two night stay during a business trip, very convenient to financial district and restaurants. Only complaint was the shower had terrible water pressure. Other than that, the hotel was great and I will look to stay here again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
This hotel is in the most amazing spot and is close to everything. We took the bus down and after arriving at South Station, walked about 10 miles to the hotel. We were seeing a Celtics game and it was only a 10 minute walk to the Garden. The staff was so helpful and friendly. The lobby, restaurant, and room were all GORGEOUS. I will 100% return to […] this hotel. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Comfortable Stay at a Comfortable Price"
I was overall happy with my stay. There were a couple of things, like the bathroom fan that did not work, but overall I would stay at this hotel again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
We stayed here for 1 night before flying out of Logan. Very convenient to South Station and the airport. The room was very clean and bed was super comfortable. Appreciated the binder full of local restaurants so finding a place for breakfast was easy.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
The location is unbeatable, right outside aquarium station, near the warf and right in the heart of boston. The room was very nice, clean, and well made. 5/5. I recommend this hotel.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Location, location, nice hotel, great location"
This is the best bang for the buck you will find in Boston.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Great room, cool hotelGenuine Hotels.com guest review
Was not happy with not having an outside window--it made the room rather dark (though good for sleeping in). Having a refrigerator was nice, but the rather elaborate stereo system didn't work. Lovely bathroom--nice big shower stall. For the price it was worth it.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
This hotel exceeded my expectations. I am a travel agent and I always try to stay where a possible client may be interested in. This place was clean, friendly, unique, close to a very historical area on the Harbor and had a very reasonable price. I will be recommending this to my friends, family, and travel clients! I will be staying here again!Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"perfect little getaway!"
WE were in town for an event at Fanueil Hall. Location was perfect. we walked everywhere. short walk to the North End. Room was clean, quiet and nicely appointed. Would definitely stay here again!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Great location, room is a little small and older. Parking is with pay lot only-no parking available at night. Overall nice hotel. Minimal amenities, did not have toothbrush or paste at front desk.. Location is excellent.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Affordable and great location"
Location was perfect for dining / shopping / and walking distance to TD Garden. Found rates to be very favorable when comparing to other Boston hotels. Very friendly and courteous staff and room was great.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Very Noisy in the middle of the night"
Everything was fine until about 3am. I had a ground floor room right next to the street. Trucks started stopping nearby around 3am and lasted for at least a couple of hours - backing up (beeping) and idling right outside the room or so it seemed (thin walls). I could also hear people talking very clearly around this time - prob trash collectors.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
No frills but very nice hotel for business traveler. Very nicely appointed room for the price, awesome bathroom and shower. On a very cold Jan week, it was very comfortable in my room and lobby. Strong and reliable wireless internet access. Just what I needed for a business trip.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Large clean room, fun neighborhood with many good restaurants and bars, T stop out front (2 quick stops from airport). Hopping bar and coffee shop off lobby. Fantastic value.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"A great weekend in Boston in January!!"
This hotel was in the best location in Boston to get to everything. We could easily walk to The Museum of Science, The Aquarium, the North End, Faneuil Hall and super restaurants. We will be going back very soon. AnnGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"One Night Get-Away"
The hotel is located in a great part of the city. Across the street from Quincy Market and the New England Aquarium. The room was spacious and clean. Loved having a fridge in the room. The only downside was the heat. Even with the heat off, it felt like 100 degrees which made sleeping difficult. We noticed the next morning that everyone with the atrium […] rooms had their windows open which let in some fresh air. If we were staying a second night we would have done that as well. Bathroom especially the shower was also great. We will most definitely stay again. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Tried and True"
Once again the Harborside has made for a great Boston experience ! So convenient to everything downtown and the Blue line subway is literally at the front door so everything in all of Boston is at your doorstep. The rooms are small but well appointed and CLEAN ! Stayed twice and will stay again !Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Harborside Inn of Boston provided a spacious, clean room in a spectacular location. We appreciated the big shower and plenty of counter space around the bathroom sink. A small refrigerator was convenient too. Harborside Inn will be our top choice next time we need a hotel in Boston.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Perfect for fun night in Boston!"
Awesome awesome location and rooms were just as I planned...Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Good value for location"
My sister and I stayed there for a girls night on the town. The location is great - right near the water front, shopping, night clubs, etc. The hotel room was clean and comfortable. Since the room we were in was an atrium view, it kind of felt like we were in a cruise ship. The room got a little hot and stuffy during the night and at one point I even […] turned on the AC because turning off the heat didn't help (it was January). But overall we were happy, especially for the price. I don't think I would want to stay more than one or two nights in a place without a window to the outside though, Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

Great location. Room was very charming w/brick wall, tile shower. Hotel personnel very helpful. Nearby reasonable parking.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Not spacious--but very quaint and cute!"
Bedding was very comfortable and everything looked clean; probably to make up for the minimal space and view? Well done!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Great location. Parking was two blocks away and only a small area to park while checking in.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Overnight stay with family:)"
My family and I visited Boston for an overnight stay while also up from Alabama staying with family in New Hampshire. We had the best time and hope to visit again soon possibly for more than one night. The hotel was super in every way possible!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
The room was sooooo tinyGenuine Hotels.com guest review
Overall had a wonderful stay! super cozy and spacious. perfect location- walking distance from the north end (where we had a delious dinner) then to TD Garden. Everyone was very nice and welcoming. Would definitely come back again!Genuine Hotels.com guest review

Great location and lovely staff. Liked the newly renovated lobby - very chic. Perfect for business trip as it's located well.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Close to the heart of the city"
The hotel was really nice and the staff very friendly. Our room was beautiful. The only we had was how warm the room was. No matter what we did with the thermostat we could not get the room to cool down enough to sleep well.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
We stayed here just over a year ago when renovations were being done. We were thrilled with what they've done! The only downside is that there isn't really anyplace to get a good sit down breakfast in walking distance, except hotel restaurants, which are pricey. We will be back often!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Fine Property Close to Financial District"
Had business in the Financial District and found this hotel to be very convenient (within short walking distance) from my destinations. Also extremely convenient to restaurants and the Long Wharf. The hotel property was unique as it was a converted spice factory. A great eclectic mix of old architecture and contemporary furnishings and design; attentive […] staff; comfortable;and, well-maintained. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Conveniently located to major Boston businesses."
The staff was incredibly responsive and quick. The hotel was beautiful and clean. A lot of character!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
This is a great little hotel at a great price. Fairly small rooms, but I don't need that much room anyways. Very clean, and close to pretty much everything. Would definitely stay here again.Genuine Expedia guest review
"New Year Night"
It was great. It was the cheapest in the city but the hotel was really nice. The only issue I had was how warm it was. My wife and I like to be really cold when we sleep, so it isn't the hotels fault, just would've been nice if it could get colder.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great for New Years!"
This was a great place to stay--convenient and comfortable. If I could ask for one thing, it would be for more light--the room lighting was extremely dim.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Lied about having parking on Google. The parking $"
Parking was $$$ 2 blocks away. Room had broken blinds with a nice clear view of our bed from the elevator :/ There was a bucket catching rain dripping from the ceiling outside of our room #108 on sunday Dec 29th First impression when walking in tired from a drive through a snowstorm was of a hostel. Loud drunk kids at the bar and computer kiosks set […] up in the lobby. Not very classy for a last minute "deal" that ended up being over $130 WITH TAX. The next morning we found out the route close to the airport closed and we'd have to drive another way. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
Stayed over during the holiday week and it was a great experience. Location couldn't be more convenient, a block from Faneuil Hall. Everything with the room was exceptional, they have done more renovations since my last visit and every faucet was top notch. Will definitely utilize this Hotel next time I'm in town.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Good Spartan hotel for air travelers"
I had a flight out of Logan one afternoon whose morning was going to find roads to Boston snow-closed, so I booked the night before at Harborside, stayed there comfortably, and the next morning easily crossed the snowy streets to the T Aquarium station, two stops from Logan Airport. The easy commute made the stay worthwhile. I'd have been happier if […] the room had the usual coffeemaker or if the hotel had a buffet or restaurant instead of a snack shop for morning and noon. But I knew the circumstances in advance, so I brought in soup, sandwiches, cheese and crackers, and all was well. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
