      the two bedroom apartment was massive, and well equipped; this is a family hotel, not a chain, located in a old town house and the furnishing of the apartment reflects this; breakfast was good; we would not hesitate staying here again

      We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Very close to the U-Bahn station, easy trips using the U-Bahn. Staff was wonderful, gave superb restaurant suggestions. I would stay at this hotel again.

    I have stayed at the NH Vienna occasionally since 1996. During that time I must say that the hotel has not aged well. While the public spaces are nice the rooms are quite dated. The fitness, spa area is also not up to the quality expected in a hotel at this star rating and price.     I needed to leave from Vienna at 6:55 AM and therefore wanted a hotel near the airport. This one is perfect. You simply walk out of the hotel front door, cross the street and you are at the airport. They allowed early check-in with a 10 Euro per hour fee. Hotel restaurant was good.

    Basic no frills hotel - nothing more, nothing less. Good for early morning flight depatrures from Vienna. Shower stall door fell on my wife. No harm done but scared her. Room was very spartan. Epilogue - just charged 3 euros from hotel on credit card 3 days later, no idea for what.

    If you have an early morning flight this is where to stay. Word of caution. The airport is set up in an unusual and confusing way so I would strongly recommend you do a dry run to your airline's counter if you have to check bags or get a boarding pass. If we did not we might have missed our flight.

    Very convenient hotel if you need to have a layover in Vienna. Just across the entrance to the airport terminal, it's within 50 yards! The CAT (City-Airport Train) takes you to downtown Vienna in 16 minutes. Good restaurant, clean rooms. What else do you need?

    Fantastic location, it's the only hotel actually at the airport and accross the street from arrivals and departures, you walk to hotel in a few minutes pushing your luggage cart. Room pleasant and comfortable. Negatives - they provide only one soft pillow per person, you have to request additional ones. Unlike Hiltons, they DON'T provide any in-room […] hot water and coffee making options. The bathtub is large and roomy but there is no shower enclosure so unless you are extremely careful when showering (a hassle) you are bound to get the floor and everything nearby all wet. You need not buy expensive hotel breakfast - go across street to terminal and eat at a cafe or MacDonalds. Also, small supermarket in terminal called SPAR and buy whatever you may need and take to room. We arrived late, slept at hotel and next morning rented a car and began our travels. On the way home, drove to airport late afternoon, returned rental car, had a good night's sleep at the hotel and were ready early morning for check-in and departure home. Read more

The train station is on the airport property, also just a stone throw from the hotel. The rooms and towels could use some updating. The beds are very comfortable with good mattresses […] and down comforters. They have 2 restaurants, one a buffet and the other is sit down dining. We were pleasantly surprised to have such a wonderful meal. It was quality food with great presentation. The waiter was excellent. Would highly recommend. There is also a bar.
