Good deal for the money.

The hotel was not clean, the reception area was dirty and unclean and did not look nothing like the pictures as advertised on the website. Would not recommend this hotel.

We used Hotel.com and chose the right hotel in the area that we needed for the price we could/wanted to pay. It was an excellent tool to use and we are very happy with the decision we made.

We reached there @ 4:45 PM, checked in took keys and went to attain some gathering. Came back around 6:30 PM, as soon as open the door a nasty stale intolerable smell came out. Found carpet was wet. Not sure how they cleaned the carpet. called for room fresher but there wasn't any. Front desk wasn't helpful.. finally guy at the front desk offered another room but that time we were unpacked and it was difficult and time consuming to move at that time. We had to leave with that smell.. we spread some perfume to kill the smell. It didn't work. Any way at the morning tried to iron cloths found iron is not working and they didn't another one right a way. It took him long to get one and we were late to the ceremony. Motel's location was good for us. Staff was good as well. Staying wasn't pleasant.

OK folks, here's the deal. If you are seeking a place with super fine linens and all the world class touches....dont stay here. If you are seeking a nice place just to sleep that is located right in the center of everything you might want to do and has the best pricing you can imagine.....BOOK IT! Have stayed here many times and coming back again.

Clean room, good beds, half-a-dozen restaurants in walking distance.

Hotel was fine, but booked room that had a couch and the website showed it to have one. Come to find out they didn't have one...... toilet overfilled and shook the entire wall every time it was flushed and not to much help from manager.

Air conditioner very weak during daytime hours. Room stayed very warm until dark. Not comfortable at all.

We stayed at this hotel to be close to Kaboomtown, and we realized when we got there that we could actually even stay at the hotel to watch the fireworks. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, and the experience overall was wonderful! The only part that we didn't like so much as that several other people apparently had the same idea and had a little pool party while the show was going.

The location was good. I was on a business trip in northern dallas county but had family in southern dallas county so it was centrally located to all those places. I wasnt able to go to the galleria but did notice that it was within 10 min. Lots of places to eat within walking distance, my only complain is that the 1st night of my 4night stay I was placed into a room that wasnt the one i paid for. I was told that being a friday night, i would have to wait till checkout to move. The next day i was placed in the correct room with a fridge and microwave that i orginally had paid for. Breakfast was all cold stuff so dont expect waffles like some places but it was enough to start my day.

I have stayed at this Inn at least 6 times and keep coming back. The location is perfect for getting around Addison. The room is clean and nice. Make no mistake it will not make you think you are in the Ritz Carlton, but for the money, it is a tremendous value.

You can beat the location, restaurant row! The pool was nice, even though the concrete bottom ate my feet up. I do suggest you bring your own pillows. The pillows they supplied were paper thin. Im sure they would have given us more if we asked but we only stayed one night. The people at the front desk were very nice.

We just wanted someplace convenient, clean and inexpensive and this was perfect. Nothing fancy, great service and within walking distance to lots of restaurants and entertainment.

hotel is in very nice neighborhood. staff was very friendly and helpful. bed was not that comfortable and light over sink had problem but overall great value. hotel is on restaurant row in Addison so many options for food and drink nearby.

The hotel was a little hard to find, however the managers were very friendly and it clean. Great value for the price.

Upon check in, Sara was most kind and very professional. I felt as if I was in a "higher" star hotel in the way I was welcomed. My room was okay for the price, was only there to sleep and shower...was well worth the price and it was clean and tidy. Would stay again. Thank you for the extra towels!!

It was a good hotel, for the price. The only thing I was unsatisfied about was the small deposit I had to pay, but they did refund it at the end of my stay. If I'd not had any $$ or card on me, I would have been up a creek. Other than that, I was very satisfied. The building was quiet, I was not disturbed all weekend. The parking lot was well-lit, and there didn't really seem to be any "strange" people hanging around, unlike what I've read about other hotels. It was a good experience, I'd recommend it to anyone who needs to travel to that area on a budget.

Quiet; comfy beds; very clean; complimentary continental breakfast was nice; staff extremely courteous; microwave and fridge in room; very cold A/C; perfect location for us. Room smelled stale when we first entered, but we got the A/C going and it took care of that. Stayed 3 nights and would definitely go back. We dropped an important document in the parking lot when we left and management retrieved it for us and tracked us down by cell phone after we had checked out to let us know we could come back and pick it up. Could not have asked for a better experience, especially at the price we paid. Highly recommend.

Great room for the money. Excellent wi-fi connection; comfy beds; clean rooms; complimentary continental breakfast was very nice; staff was super courteous. A/C worked great. Microwave and refrigerator in the room. Location was perfect for us. I was very pleased with the hotel. It is a 2 star hotel but the room was very clean, the location excellent and was a great room for the price.

Basic comfortable lodging: a hot shower and a place to sleep at a reasonable price. I'm not that hard to please! :-)

Everything wuz kool until I got back home and look at my bank statement and saw that they charge me an extra 25 bucks. I called the manager and they said it wuz cause the was a stain on the sheets. They foul!!! And I still ain't got my sheets that I paid for......2 thumbs, toes, and my anything else I can face down!!!!!

We got a great rate on the hotel and for one night it wasn't bad. Our room was clean and that was the main concern. Our only complaints came at breakfast. There wasn't much of a selection, I had to ask for cups as there were none on the counter, and when my husband got himself a cup of coffee there was a dead bug floating in it.

This is my 5th stay at this hotel and it seems that the rooms (specifically bedding) had been upgraded. The location of this place is right in the middle of everything you could need. One helpful hint: Request a North-side room. Two of the four nights I was there the southside was invaded by folks playing rap from their vehicles (and I mean LOUD). This was going on at 2-4 a.m. It is not the Hotel's fault because it occured off their property. Overall with the price you can get and the location....book it!

Overall the hotel itself was pretty nice for the price. There are many places to eat nearby ( some within a 2 minute walk). If you have any difficulty walking ( handicapped or had a few too many) make sure you request a ground floor room. The walking area/sidewalk of the upstairs has a light slant to it ( enough that it was uncomfortable for me to walk on without my cane). The customer service was top notch, the room was clean, no problem with the air conditioner ( each room now has a wall unit ). The only real problem we had was that it was not even close to the Galleria. Would I stay there again and/or recommend it to family and friends... Yes. As a side note, they have a food vending machine in the lobby and it is only a short drive to a 24 hour retail store ( Wal-Mart) for anything you may have left home without. Also, with the location of the building, road noise was very minimal so that left for a good nights rest.

It's no 5 star hotel, but it does the job. The price is awesome, the beds are comfy, the location is great, and you get a mini fridge. Most hotels don't have. I really think you get a bang for your buck! It's conveniently located to all the restaurants in Addison.
