We loved our stay here. Walking distance to everything. We were on our honeymoon and when we arrived to our room there was champagne waiting for us.

loved it. we were only there one night, but we arrived on the red eye and showed up at the hotel at around 11:00 expecting to (at best) drop our bags and come back later for the room.to our great joy, they checked us in immediately and we were able to go clean up and take a quick nap.this made ALL the difference for us between having an exhausted weekend […] and fun one. I was displeased with my stay this time around. The only reason I booked was because I had a better stay once before and I was traveling with my American family who could not have stayed in a smaller, quaint, european hotel. This is a spacious hotel, but it neglects details. We had a junior suite with a pull out bed and once the bed was pulled out there […] was a funny smell in the room the entire time. The furniture just seemed old and unkept. The previous trip I stayed in a suite as well, but because it was on the executive floor, the room was nicer. This shows inconsistency in management and was not worth the price. However, the breakfast staff went out of there way to go to the supermarket to buy my family our morning fruits such as bananas that were not available, so I was very pleased. Overall, this is an average hotel and I will not be staying here again. Read more

Nice hotel but really expensive internet, even at the lobby (8.95 euros/hour). I guess it'd be attractive for clients to offer free internet at least at the lobby. Also, the bar is quite expensive: 26 euros for a sandwich+fries... Loved the hotel, the restaurant pumpkin soup ... Excellent. Fitness room was great also. My only issue is this hotel does not have wifi. They do have wifi in the lobby for a huge fee.

Got 2 room and one smelled like cigarette smoke and they swap me out with no hassle. got charged for 2 mini bar items that I didn't use and again they remove with no fuss. Very clean and staff friendly. Def worth a stay.

Overall, the hotel was pleasant enough and the staff spoke great English. It was business oriented and a great hotel for professionals. If you are expecting a younger crowd, you will definitely be disappointed. I would recommend the hotel even though we did have a day when the staff did not re-stock our mini fridge so that was a disappointment.

Everyone there was so helpful. Joodi at the front desk was so nice and really made us feel welcome. He was very sweet to our children also. He gave them colored pencils and papers to draw a pic of Paris that they hang in the hotel. The hotel was absolutely beautiful and definitely 5 star for Europe.

My wife and I had a marvelous stay at the Hotel du Collectionneur. Particularly for a longer stay like ours (seven nights) I recommend upgrading to the Executive Floor. The Executive Lounge was perfect for breakfast in the morning, and was also a welcome respite in the afternoon or evening after a day of sightseeing. My husband and I stayed for a week in Paris and enjoyed the Hilton tremendously. The location was perfect since it is so close to metro stations, and a quick walk to the Arc De Triomphe and the Champs-Elysees. Overall, enjoyed our stay at the Hilton. As others have commented, the hallways are a bit tired and could use a rehab, however our room was quite pleasant and larger than the European standard. We're Diamond members, so access to the lounge was great and we took full advantage of breakfast and snacks in the afternoon sitting on the rooftop balcony. […] This also got us checked in upon arrival at 10 am, which was very appreciated, plus allowed a late check out. Location is good, though a slightly longer walk to a metro then some other hotels might've been. Easy walk to Arc de Triomphe and Champs Elysses. Really, anywhere within central Paris is going to be a good location once you've figured out the metro. Very nice lobby to sit and watch folks come and go - though not a very active area (which could be considered a good thing) and nice bar, except RIDICULOUSLY expensive . . . a kir and a Heineken came to $53 US dollars. lodging at executive floor gives us access to executive lounge, view is wonderful overseeing the road junctions and nice sunset...they are really kids friendly , the lounge offers different varieties for breakfast, tea break and dinner..loves the happy hour free flow of champagne and pastries, also caviar (!) pleasantly surprised!

If you prefer a quite hotel, this is your hotel. If you want busy area with a lot of activities, go to left bank area. We really enjoyed this hotel after two nights in noisy area.

Arrived after 3:30 pm and our room wasn't ready (Hilton Honors Silver Member). Receptionist was gracious and gave us a free drink in the Purple Bar while we waited (over 30 minutes). Drink wasn't worth the wait (only beer or wine). Booked the room for three nights and had three people staying in the room (two queen beds). Room only had towels for two […] guests. I requested additional towels from the receptionist and facilities and it took more than a day to get the towels. Bathroom did not have a ceiling fan (common in Europe) and the bathroom had a funny smell (somewhere between mildew and body odor). I think that the source of the odor was probably the shower curtain (fabric not vinyl) or one of the towels. Either way not pleasant and could not change room because everything was booked (weekend stay). Location of the hotel was great, near Parc Monceau and the Arc De Triomphe, but they dropped the ball on our stay and it definitely impacted our stay in Paris. I will not be giving them a second chance. Read more
