Overall, the hotel was pleasant enough and the staff spoke great English. It was business oriented and a great hotel for professionals. If you are expecting a younger crowd, you will definitely be disappointed. I would recommend the hotel even though we did have a day when the staff did not re-stock our mini fridge so that was a disappointment.Genuine Expedia guest review
Everyone there was so helpful. Joodi at the front desk was so nice and really made us feel welcome. He was very sweet to our children also. He gave them colored pencils and papers to draw a pic of Paris that they hang in the hotel. The hotel was absolutely beautiful and definitely 5 star for Europe.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Nice but far too noisy."
Beautiful and well furnished, but just try to sleep past 7 AM! I'd swear I could hear every door in the place slam shut as people left their rooms to check out. Very noisy!!!Genuine Expedia guest review
"5 star hotel in Paris"

"Wonderful for Couples"
My wife and I had a marvelous stay at the Hotel du Collectionneur. Particularly for a longer stay like ours (seven nights) I recommend upgrading to the Executive Floor. The Executive Lounge was perfect for breakfast in the morning, and was also a welcome respite in the afternoon or evening after a day of sightseeing. Hotel staff overall was extremely […] attentive, and Concierge staff were wonderful. Location is not far from Metro Stop, so access to all of the major attractions is easy. "Just a wonderful find"
We upgraded to executive level which included very good breakfast buffet, drinks (all sorts) all throughout the day and snacks. Really recommend it. Hotel is a very short walk to Arc de Triumph and all the interesting places to see. It is also next to train station with access to all sites if you are not up for a walk. Wonderful staff and location. […] We'll go back to it.. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Great size room for family of 4, great breakfast"
Very nice hotel, nice size room, staff very pleasant and helpful. It would have been nice to have free wi-fi as we were expecting that. The location of the hotel was a little out of the way but we were still able to walk to many sites.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
""An Awesome Trip to Paris, France""
Staff was very helpful. I think the French get an unfair rap sometimes. The people were all very helpful and very willing to make you feel welcome.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Great hotel for couples and business."
My husband and I stayed for a week in Paris and enjoyed the Hilton tremendously. The location was perfect since it is so close to metro stations, and a quick walk to the Arc De Triomphe and the Champs-Elysees. We are avid walkers and were able to walk from the hotel to the Lourve and Eiffel Tower. The hotel was very clean, quiet and had all the amenities […] I expected of a Hilton. We only ate in the hotel once for breakfast. Although it was very good, it was also very expensive. Not to worry, there are many places nearby to enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner. Stayed there 3 nights, it was great& quite. We loved the location off the beaten path but close to the champs elysee. Went jogging to closeby Park Monceau, a little jewel of urban parkGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"A Decent Large Hotel Choice"
Overall, enjoyed our stay at the Hilton. As others have commented, the hallways are a bit tired and could use a rehab, however our room was quite pleasant and larger than the European standard. We're Diamond members, so access to the lounge was great and we took full advantage of breakfast and snacks in the afternoon sitting on the rooftop balcony. […] This also got us checked in upon arrival at 10 am, which was very appreciated, plus allowed a late check out. Location is good, though a slightly longer walk to a metro then some other hotels might've been. Easy walk to Arc de Triomphe and Champs Elysses. Really, anywhere within central Paris is going to be a good location once you've figured out the metro. Very nice lobby to sit and watch folks come and go - though not a very active area (which could be considered a good thing) and nice bar, except RIDICULOUSLY expensive . . . a kir and a Heineken came to $53 US dollars. Excuse me?? Concierge very helpful in making arrangements and providing maps/info. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"Quite hotel but not far from busy area"
If you prefer a quite hotel, this is your hotel. If you want busy area with a lot of activities, go to left bank area. We really enjoyed this hotel after two nights in noisy area.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Arrived after 3:30 pm and our room wasn't ready (Hilton Honors Silver Member). Receptionist was gracious and gave us a free drink in the Purple Bar while we waited (over 30 minutes). Drink wasn't worth the wait (only beer or wine). Booked the room for three nights and had three people staying in the room (two queen beds). Room only had towels for two […] guests. I requested additional towels from the receptionist and facilities and it took more than a day to get the towels. Bathroom did not have a ceiling fan (common in Europe) and the bathroom had a funny smell (somewhere between mildew and body odor). I think that the source of the odor was probably the shower curtain (fabric not vinyl) or one of the towels. Either way not pleasant and could not change room because everything was booked (weekend stay). Location of the hotel was great, near Parc Monceau and the Arc De Triomphe, but they dropped the ball on our stay and it definitely impacted our stay in Paris. I will not be giving them a second chance. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
Beautiful hotel with huge rooms! The staff is very nice. I would totally recommend it and stay here againGenuine Hotels.com guest review
We had a couple of issues with some problems in the room and when we called they arrived within minutes and corrected all the problems. They answered all our questions and were so extremely helpful in arranging tours or explaining tipping practices or any other general questions we had. I would return to this Hotel again and would highly recommend it […] to others. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Good location, but disappointing"
Good things about the hotel: + Rooms were Clean + Staff was very friendly, and helpful + Close walking distance to Arc de Triomphe - Bed and pillows were uncomfortable Unpleasant things about the hotel: - The heavy curtains did not close all of the way. Our room looked into the courtyard, and the building was well lit.... all night long. - The shower […] could not keep a constant temperature. - Wifi is not free, and you are charged for each devise that you use. This makes the internet charges too expensive. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Live the life of luxury in Paris"
This hotel is excellent in all respects. The location is terrifc, close to the Arc de Triomphe and the metro. The neighborhood is very expensive for restaurants and shops, but if you are on a budget, you are not staying here!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Staff was very helpful. Need more Amercian Channels on the television. Overall, very pleasant stay. We would definately stay there on our next visit.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Great business hotel."
A perfect business hotel, and probably very nice for a romantic stay in Paris with your partner.Genuine Expedia guest review
Nice hotel with very good service - everyone vas always ready to help. Quiet area with a beautiful park nerby (Monceau) - you will still have to walk to Metro or attractions but just remember that you are walking the streets of Paris.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Very nice hotel"
Good location, walking distance to Arc de Triomphe. Concierge was friendly and very helpful with all of our questions, including making dining reservations, tour reservations, etc. Everyone spoke English. Walked to several restaurants. Small grocery store, pastry shop (for morning croissants) within couple blocks.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Great Family Hotel in Paris"
We booked this hotel based on the excellent reviews we read on multiple web sites. The high marks are well deserved. The room was very large by European standards - by US standards a typical sized Hilton hotel room. The room was more than adequate for my myself, wife, and 2 teenage children. Hotel was very clean and most importantly the service from […] the hotel staff superb. I speak no French, but the hotel staff were very helpful booking dinner reservations, travel info, and recommendations as what time was best to visit desired museums and shopping. The only minor knock on the Hotel was wifi was not free, but we were able to use the computer in the business center briefly at no charge. The location of the hotel is also a plus. Walking distance from the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs Elysees, and about 2 blocks from a metro station. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
Housekeeping was not so great. Overall good hotel choice.Genuine Expedia guest review
The room was spacious and clean. For Europe this was quite big. They were frequently keeping us in coffee, water and sweets. The staff was friendly and helpful. Depending on who you asked for information at the concierge we would not get quite accurate directions. (get a map and figure it out, not hard) If you want to go to Versailles the best thing […] to do would be to use the train, fast and comfortable. The metro system is very like our DC system (not surprising since they designed it for us) Very easy to learn and to get around. Don't want to take a taxi as they are very expensive and the traffic is bad. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
The only complaint I have is that the water pressure in the shower head was rather inadequate which made the shower experience a little disappointing.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Paris Hilton Arc de Triomphe"
Significant charge for wifi - 8 euros per hour is disappointing. Location is good. Overall, a good stay.Genuine Expedia guest review
This large hotel is aiming to accommodate LARGE groups in average comfort and style. On several days of my visit the lobby was clogged with groups and their luggage either checking in or checking out. The hotels decor is in need of a facelift. Our room and beds in particular were only adequate. The staff was very friendly but resolved all dining requests […] with the same recommendations given to the five people in front of you. I also think the neighborhood is lovely to check out on foot and then move on. Much better to stay in a vibrant neighborhood were you have cheese shops, bakeries, wine shops, etc. at your dispossal. Live like a Parisian even if it's just for a few days. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Great Hotel in Good section of Paris"
After considerable research, we selected the Hilton because it had real king size beds and what seemed to be decent sized rooms. We were very pleased with the room, which had a balcony, and the amenities which come with the executive suite (full breakfast in the mornings and various snacks and wine, etc in the afternoon and evening.) The staff was very […] helpful and most spoke English. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Comfortable but Removed"
The hotel was very nice and comfortable. It is a little further than one would think from metro stops or the Arc and has little local selection of places to eat. The business center was less than helpful but the remainder of the staff was curteous and helpful. There was construction going on outside the room which woke us up at 7 am each day.Genuine Expedia guest review
"We loved this hotel."

"Best location in Paris"
Great hotel, best location . Walking distance to main attractions. Eiffel tower 10 minutes walk and louvre' s museum 15 minutes. Staff very helpful and nice.Genuine Expedia guest review
Very difficult to use the Metro to get to this hotel. I advise that you take a taxi -- no elevators to get luggage up and down the stairs. The hotel was standard fare from my perspective and the breakfast a bit on the light side.Genuine Expedia guest review
Goog location The staff is Not coordinated to many people that do not what going on. The hotel look like it need renovation.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Great concierge, room heat did not work."
Hotel was nicely decorated. Rooms were good size. The Concierge desk and door staff were extremely nice and helpful. The front desk staff was located at the 'Hilton Honors' section only (confusing for non HH guests). The staff in the 'Purple Bar' did not bring us our check when we asked 3 times and so they comped our Cappuccino's.. We had an issue with […] our heat in our room and it happened to be quite cold while we stayed there. After our first call to the desk, nobody showed up. The next day we went to dinner in the hotel restaurant and asked that somebody check it while we were out. Again, nobody came. We called the desk again the next day and a guy came and after a few minutes said he'd be right back. He came back with a new filter and changed it. He said the temperature should get better but it would take at least an hour. So, we waited. It was still cold and the blower was not blowing hot air. The room was 19 degrees celcius #66 fahrenheit#. It was just too cold. We called the man again and he said if it did not warm up, he would have to check to see if he could change our room. We had a notice on our TV saying the hotel was full so I am not sure how he could. In any case - by then it was late and we were already on day 5 of our 7 day trip so we just stayed in the room. The maid service was inconsistent -- they did not always replace used items and towels. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
