Airport pickup was frequent and well handled. Hotel was ok, no problems but no pleasant surprises. Reason to stay there is proximity to airport and good, free shuttle service to airport.

A typical soulless airport hotel in an isolated location. Free shuttle bus and convenient for a quick overnight stay, but no longer than that. In summary: it serves a purpose.

This is a hotel where I stay usually on transit from Sao Paulo to somewhere else in Brasil. Have stayed abot 7 times, but this time on my outbound stay I change it with the Marriott that is just in front. Cost the same but Marriott has an air conditioning that works.

We were a the end of a three week tour of Brazil and did not want the hassle of Sao Paulo peak hour traffic so we stayed as near the airport as possible for the last night For this purpose this hotel was excellent ,(it also has an airport shuttle service)but it is a good distance from downtown

I arrived in Sao Paulo at 9:30 PM and finally cleared customs at 10:15 PM. The Caesar Courtesy bus arrived shortly after I got my luggage and I was In my hotel room by 10:45PM for a full night's sleep without the hassle of going into city. I was very pleased with everything including a buffet breakfast that was included in my room rate.

The staff were exceptionally helpful, polite, and gracious, in particular Denis at the reception desk. They were comfortable speaking to me in either English or Spanish as I do not speak Portuguese. The room (825) was surprisingly spacious versus other South American locales, nicely decorated in earth tones with granite tabletops and vanity in the bathroom and a spacious workstation. The glass enclosed shower was immense. The hotel is situated practically on the airport property, but is very quiet(less than 5 minutes by free shuttle, which operates every 20 minutes from in front of terminal 1 (international arrivals). The business traveler could not find a better deal to be sure. I thought it was a little pricey per night, but worth every dollar.
