Somewhat difficult to find and park, the apartment was very nice, great kitchen., worth finding. We would stay there again. The restaurant next door, the Oyster Catcher, was very good for dinner. The simple, small deli like place between the hotel and and the restaurant was excellent for lunch.

It was little far from downtown but tram station is closely hotel staff tried to help but I have to wait half hour to checkout because they start to work 7am They have breakfast but you need to pay about 8 euro The quality of breakfast? It didn't impress me The room was clean but they don't clean your room unless you ask.I think it was worth for the money

Well kept, very comfortable room/hotel. In the industrial zone, but convenient location. Not far from the tram to go into downtown Bordeaux. Quiet. Pleasant and helpful staff. Listed price of the room way too high. Excellent internet/Hotels.com price.
Location.
Conveniently near the airport in the heart of Bordeaux, Hotel Alton is close to Universite Bordeaux II, Hotel de Ville, and Aquitaine Museum. Also nearby are Chateau Haut Brion and St. Seurin Basilica.

Aufenthalt war sehr gemütlich zu empfehlen. Tram 2 min zu Fuß 10 min im stadtmitte Parkplatz auf die Strasse vor dem Hotel kostenlos. Nochmal hin lohnt sich.

Très bon accueil, Personnel sympathique Hotel très bien, très bien situé propre, confortable. petit déjeuner excellent et copieux.
Accueil à améliorer : sommes arrivés fatigués, avons demandé à diner : refus catégorique car salle complète ce qui peut se comprendre mais aucune amabilité, restaurants proches indiqués tous fermés - nous sommes donc revenus (à pied) et nous sommes adressés directement à votre restaurant où ils ont accepté de nous accueillir. rapport qualité-prix décevant, quels sont les critères de la 3ème étoile ? attention au couloirs sombres, non éclairés ... mais c'est bon pour la planète et surtout ne pas oublier d'éviter le restaurant seul coté positif : très calme

Hôtel globalement calme, très bon accès par le tram. Les chambres mériterait un entretien plus régulier (pour un standing 3 étoiles).

Bon accueil dans cet hôtel, le personnel est sympathique, seul petit bémol, 12€ le petit déjeuner (viennoiserie pas toujours de bonne qualité ! ).

peu de personel, petit déjeuner médiocre, chambre familiale spacieuse avec 3 catégories différentes et donc à préciser (avec coin cuisine ou non par exemple)

la chambre ne correspondit pas a la réservation.pas possible de prendre le petit déjeuner car il n'y avait plus rien pas même les couverts alors que l'horaire était bon
