This is hotel is exactly what we expected from all to the previous comments on this site. It is centrally located and is a sweet and lovely little place. The rooms are very clean and spacious. The owners are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very good. The only drawback is there is no elevator, if you have heavy luggage...not to worry the owner will carry it up, The parking is an added plus, since it is hard to find parking close to your hotel. We would stay here again.

Wonderful, clean , homey hotel in the town of Spetses. It is an easy walk from the ferry dock and it has a lovely pool, wonderful included breakfast and very clean rooms. There were kitchen facilities but we did not use them. Hotel is a family operation and the family could not be more helpful and friendly. Christina, the daughter who runs the front desk along with her sister Katerina are the most charming hosts. Their father cooks the breakfast and it was indeed delicious. Their recommendations for beaches and things to do in Spetses were very welcome since it was our first time there.

This hotel is located in the center of Nafleon and very close to many restorants and touristic attractions. Perhaps, too close, since you can hear music from nearby discoteques/restorants until 2am (may be, because we stayed on Saturday night and slept with open windows). Breakfast is great, albeit it started a bit too late (at 9am on Sunday). Park your car at nearby big city parking lot, free and safe. Our room was too small for three beds (we traveled with our kid). It's O'K size for 2 people.
Location.
On the beach, Hotel Tolo is in Asini (Tolo) and area attractions include Fortress of Palamidi, Acronafplia, and Castle of Bourtzi.
