Loved the quaintness of the boutique Hotel and the uniqueness of each room decor. The service from all staff especially the restaurant was excellent. If your looking for a downtown (Zocalo) hotel, we highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic colonial experience. The menu at the restaurant is authentic Poblano Cuisine and delicious.

this is a wonderful place to stay, 3 blocks from El Zocalo, Catedral and all this pretty places to eat or to drink a cup of coffee. this is a beautiful boutique that has a colonial touch.. the rooms, the little patios and the little restaurants makes you feel Mexico.. I really recommend this boutique rather than a usual hotel

The Holiday Inn Express is exactly what you would expect and hope for in a clean and safe place to stay while traveling through a difficult city in Mexico. The city is refinishing the road so it is currently hard to get to, but normally it is easy to access from the carretera. The hotel is clean, safe and easy to spend the night. Puebla is beautiful, but like many of Mexico's larger cities the traffic infrastructure off the major highways are very difficult and complicated. I was surprissed how nice was this hotel Holiday Inn Express. Very elegant, the whole personnel very helpful, the room clean and comfortable, the WI-FI great, breackfast nice and a safe parking. Next time I will come back to this hotel without any doubt.

I've stayed in five hotels in Puebla this year, so I can make some comparisons. This hotel is great if you are going to be on business or just want a solid, safe and comfortable hotel. The only drawback is trying to get breakfast on the weekends. The breakfast room gets crowded and you may have to wait. The food offered is very basic. Also, the pool […] is a lap pool... but nobody was swimming laps. Guests were treating it like a regular pool and it was busy. The staff was helpful, pleasant and they spoke English at the front desk. Nice flatscreen tv's in the rooms and internet access. If you have a car, they have you park a parking lot across the street, shared with the President InterContinental--which is right next to the Holiday Inn Express, Puebla. The Presidente InterContinental... is a VERY nice hotel if you are looking to upgrade. The only drawback there is on Sunday mornings when a local vendor is blaring his little repetitive tune to attract customers. Otherwise, outstanding. Read more

We stayed 2 nights, and enjoyed the excellent amenities of the HIE. Great pool, good breakfast and really close from downtown. Our room (and floor) was brand new, still smelling the new carpet! While a bit pricey for Mexico, a real high quality hotel that we highly recommend. Next to the HI, you can find some restaurants in the President's Hotel.

el hotel esta muy agusto, solo mejoraria un poco el desayuno ya que le bufette solo tenia 3 platillos: Chilaquiles rojos , huevos con Jamon y Frijoles. sin embargo la atencion es excelente

La atención fue buena y las habitaciones están en muy buenas condiciones. El área de comedor está un poco descuidada y si hay muchos clientes no se dan abasto las personas que atienden, el servicio es regular en este aspecto. La alberca en caso de tener niños pues está el agua un poco turbia. Pero en general el hotel es recomendable.

En general estuve a gusto con las instalaciones y con el servicio,excepto que a la llegada,pues a pesar de haber sido liquidado el costo del hospedaje y de llegar dos horas posteriores a la de registro,no tenian habitación disponible,haciendonos esperar,además el servicio de recepción,apoyo para bajar y subir maletas, también no fué bueno..Son detalles […] que influyen en la atención al huesped..Gracias. El hotel me pareció excelente con buenas instalaciones (gym, alberca). Lo único negativo fue el "buffet" incluído con la habitación. Él jugo de naranja si a eso que nos dieron se le puede dar ese nombre era de lo más químico que he probado en mi vida. Es un insulto que a eso le llamen desayuno buffet, es más bien continental de autoservicio.
