Great location and good value. Very hard to find by car and parking charges a bit steep.Genuine Expedia guest review
Very good value for money. The location was excellent for central Granada and a short walk to the Alhambra. Only downside was that our room was very near the lift which was a bit noisy at night. Although the hotel doesn't have a bar or restaurant (except for breakfast) you are literally a few steps aways from an excellent bar and tapas.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Central hotel close to Alhambra"
The hotel had very good facilities, lovely bedroom and was only 10-15 mins walk from the Alhambra. Only issues was the cost of parking which at 22 euros per night seemed excessive.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Lovely hotel in city centre"
This is a very comfortable hotel close to all the central attractions Granada has to offer. The rooms are spacious and extremely comfortable with beautiful bathrooms. Despite its central location the hotel is not on a main square or street and is very quiet.Genuine Expedia guest review
very convenient location in the heart of the city. park at one of the parking garages off the main streets - very close and easier to get into than to find the hotel's. Quiet location close to everything.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Centrally located charming hotel."
Centrally located, close to most everything - restaurants, shopping and must-see places in Granada within walking distance. Hotel lobby was very charming, rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff were helpful and friendly.Genuine Expedia guest review
Hard to find in a car. GPS could not locate it. But a lovely hotel to stay inGenuine Expedia guest review
A great hotel, close to everything in this charming city. No WiFi in rooms, only available in lobby!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great location for tourists & an excellent place t"
The hotel is in a perfect location (narrow streets to negotiate). It is possible to walk to the Alhambra and other tourist sites. Car park is under the hotel (albeit 22€/day) with a lift to all floors of the hotel. We stayed at the hotel for three nights and never needed to move the car. The hotel is surrounded by bars and restaurants, again all within […] a short walk. Only criticism is there was no coffee & tea making facilities in the room but, this was the only down side. You can book this hotel with confidence. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
We enjoyed our stay. The only negative comment we have was the view from our window which overlooked a large unused building. I know there is nothing the hotel can do about this.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
This hotel is in a very good location, close to the Cathedral and main attractions of the city center. Within walking distance of the Alhambra if you can manage the climb. Cafes and restaurants all very local.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Ideal quiet but central location"
This hotel is great for a short break to see Granada. Parking is on site (tight spaces but quite possible). Very short walk to tourist information office, bars, restaurants, buses to Alhambra, in fact everything you need within 5 minutes walk. Lovely hotel with friendly helpful staff, quite large rooms given the location, wifi available.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Great hotel in city centre"
Great hotel right in the centre of town - easy walk to the cathedral and all the central sights. You can even walk up to the Alhambra if you like a steep climb - if not, take the bus to the furthest gate and then walk back down the hill when you've completed the tour. As we arrived by car on Easter Sunday when most of the roads were blocked, the hotel […] was very difficult to find, but this may not be the case on a normal working day. Due to this inconvenience, we were given a room upgrade, which was great. The staff were really friendly & helpful and we were offered breakfast at a discounted price (9 euros pp) when we checked in. There is car parking on site for 22 euros per day. The hotel has great artwork and antiques in the public areas and the window in our room opened out on to a pleasant central atrium. We really liked this hotel. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
The hotel is very convenient. Others may like to know: 1. If you are concerned about a 'view', then on the last two stays we've had, one looked over a narrow passage and the other over derelict land. 2. There is a fridge in the room but no tea/coffee-making facilities and none in reception. 3. No wifi in rooms. But we would stay again because of the […] convenience. Final thought - don't worry about the narrow turning into the road leading to P/Gamboa unless you have a very wide vehicle. It does open out! Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
The hotel was in a great location, close to all the sites, with plenty of places to eat and drink nearby. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room was on the side so had no view except the wall of the building next door, however it was clean and a good size.Genuine Expedia guest review
Lovely hotel, perfectly located. Walkable to Alhambra and with many fabulous bars and restaurants on your doorstep. Don't turn up with a large car though as road to parking area is narrow and underground car park spaces small.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Great location, lovely hotel, great service"
We visited Granada for my 65 birthday. The hotel was excellent and surprise me with a gift of fruit and chocolates on my birthday. A nice touch and much appreciated. We stayed in one of the suites on the top floor which was excellent. Breakfast was good with an buffet extensive selection. We will definitely return to this hotel. Very recommended.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Nice hotel close to centre"
Lovely hotel situated within a few minutes walk of the centre of Granada.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Situated amongst the narrow, older section"
SatNav could not find Plaza Gamboa or find the hotel as a Hisperia hotel, so we were heavily reliant upon local guidance. As the area is made up of narrow alleyways twisting between old buildings that made the search challenging, but the last 100m did have signage. Disappointing the Front Desk staff did not greet or even make eye-contact with those […] passing right by them. (Surely worthwhile as a good security check and definitely to promote the image of a friendly hotel?) Breakfast deal sign-up of 10 Euros now or 15 Euros in the morning was declined, but seemed popular with other guests. Room was fine, even if the room looked onto a wall, and the bathroom was good. "Cute hotel nicely located."
Great hotel. The room we had was clean and very comfortable. Within walking distance to most attractions. Hotel staff were very helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Granada.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"A/C did not work properly. Shower leaked badly"
Granada was great. The hotel was new but things did not work. Poor a/c, showers leaked everywhere and no drain to collect the leakage. Clean hotel. Polite service but not really knowledgeable. Small cramped room.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great location, but missing some "4*" comforts!"
Nice hotel in good location. The hotel des not have a bar or coffee shop for re freshments during tge day. Only a small foyer area with limited seating being taken up by "wi-fi" users as only available in this part or the hotel.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Hotel in a perfect location tucked behind the town hall in a quiet road just a stone's throw from the cathedral. Easily walking distance from the Alhambra and the old quarters of Realjo and Albaicin. Perfect little spanish bar right next to the hotel with delicious tapas and a real local atmosphere. Staff efficient and friendly. The reception area has […] a real Moorish feel to it with the wooden balconies and courtyard. The rooms were clean, spacious and lovely and quiet. Would definitely recommend it to anyone. "Great room, location; disappointing staff"
Fab room, fab location. Wifi available in the lobby, not the room itself - take a cable if you want internet access in the room. Only snag was that the staff seemed to view customers as a bothersome interruption. For example I spent 15 minutes alone in reception waiting to talk to the receptionist, who was on the phone. 10 of those minutes I was standing […] at the counter. Not once did she even look at me. That seemed to be a consistent feature of the staff, although the final night someone did acknowledge us as we got back. Getting there: Longish walk from train station, but OK; local bus 3 or 33 an alternative. Main bus station: take local bus 33 or 3 to/from Cathedral (about E1.50) - quite a long way. "Good short break hotel"
Walking distance from the Alhambra Palace and the Cathederal. Rooms more than adequate even if a bit small and the views are very limited but remember it is in the city. breakfast quite good. Minibar a tadge pricey. Loaded with eating places nearby.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Standard stuff, but great location"
This is a pretty standard hotel, nothing too exciting about it to be honest. It is in a great location though, with some really good bars nearby. If you just want somewhere to stay and will be out ant about mostly, this is great. Rooms were good for the price, but nothing too fancy. If you want to park the car parks nearby are cheaper than the hotels […] own car park. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Good location but disappointing room"
Our room was on the ground floor with grilles on the window and looking onto a dark courtyard. No view and no sun. Furniture was basic - one chair for two people and little room for clothes. One spare blanket only and it was cold. The heating/air-conditioning was hard to control and noisy. And the roof terrance shown in the publicity was not open. Made welcome. Conveniently close to the centre of Granada. Strange to get the lift up to my floor then have to walk down 11 steps to my room!Genuine Expedia guest review
"very smart hotel l!!!!"
we had a fab time at the hotel, but our rooms where in the courtyard and they was very hot as they do not put the air conditoning on in the winter and it was 85 degrees. We was upgraded. So i have no cpmplants.Genuine Expedia guest review
A comforable hotel which was in easy walking distance of Granada's sights-even "The Alhambra" although we only walked back. Staff was friendly and helpful. We had no view but as hotel is in older, very congested part of town was only to be expected. Corridors did echo but despite being a poor sleeper I did not find it a noisy hotel at night. The big […] drawback was the price of the breakfast, especially if you only wanted a small meal but there were plenty place close by where you could buy a cheap breakfast and a good variety of restaurants and bars for other meals. It is not the kind of hotel for a longish stay but good value for two or three days in Granada. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

Only WIFI in lobby, little bit of noise from hallways and adjacent rooms. Other than that great! Comfortable, clean, secure, great location, friendly staff. All good. The hotel itself has great decor and lots of character.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Lovely hotel, staff very helpful, very clean. Our room was very small and had a view of the walls of the apartment across the tiny street. We think the entire hotel is surrounded by similar walls. However, it is in the very centre of a city so a view would be scarce anyway. There was a couple of pieces of furniture too many in the room and we had to […] move things around when we went to bed, etc. The best bit was the proximity to everything - minutes to the cathedral, shopping, cafes, buses, you name it. Finding the hotel, as others have said, was tricky. It took us ages. If you can find the tourist Information office which is in a large square (and NOT signposted) the hotel is directly behind that building. We asked many people before we actually found it. Granada appears to come to life at 7am so various sounds welcome you to the day, including noisy hotel doors closing, non-carpeted floors being walked on, activities outside in the street. We kept the air con off because temperature allowed it and I use ear plugs, and we got used to it all. I would stay there again. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
Breakfast was very expensive for what you got - !0 yes 10 times cheaper just outside hotel. No bar or other facilities in hotel - how does it achieve 4 stars???Genuine Expedia guest review
"A very noisy hotel"
Staying in a spacious, clean and apparently well-appointed twin room in a central location on a side street, we were initially very pleased with our choice for a 4 day visit to Granada. However we were woken every weekday morning by major building works happening across the street, and the internal courtyard configuration of the hotel meant reception […] noise could also be heard from our room. Additionally the hotel switched the air conditioning from cool to heating only, which meant the room was too warm to keep windows and doors closed to minimise the noise. Would not stay here again. "All-round great hotel - value, customer service"
I can't think of enough great things to say about this hotel so I'll summarize: 1) First and foremost, the customer service here is excellent - the reception staff are knowledgeable and friendly, 2) beautiful, historic yet modern and clean hotel with all the amenities, 3) great, central location close to bars, restaurants, shops and public transportation […] to historic sights, 4) I would recommend it in a heartbeat. "Stylish hotel in great location"
Very nice hotel in best location to see what Cordoba has to offer. Rooms and common areas are top notch and the pool is required and lovely for the 100 degree plus days that Cordoba experiences during the summer months. The only short coming is 19 Euros for breakfast is just silly.Genuine Expedia guest review
This Hotel ticked all the boxes. Very convenient to all the sights and centre of town, situated in old part of Granada, lots of places around to eat and drink, secure parking. Only problem was that it was difficult to find because of the one way street system.Genuine Expedia guest review
terrible internet connection. Only available in the entrance hall and barely worked. Rooms are dark and in need of modernization, especially the early 1990s tvs.Genuine Expedia guest review
Excellent service by staff particularly helpful in supporting dealing with the police in regard of the theft of a purse in the town. Would recommend asking for a quiet room due to early morning noise. Excellent bar just outside hotel - good wine and foodGenuine Expedia guest review
