My daughter and I had a nice stay and we got a wonderful recommendation for a nearby restaurant. The Hampton Inn always has consistent, prompt service and I always feel welcome.

Good value. Smaller room but very adequate for 2 people. All we could expect for the lower cost of the room.

Find accommodations. I just wish they had two elevators since the layout of the hotel is so long. But that is a small point. The stay was fine. I'd go there again.

"Good cheap hotel"
Was plenty comfortable for the price we paid. It's not a luxury hotel but it was definitely worth the price we paid.
The check in process was way to long. Desk gal was on the phone for at least 15mins.

For the price I paid, this hotel was incredible. Very clean, total housekeeping service for each of my 4 days. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the room and bathroom were kept cleaner than other hotels for which I have paid twice the price. The breakfast was adequate and I liked that I could get coffee 24 hours a day without […] making my own. The location turned out perfect for my needs, and close to food and shopping. "OK Hotel"
This hotel was average. The hotel seemed 'older/worn', but overall it was relatively clean. I'm a non-smoker. Both smoking and non-smoking rooms were available on the same floor in close proximity to each other. Giving the hotel an overall stale and smoker smell. We were really pleased with this Super 8 Motel, as it was clean and comfortable. It was also very economical. The front desk manager (Sue) is a great asset to this motel.

We were just sleeping here....so it was a great price for what we needed. I do wish they offered something other than bread/muffin and cold cereal for breakfast. Maybe oatmeal or fresh fruit.

If you on a budget or want to save money - you cant go wrong with this one. Worked well for me on my way to Canada. You will not be full after breakfast, but it will keep you running for a while,

Clean, comfortable, no-frills hotel. The complimentary continental breakfast was pretty minimal so we went across the street to Tim Hortons instead. If you only need a clean, comfy place to sleep and don't care about any "extras" this place works.

Rude desk clerk. Inconvenient to reach from I-90. No restaurants in the area.
The hotel was not fancy and not perfect, but was not bad either. We would go back again. The price is right, and the staff were helpful.

"dingy hotel"
The staff looked unkept and unprofessional. Came to my daughter's graduation and planning to stay for five days. The room was smelly and very dusty. The whole bed smelt so bad i could not wait for the morning. The breakfast was okay. I guess i should not have expected anything much with that price. Old but clean and reasonably priced for what you get. The breakfast wasn't much but the fruit was fresh and the attendant kept things stocked.

Excellently placed motel that is more like a hotel. Bed was a little uncomfortable, but that was the only downside. Clean room with wireless internet and cable TV (not digital). Bathroom was a little smaller than usual, but very well lit and good water pressure and temperature. A very good experience for the money.

The hotel was clean, the continental breakfast was very good. The maid service was wonderful - we had a lot of stuff with us and they didn't move it around - they cleaned around it.

We found this Super 8 to be a very nice, very clean, well maintained motel. This establishment is obviously owned by people who care, and it shows. The carpets were clean and new looking. The paint was fresh. The bathroom was clean, bright, and fresh smelling. A few extra pillows and towels would have been nice. "Good Stay"
Great inexpensive place to stay. Right off I390 makes anywhere in the area only minutes away. Alwasy shop at wegmans for food (5 minutes).

It was 15 minutes from the tournament I played in, but much cheaper than downtown Rochester. Right by the Interstate. Unfortunately this hotel had the things that set my skin crawling. Vivid colored stains on the carpet, unswept garbage under the sink in the bathroom, and even though it was a non-smoking room there were cigarette burns on the blankets. I still cringe thinking about it.

Not familiar with the Super 8 chain beyond some bad publicity they had many years ago, the newer buildings look nice and my expectations were that it would be similiar to a Holiday Inn Express. My only complaint would be that although the linen on the beds appeared clean, finding old stains on the bedspread is not good. If you just want a nice reasonably priced place to stay with nice helpful employees and a free breakfast this is the place. The hotel was quiet and had a computer for guests to use. I would stay here again.
