"This is a residential motor inn"

The bed itself was comfortable and the sheets were clean, beyond that, this hotel was a dump. It was listed as having a kitchenette, but it was useless. Despite having a full-size range and refrigerator (which was so noisy we had to turn it off to sleep) there were no dishes, pots, pans or silverware of any kind, not even glassware. This would have been okay because we hadn't planned on eating in anyway, but the accommodations list had said the room would have a coffee maker and did not. We asked at the desk for a coffee maker and later in the day were given a dirty one. There was a sink to wash it (no detergent), but after getting coffee and filters from a store, when we tried to use it the next morning, it did not work at all. We never did get a working coffee maker even though we were repeatedly assured that one was on the way. There was no housekeeping service, not even fresh towels. We got a wake-up call one morning, but the day of our flight our wake-up call never came. Overall, it was very noisy, very poorly maintained and with 1 exception the staff was rude. We felt unwelcome.
