We reserved a couple of rooms at hotel for family to stay as we were in the area for a wedding. My brother and I booked separate suites for our respective family compositions - both rooms were to be queen with sofa sleeper. His room was fine. A suite with sofa sleeper. Mine was not. The sofa was not a sleeper. They said it was not guaranteed but we […] had made reservations for such at the same time. They provided a rollaway / folding bed after I requested it. The living room area is very large so there was space for the bed. There was a bench seat in the bedroom that was so badly soiled I covered it with a towel and put my suit case on it. But the WORSE-- The bathroom counters were dirty with some kind of film, so I took a towel and some Lysol wipes I had and cleaned it. Only to realize that my feet (in shoes) were sticking to the floor --everywhere in the bathroom. So I called to have them come and mop the bathroom floor. My brother had none of these problems. I would have tried to find another hotel but we were there as a family and there were other major events in town that weekend that had many are hotels booked. So what to do but make the best of it. I needed an early airport departure and this hotel fit the bill well. Good airport service and friendly staff. It is a little loud next to a major thoroughfare and interstate, but not obtrusively.

Shower did not drain and by the time you were finished with the shower you were also taking a bath! Shower curtain had mold on bottom due to the standing water in the tub.

Excellent Italian Resturant. Super staff and bar offered wide variety of wine selections to compliment 4 Star entrees. Overall, would highly recommend this hotel and restaurant (indepentent from hotel).

Great hotel we really enjoyed ourselves. The only issue is no free breakfast offered which I have seen in all other hotels I have stayed at recently. There is also one of the waitresses that was serving breakfast who was great.

The Clerk at the front desk was welcoming and the beginning of a nice stay, top notch 5Star. He was also the icing on the cake. Friendly, courteous, professional and very well dressed. Short and easy trip from/to the airport. Easy access to the Historic Triangle (Williamsburg, Yorktown, and Jamestown), Richmond, and Virginia Beach. Nice Italian restaurant attached.

The attached restaurant is Italian Food. Free Breakfast with Priority Club membership, however, the adult can't eat free breakfast if the child has the free breakfast--a bit too legalistic for me. Hotel is close to the Marianer's Mesuem and other tourist sites. When checking in there was a mix up in that we had reserved a Non-Smoking Room. They had us in a smoking room. They fixed the issue quickly to our satisfaction, but blamed it on Hotels.com website. I would recommending calling ahead and verifying your reservations prior to arrival. I was glad to see that the hotel now provides a printer in the lobby next to the computer so guests can print out their airline boarding passes. I was there for a wedding, my friends and family had 5 rooms rented and the staff was so friendly and helpful, with everything that was needed!! I would so recommend this stay again!! The only down fall, and I cannot even say it really counts is I would have loved to have went to the bar and have a drink, but it closed at 10.
