Breakfast very poor, only one table for all the guests. Very small room. Not carfully clean (durty toillette, used floss on the tub)

Motel is on a stretch of road lined with motels. Slightly out of the city centre but there's not much there anyway. Room was quite small but in good condition, clean etc. Staff friendly at check in/out. Good value for money and fairly quiet location. Would stay again if in the area.

The environment are very comfortable, and the room is clean and nice. My boyfriend and I just feel like stay at home. Also they provide some simple breakfast, that is very sweat.

When we arrived there was still ice-cream in our room fridge from previous guests. The room was very small (really uncomfortable if you go with kids) and although the bathroom was OK the rubber mat in the bath tab was quite moldy. Breakfast was fine but there was no place to sit so you basically need to take whatever you want to have to your tiny room. […] Besides that after one day our room key stopped working, and the same thing happened to the people staying in the room next to us. So with the kids tired and cold we had to wait outside for new keys. I really don't recommend this place, we went there because the reviews were good but we are very disappointed. Read more

Very good motel with clean bed and bathroom. The old Indian couple who run the motel are very friendly. Definitely recommend to you if you want to stay at Monterey for a couple of days.

The place and the people was quite nice. At the beginning of the night was quite noisy, but it got quite not very late. I think the ratio price quality is very good.

Quality of the room was okay. The breakfast they served was really limited and the TV in my room was the old CRT type and was probably older then I was. Overall not a bad hotel, but needs some updating.

The positive: The lady that was the manager I think, was very nice. The not so positive: The alarm clock was impossible to figure out & then the maid changed it to a Spanish station. The bummer: I left my phone charger in the room :(

We checked in at 2 AM because our flight was very delayed and the lady refused to put in a rollaway bed because she did not want to go out of the building. They offered free breakfast for all customers, but they have only two tiny tables so seating capacity was just 4. They said we can take our breakfast to our room. That was very inconvenient.

We stayed during the week of the car show and the room rate for this disappointing motel was way too high for what we received. This is an older motel located off a busy street. Room was small. Beds were uncomfortable and well-used. Never again for us!

I thought I was rebooking at a place I stayed last summer but this was not it. It looked fine, the area was okay, the office people were nice. The only problem was it was very noisy. Like machine noise, tapping, humming, banging, and it was almost all the time. I looked around the area for construction but there was none. But there was always constant […] noise I could hear in the room I stayed in from 8 am to at least 8 pm. The walls in general were very thin. I could hear when the room next door got a phone call or when the husband was yelling looking for his pants.. The motel was good for a night's stay. The breakfast was an all you can eat style with: two choices of cereal, sweet croisant, coffee, tea, toast with butter or jelly. So basically a cold breakfast, besides heating up the toast. We were hoping for eggs and at least fruit. So it was somewhat disapointing.

For the price in this location you can't beat it. It is right on the outskirts of Monterey, near the airport and fairgrounds. Free Wifi and very clean rooms and helpful staff. I'd come back again. Nothing fancy, but a great place to crash. I'm sure it's booked in advance but would be a great location for the Jazz Festival. You could walk there.

Quick check-in and parking right in front of the room door - perfect. Rooms not that big but well laid out and comfortable. The bathroom was huge and the shower exceptional. The 'continental' breakfast was worse than the usual fare but at least the coffee was decent.

Motel was well kept up even if it is not real new. It would be nice if shower area had grab bar for those of us who are older. Good inter net service and rooms well kept. Had a nice visit and able to park car in front of room.

Hotel was a couple minutes and drive to downtown montrey, fishermans wharf, and cannery row. Easy access to freeways and other restaurants near by. The hotel was clean and well maintened. The price per night was excellent for quality of the hotel. Would stay here agian :)

Though staff was very nice,helpful and the room was very clean, the local is was surprising. It is near a bar, strip club,etc. The night that we stayed, it was very quite. But, I can imagine it would be loud on other days beside Easter weekend. The only thing I didn't like is the location.
