Service was amazing - until a minor hiccup when checking out that involved a petty disagreement over the minibar bill. Request a room at the back of the property (away from the road). Overall, I give this hotel a strong endorsement and would go back!

Room was ok. Far from everything –claim to be "1 km from beach, 3 km from town" NOT TRUE. beach is ~2 miles. town is ~7 min CAB ride More importantly, they lied multiple times, to take advantage of us as tourists First, we asked about a cab to the airport. Check-in staff said a private car is 560,000 VND. We said the cab here was 400,000. The ladies […] said taxi back will be the same price, it's more expensive to go to than from the airport. It didn't make sense but we trusted the staff We then asked for food recs for local, cheap eats. They directed us to the most expensive, bad Vietnamese food we've ever had in a clear tourist-trap restaurant setting. But we thought it might be subjective, so we still went to the cloth shop they recommended: Blue ("cheap with very good quality") WORST EXPERIENCE EVER - price was 3x other shops, but we trusted the staff and thought the quality would be better. It was terrible - the shirts were uneven, and pants were falling apart. We told them we wouldn't pay for uneven shirts, and they started yelling that they'd call the police. They circled us until we paid After this, we decided to ask a cab driver how much to the airport. 400,000 VND. Again, the staff lied saying it would be 560,000. They wanted to make commission off a private car We paid a lot to stay here, and we expect not to be lied to. We emailed the hotel with our feedback. The Hotel was great, nice, pool, awesome staff, and a good breakfast in the morning. It has access to a private beach wich was great for my children. The best part of the stay however was not found at the hotel, it was located right across the street, at a small families resteraunt called Ms. Ha. Mrs. Ha will handle anything you need. Food, motor bikes, […] laundry, bicycles, trips, anything. She even arranged for a birthday cake for my daughter. We loved the location, half way between Beach and town. The hotel is perfect size, not too big. The staff is very friendly and we really enjoyed the food at the restaurant. Taxis are cheap or you can take the hotel free shuttle, but we decided to rent scooters and explore the surroundings.

The hotel is located outside of the center of town in a nice location adjacent to a river. It offers a nice view of the rice fields on the other side. You need transportation to go to town, the taxis however are cheap and plentiful. The ride takes a bit more than 5 minutes. well.... what can i say??? excellent value for money. Let me paint the picture... We walked into the resort after spending five crazy hectic noisy days in Hanoi, and boy were we impressed with the overall ambience and style of the resort. It's basically the hotel that just keeps giving. The facilities are pretty good. The 'good night' chocolate that […] await you after each day, are just gorgeous in gesture and taste. The staff were lovely and welcoming from the get go. The shuttle bus service was extremely convenient but get on a bike and enjoy the ride to the beach and town.... as it's extremely easy to get around. The breakfast is plentiful with a choice of asian and western food. The views from our room were so tranquil (2204). We loved it so much we extended our stay twice to 15 days in total. Some may say the resort is somewhat outdated but the rooms are large and was charmingly irresistable... met our needs completely. This is an oasis in a desert of not so great hotels in vietnam. Many luxury hotels are lacking either good sheets or good service, or cleanliness in Vietnam...but this resort has it all...good sheets and towels...great service ...a clean pool. The only draw back is the food is a little dull.

Had a 3 night stay in the Hoi An Riverside resort. We arrived at 10.30am on the first day but the hotel staff were still able to check us in by 11am which was a nice surprise. The room was huge and overlooked the river despite only being their standard room. The pool was excellent and mostly quiet. The staff were wonderful, very helpful. Riverside is at a lovely spot right by the river, the pool is good and there is a free bus shuttle to the beach. Coloured lanterns floated down the river at dusk. We had a deluxe room which was huge and beautiful.

Stayed here for 2 nights & wished we could have stayed longer! Beautiful setting for the hotel right by the river, clean spacious rooms & helpful friendly staff. Shuttle bus took you to/from the beach and town. Would definitely recommend the hotel and Hoi An.

My wife and myself and my brother & his wife needed a place to unwind after visiting Singapore Thailand & Ho Chi Mihn City.We went on to visit Hanoi & Ha Long Bay with an overnight stay on a junk boat . Our room was nice with a lovely outlook onto the river. The staff in the grounds and cleaning staff were friendly however the office staff were rude and unhelpful. We had a problem with our air conditioner form the first night. It was noisy and we were unable to sleep. We called the front desk and they sent a maintence guy right away, however he was […] noble to fix that night, and he would follow up tomorrow. We bought this up Witt he office manager the next morning, she said it was going to be fixed that day. On our return back, she said that it was all fixed so no need to change rooms. However this was not the case, it was exactly the same and very very noisy. We were not offered to change rooms or any other compensation. To add to that the lock on the door did not function properly. Wile the location was nice it is out of town which we were aware of and thought the was a regular shuttle bus. This was not the case. It was infrequent and at inconvenient times. And when we enquirer about the advertised shuttle bus to the airport they told us it was anavalibe and we would have to get a private car at a higher cost. When we met the driver to take us to the airport, it was the hotel shuttle so we have no idea why we couldn't have been charged the price in the room book. But by this time we had had enough of the place and were happy to leave. The pool is nice, breakfast is ok. Service is poor. Room clean. Views and location nice. Wouldn't go back. Read more

We loved this place ... its in a great location between the beach and the town. We had a river view room and it is everything it is shown to be in the hotel photos. Rooms are old and need of repair. Stayed here for 3 nights. Upon arrival we were taken to our room which had small geckos on the walls and a cockroach on the shower floor. We called reception and asked to be changed rooms but we were told they would send someone to fix the problem. A lady came and we had to move the desk and everything on it so she […] can find the lizard. Then the shower drain had a sewerage smell, and after calling reception again someone came to get rid of the smell which didn't disapear. Hours later we were changed rooms to one on the upper floor. This room was better however we wasted 3 or 4 hours. They could have given us this room from the start. The food at the restaurant was of good quality and well presented however you can get the same level of service and quality downtown for one third of the price. There is a private beach which is 1 km away and you need to take the shuttle bus which is inconvenient. Taxi takes about 10/15 min to city centre. Staff however was friendly specially the guys working at the restaurant. The garden was magnificent and well taken cared of. Because of the floods the swimming pool was closed for 4 days. Read more

우선은 강변 근처라, 숙소에 있으면 전혀 덥지가 않습니다. 강 바람이 굉장히 세게 불거든요. 그리고 근처에 괜찮은 레스토랑도 많고 조식도 잘 나옵니다. 무엇보다 하루에 세번은 수건을 갈아주는 것 같아요. 처음에는 너무 자주 방에 들어오는 게 아닌가 싶었는데, 대부분 해수욕 하고 오고 또 워낙에 날씨가 덥다보니 타월을 많이 쓰게 되거든요. 전반적으로 매우 만족하고 다시 간다면 또 묵고 싶은 곳입니다.
