It was awful. No towels and ants in the bathroom. Towel bar was broken and laying in the floor. Room stunk. Never will we stay in another motel8.first and last time. Front desk in pm need ti be friendlier, they are welcoming guests , they need retrained in customer service.

This hotel is only good if you are looking for budget hotel. Pros: Location is near to Niagra falls, Cheap, Near by restaurants. Cons: Bed sheets are other linens are not in great condition, Not very quiet (you can here voices of people walking in corridor. Overall OK for 1-2 night cheap hotels. This is a decent hotel. My only fear is if there is ever a fire there you would never get out as there is only 2 ways out and the stairways are very narrow. They have free wifi but I have never been able to hook up to it. the only reason we like this hotel is it is cheap and has an indoor pool for the kids and it is close to the attractions in town […] . Decent hotel for the money. Nothing to get too excited about but will stay again. Said WiFi was available in the room but was in a basement level room and could not get WiFi. Room was quiet and decent but no one came to clean room during out stay. Very near all local attractions and weather was great !

A not so fancy hotel/motel but we were satisfied for the Price. An indoor pool was a selling point as was the location close to the American Falls and seneca casino. Motel was right off the r.moses expressway and you could not miss it, overall it WAS WORTH STAYING there!

I stayed there for a night and the room was dirty and there was a bad odor at all times. I could hear the guy from the room above me who was making noise all night long. The towels also smelled like grease and the sheets were not as clean as they should.

I read a ton of really awful reviews about this hotel and honestly it had me second guessing staying there. I must say though, it really wasn't that bad. The room was very clean and big and the fact is....IT'S A SUPER 8!!!

The rooms are clean although we saw Spider web on the ceiling , not bad for a family. I ask for a Microwave but they charge me $10 bucks. People are nice and very accommodating. Definitely i will stay again here.

Arrived late Friday night after driving 4 hours in the rain/snow. Man at desk says he has to have a credit card and my drivers license. He photo copies these and says its for incidentals? There is no elevator, were on the 3rd floor. Stairs are covered in leaves. The rooms around us were "cooking" something obnoxious smelling and people were smoking […] because the halls stunk. The room was neat, but not clean, should have left, but no other place to stay. Bedspreads were covered in stains (inside) black mold on wall, window and air conditioner. Bathroom tiles were "painted" and had mud drips on them and the doors (white) Tub drain plug was corroded and rusted.. Lamp shades had 1/2" dust on them. Sheets were clean! Continental breakfast was cereal, milk machine broke, a gallon jug of milk sat on the counter. The cereal containers still had the Walmart labels on them. The breakfast items were stored in a basement area accessible by a 1/2 door off the breakfast room, which could accommodate 12 persons, unpainted floors, cobwebs, dust and yes on top of the boxes sat opened muffins waiting to go out. The neighborhood in daylight was very alarming, many condemned houses, "employees" hanging out smoking at the main entrance. Parking was horrible, the area was DIRT and unlit. It was a good thing my GPS announced we were there as there was only a small sign 2'x2' on the gound, nothing on the building except directly over the door, around the corner (which too was very small and unlit) Upon leaving, I requested the photo copy of my card/driver's license and was told it was in case of a fire they would have identification!!!!! And the best part of leaving, Sunday morning, was noticing that the leaves were still on all the stairs that were there on Friday night!!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE Read more

Right across the street from Seneca Niagara, and a 5-10 minute walk to bars/restaurants. 15 minute walk to the falls & rainbow bridge. Def worth it if you don't have a passport and still want to see the falls. The American side of the falls is underrated, there isn't as much to do, but the view is beautiful.

This hotel doesn't look as nice as the picture makes it. It was really ugly inside. The carpets in both the hallway and on the stairs were stained and dirty looking and the lobby hardly looked like a lobby. The room furniture was banged and chipped. Parking is bad. i was quite taken back by this big name hotel and very disappointed by the lack of cleanliness and dissaray. i thought the hotel was dingy at best . i would not stay again even if the price was alot lower. i thought it was very overpriced. the only good thing was the location not recommended to others.

Dirty toilet, dirty tub/shower, and over priced. There wasn't even soap in the bathroom!

It is what it is. It is a cheap motel near the falls. The sheets were clean the bed was comfy enough, the water was hot, the internet worked. If you're expecting anything more than this, then your are looking in the wrong price range. There wasn't a mini-fridge or microwave which irritated me. Just about any motel room should at least have these amenities. […] I would have given it 4 stars if not for this shortcoming. We stayed for one night while waiting to check into our cottage in Wilson, NY. It was perfect for our needs. We didn't eat there, but there is what looks like a nice little Italian bistro in the same building. Looked pretty good. Read more

The hotel needs updating.... the halls had a musty smell....the carpeting needs to be replaced but room was clean and hotel has a good location !

We were happy to get a room at the last minute, and the building looks like it is decent from the outside. The hotel staff were very nice, no bad attitudes, sweet people. The room was not very clean, the toilet, air conditioner and windows were very visiblly dirty. The hotel was very close to Niagara Falls, NY State Park but was surrounded by nothing, empty lots and abandoned buildings. arrived and waited at the front desk for about ten minutes before an attendant showed up. the hotel smelled like mildew & sour milk. Security was lacking in the building and in the parking lot which was adjacent to an alley at the rear of the building. The lobby was musty when you first walk in. The carpets had caked in dirt. The curtains were filthy. Ask to used public restroom. It was not clean. The staff at the front desk was not very friendly. We stayed 1 night in NY and 1 night in Canada. I was looking for a cheap room on the NY side and this worked out great. It was the cheapest I found so I wasn't expecting much. The rooms were fine and the hotel staff was friendly. It's an easy walk to the state park and the falls which is where we spent most of our time.

The picture of the super 8 hotel on this website is nothing like the actuall hotel. It was very run down looking. The pool they advertise is only about 12'x8' and 5' deep and it had way to much chlorine in it. The room had a very musty smell and the carpeting was stained in several places. The beds were bowed in the middle and very uncomfortable. The […] breakfast eating area only had 4 very small tables so you had to either stand to eat or take food back to your room. Not as discribed or pictured on site. The "heated" pool was ice cold. The night male receptionist was very nasty. Hotel was dirty and parking was horrible. Waste of money and ruined my vacation.

we were excited to start the day and hopeful to have a real gud breakfast but it was very disappointing to see what they have there for us. :(

I got a very bad room. It was not having the basic amenities and it was not ready. The manager messed up the two rooms that we had with smoking rooms even though we had non-smoking rooms reserved. The room stunk. Eventhough it was a non-smoking room/area, we had to open the windows because we couldn't breath. We mentioned it to the receptionist and he said he was going to do something about it. When we came back, it was not only smoke but pot was stunk both our rooms. The toilet was not clean either!

The room & service is decent but far from good. Moderate price (not cheap). Only advantage is it is very close to all attractions. Free parking. Free breakfast (cereals, muffins, juice) was bad.

Walking distance to the main strip and casino; however, the part of town and the hotel were pretty run down and not at all clean or inviting. Our room was a non-smoking room but certainly did not smell that way. The bed linens and towels all smelled of cigarette smoke, as well.
