      good location for skiers,it is not a hotel but apartments for skiers.Everything is self service.If you are going only for skiing in Meribel location is ideal.

      CGH Les Granges du Soleil inLa Plagne Soleil is located high enough to enjoy some late season skiing. Appartment we stayed in had a majestic view over the mountains from our amlpe balcony. Residence is located voer three different chalets which are connected to eachother. From the reception to our appartment we needed three different elevators. A bit of a puzzle but we did it with a smile, thinking about the sleepless nights the architect most likely had puzzleing to different chalets together. Limited number of restaurants in the area, even less bars/apres ski. Good equipped wellness and gym in the residence.

      Centrally located in Brides. We had a 2 person studio which was a good size, clean and comfortable. Reception staff were friendly. The village is quiet but there are a few bars and restaurants and it is a very short walk up hill to the ski lift. Overall it was good value and a nice play to stay. Just don't expect luxury, this is a 'no frills' hotel!

    We searched high and low for somewhere reasonable to stay for a long weekend within 2hrs of Geneva and this offered the best price we could find in a decent sized resort. My expectations were pretty low, especially considering the average prices in Courchevel, but I was pleasantly surprised. Rooms are basic, the hotel is pretty ugly, the clubs across […] the road are noisy at chucking out time and the telly in the room barely had a picture, but we came to ski/board, not watch TV! What we did get was a fairly comfortable bed, a good shower, a cracking breakfast each morning and a great hotel bar to wind down in with very friendly staff. Will be recommending to friends, but will try to get a room a bit further away from the noise at Les Caves next time! Read more
