Close to interstate, clean, bed slept good. Breakfast needs attention! No ice put into yogurt bowl so it was warm, not a good selection of rolls, no bananas. Was ok but will try a different place next time.

All of the housekeeping staff were so friendly!!!! The front desk workers took nearly 10 minutes to even realize we were waiting to check in, and it was in the middle of the day! The main reason we stayed was the fact it was so near to the exchange park. It was only one mile away! Overall it was not a bad place to stay! i would stay again.

The only other negative for the hotel was the breakfast. There were very few choices--only (old) apples for fruit, no yogurt, two cold cereal choices, some oatmeal envelopes, a few small stale bagels, some salty gravy with microwaved biscuits, sugary pasteries, and make-your-own waffles. Our flight arrived a couple of hours before normal check in hours. I called the hotel and they were very friendly and helpful. They advised they had some ready for check in and we were welcome to come and check in. From that call forward our experience was exactly the same - friendly, knowledgable and helpful folks. Everything was in good order and service great. Some items slow to come on breakfast, but that was good also. It is about 15 miles north from Charleston but I was visiting friends in Summerville so the hotel was conveniently located.

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times. I visit Charleston about once a month and now always stay here! The location is good for my needs and the price, staff and accomadations make it all come together for me. First of all, the location is far enough from the airport to cut down on that "airport pricing", but yet close enough to be convienent. […] A taxi cab from the airport is about $24.00. The price is always resonable and better then most other hotels of the same quality here on Expedia.com. The room is always clean, stocked with the usual travel size bathroom items, and also has a refridgerator and microwave. If you get the suite, it is quite spacious and nice. Also the free wifi is a huge bonus for business travel. The front desk staff is awesome and friendly! After seeing the same girl at the front desk for two visits the third time I came she remembered my name, who I was, the type of room I liked, my profession, etc. It is a small thing but it made me feel very welcome and VIP!! The pool is small, but clean and nice, and breakfast is good for what it is...FREE!! Across the street is a nice convience store (the people there are great also!) and a few fast food resturants, so if you are not driving you can pick up some munchies and dinner. Though this is not the Ritz by all means it serves it purpose and is very comfortable and clean.
