"Avoid at all costs. Poor value"
April 18th 2015 WORST Lodging in 35 years of traveling. It’s not a hotel; nor is it in Bricktown. It’s a worn down motel with multiple issues. No Hot Water. Long road trip. Checked in to shower and dress for a wedding; but none available. Called desk and apparently it had to be turned on for a Saturday night. Called back for status and was hung-up on. […] No WIFI. Given access and password; but would never connect. No effort by management to resolve. Carpets & Walls heavily stained with musty odor permeating the hallways and rooms. Bedding is worn, stained, and faded. Pillows are flat. Furniture in room is outdated. Unfinished lobby. Construction sign a ruse; as has been in place for Months with no signs of activity, based on previous reviews from noted prior periods. Exterior presenting signs of dilapidation. Location is terrible. It is next to a large trucking lot with questionable people hanging out. It doesn’t feel like a safe area to be in. With hot water finally available, tub and shower controls (knobs) and temperature diverter doesn’t work. Adjustment is next to impossible. You are either scalding yourself; or freezing yourself. Towels are very small, thin, and scratchy. Do yourself a favor, and spend a few dollars more for a quality run establishment. The room rate is at least 4X higher than the true value. Avoid! "WORST hotel ever!"
One of the WORST hotels I have ever stayed at. Crummy, run down, terrible rooms, not clean, running toilet, seedy area. STAY AWAY!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"5 out of 10"
Pros - The customer service and staff were very nice. The shuttle was free and awesome into bricktown. The area I'm not sure about but couple minutes drive to bricktown. Cons- The renovation is going on so doesn't look ver appealing. The room we got didn't have AC because the a/c plug was burnt up and unplugged. We called front desk which they gladly […] gave us another room. But getting back at midnight and having to weight 20 minutes to go to bed was frustrating but they did it no problem. The second room was little dirty, a wash rag was left in shower from previous customer. Overall the experience wasn't horrible but for 100 bucks and free shuttle it was worth it. BUT WILL NOT BOOK THERE IN THE FUTURE. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
Under construction. Price was high versus the quality.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
The hotel was a mess, due to renovation, but in need of extensive repair everywhere, not just in the lobby area. Even the parking lot was in horrific condition.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Pics are deceiving!"
Poor, poor, poor! The hotel and room looked NOTHING like the ad/pictures online. It was dark and musty, like an old motel. I understand they were undergoing renovations, but their website should have mentioned this! Highly dissatisfied. The hotel room was awful, comforters from the 70s, bathtub was stained with dirt spots, cracks in the tile walls, […] not to mention the poor lighting and lack of weatherproof stripping between the sliding glass doors covered with stained and torn window panels to the outside so we can hear all the outside noise. "Shuttle service" got us to and from our location, luckily! The driver however, needs to take some training on professionalism and how to drive. This place needs to update their website to real time features/problems. Not worth the price for the stay. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Not a 3 Star Hotel"
The hotel has a lot of construction in the main area. The room is completely out dated and needs a makeover. I'm not sure how this is rated as a "3" star hotel..Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Nice hotel, quiet. And the best is the free 24 hour shuttle service to BricktownGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"one night stay"
one night stay in outdated room, but very clean with kind and courteous staffGenuine Hotels.com guest review
This is technically Bricktown, but at the VERY end with I40 in the parking lot, Waffle House, and Greyhound Bus terminal. They were VERY proud of the fact that they had a free shuttle to where you wanted to go in Bricktown.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
We stayed two nights. They are under remodeling.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Once again this was a weekend getaway with friends. Staff is very friendly and very helpful. The shuttle is great none of us have to worry about driving or finding parking. The shuttle drivers are always so nice and get us to our location safely. Room has a comfortable bed and we always sleep good.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
The rooms were very outdated if you were not put on the first floor. It is not a great area. The lady at the front desk was cursing. When trying to get a shuttle, it was an issue trying to find a driver. I'm not saying this is the worst hotel we could've gotten, but I can say it is not one we will ever go back to.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Love the Service, Beds NOT So Much"
I love the location of the hotel. It was minutes from the Cox Convention Center and the booming Bricktown area. I absolutely loved the 24 hour shuttle service and the friendly staff. I also loved how clean the rooms were. I could smell the cleaning products that were used which brought me comfort. My only complaint would be that I could feel the springs […] in my back and the pillows where so hard that I woke up with a headache. I wish it was listed that it was a continental breakfast instead of a full hot breakfast. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Don't get your hopes up"
Well when I first checked in to the hotel, it was about 90 degrees. Not a problem because it was chilly outside. I expected the counter clerk to have on a uniform but he was wearing a military issued Gortex jacket. That is not what I expected from a place that had 4 stars. He gave me my keys and then I went to my room. I parked my vehicle and the card […] swipe to enter the door was broken. I had to use another door. Once I entered the building, I notice the carpet was outdated, there pieces of the wall missing and the temperature was hot. I made it to my room and the tub was filthy and the comforter and sheets were no different. The counter clerk gave a list of places to deliver pizza but when I called the Pizza Hut, the person told me they do not have delivery service. It was just an overall bad experience especially after driving 7.5 hours from Texas. I left the hotel because the conditions I was expecting were not met. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Shabby, Not Chic . . . but a Great Shuttle Service"
I was in Oklahoma City because of a surgery my grandson had. I knew nothing about the city and chose this hotel mainly because it offered shuttle service to the hospital and surrounding area. This was probably quite a showplace 50 years or so ago; not quite so much now. there was a lot of repair going on from flooding. The rooms are small, though clean. […] Drapes are old, as is carpet. Free breakfast was poor compared to other motels I've stayed in recently. But the staff was friendly and helpful and the shuttle service was excellent and timely. "Don't stay there"
We walked into the lobby and it was so dirty and rundown looking we turned around and left. I would not stay there, if the lobby was so dirty I didn't trust the room to be any better. Also it was in a shady part of townGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Meh. Okay hotel, not four star-worthy for sure."
The hotel had just had some sort of water leak, so everything except a few rooms seemed like it was being redone. There were things torn apart everywhere, and remodeling very in the middle r beginning stages. Seemed rather tacky, though I don't know what else they could be doing. Our room was decent, nothing awful. The toilet paper, tissues, and towels/washcloths […] seemed particularly low quality, and the outlets were kinda sketchy... They worked, but the plug on my charger looked halfway out of the outlet, even though it was working. The hotel was right off the interstate, so there was some noise, but otherwise it wasn't too bad. There was a loud clicking noise with the heater at night. It was also a convention center, so when I arrived Saturday night the place was packed and I had a hard time finding parking. Then, when my husband and I awoke Sunday, there were maybe six cars besides ours in the parking lot... It remained that way the rest of the weekend. It was an interesting experience, Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Great time/Beautiful weather"
It was Good the staff was very friendly, I went to my first Thunders game which I really enjoyed.I enjoyed the free shuttle that'll take us anywhere downtown which I thought was a beautiful area. Most definitely will return again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
This hotel is very basic, more a high-end motel. It is also not in Bricktown, although they do offer a free shuttle service to and from Bricktown & downtown areas. The staff were very helpful and professional in rather trying circumstances.Genuine Expedia guest review

"Okay... not Great"
We stayed on New year's eve for my birthday celebration, and I was disappointed in the quality of the hotel. Our room was on the second floor. The ceilings were maybe a foot above my head in the hallways and it was very cold! I did not see any elevators, and the stairs were eventually a tiresome chore! The front desk service was very nice and helpful. […] The shuttle service was not as prompt as I had read in other reviews. We waited 30 mins to get a ride into bricktown then stood in below freezing weather for another 30 when waiting to be picked up.the rooms were clean, but the walls and doors were so thin you could hear anyone who walked by in the hall and anyone in the room next to you. It was not a terrible experience, but for the money it could have been better... Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
I needed to stay in town for work because of a pending ice storm. I was pleasantly surprised to discover they have a 24-hour in-demand shuttle. I got a hot breakfast complimentary. It was a really pleasant experience.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Great Shuttle Service"
The building itself could use some updating. The carpets look worn and some ceiling tiles show brown spots from previous leaks. The room itself was clean, but again it's not a modern room with convenient plugins for chargers, computers, etc. The complimentary breakfast was waffles, biscuits & gravy, danishes, yogurt, and cereal. It would be nice if […] there was some fresh fruit and protein choices. However, the staff was great and very helpful. And the best reason why I would stay here again was the shuttle service they offer. It was great to be dropped off at the Chesapeake Arena for a Thunder game and not have to find your own parking. Or to go into Bricktown for dinner and movie and have them pick you up at 1:00 a.m. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Big hotel great value"

"Hotel OK, but for $$ paid, could have been better"
Hotel and rooms are clean. Hallways are very dark. It is not close to brickyard. They do have shuttles, but it is very hard to get them to bring you back to hotel. I called 4 times and waited over 45 min in the cold. Twice the shuttle just pasted at the pick up point. When I called front desk, they would tell me driver is on his way. Breakfast is nice […] and very good. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"Overnight stay during drive from TN to NM"
I had a nice stay. I was only staying overnight, as OKC was in the middle of my drive. The staff was friendly, the room was clean, and there was a nice breafast in the morning. It's not the fanciest hotel (that matters to some). I think there's a shuttle service that will take you to downtown or to sporting events, but I didn't use that. It was a fine […] middle-of-the-road hotel. I was happy with my stay. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Pleasant staffing make the difference."
Your biggest plus was any of the people staffing your hotel. Each was helpful, pleasant and courteous in every way.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
This place makes you think you'll be in Bricktown w a low rate. Fact is its location is at least two miles east. It's been there for ever. It's old, antiquated and just a cheap stop. I searched the bed for bugs if that tells you anything.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Appreciated the clean rooms and convenient shuttle to downtown. Very good stayGenuine Expedia guest review
"Not a bad option for the price"

"accessible to the downtown area"
PROs: Accessible to Bricktown area 24/7 Shuttle Friendly staff Room is outdated but clean. Room has its own microwave and fridge. CONs: Place is rundown. Bathroom is outdated. Bathtub faucets were all about to come off (Rm 139).Genuine Expedia guest review
Facilities old and run down, would not stay here againGenuine Expedia guest review
This hotel was all right. The staff was friendly and helpful. The accommodations are fairly basic. Less expensive than the downtown hotels. They offer shuttle service anywhere in the area.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Nice hotel, staff very helpful."
Staff very nice, helpful too. We used the 24 hour shuttle three different times, really did like that, didn't have to pay for parking downtown Oklahoma City!! Only problem we had was in the middle of the night, both nights, there were people out in the parking lot that were very noisy. Woke us up both nights. Talking, yelling and laughing. Not able […] to go back to sleep for a couple of hours after that. We did not call management, maybe we should have. Staff very courteous, rooms clean, continental breakfast was very good also. We would stay there again, only ask for a room away from an outside wall. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Very nice hotel"
The staff was very nice and the shuttle driver was very nice and on time. Love the experience and definitely will revisitGenuine Expedia guest review
Stayed in this hotel due to the proximity to Bricktown and $Value. The desk staff were excellent! They were all very friendly and very knowledgeable. Our room and bathroom was very clean. They offer a free shuttle to bricktown. The shuttle is very prompt and the drivers were very fun. When we were ready to be picked up we would call them as we were […] closing out our tab. By the time the waitress closes you out and you get outside they are pulling up with a smile. Our only negative experience was in the hotel bar. The bartender was not polite and acted like customers were a nuisance. She spent most of her time turned away from the customers while playing on her phone (you know the type). We helped ourselves to a few drinks (we kept our bottles and notified her when she returned) because she would go on 15 min smoke breaks. I think the hotel corrected this breakdown in customer service because the next morning that bartender was coming out of the managers office with a very unhappy look on her face and the bar was not open that night. This is a value hotel so do not expect updated furniture and the luxury feel. As a value hotel it did exactly what I wanted; A clean place to lay my head and shower, while being close to the activities I came for. Book with a peace of mind! "Stay at Bricktown"
I arrived and checked in to what was supposed to be a non-smoking room. Opened the door and it certainly was not what I expected. Called front desk and was assigned a different room which was very nice. No odor at all. Hotel is in need of much upgrading. Carpets in hallway need replaced but were clean. The shuttle service is great. If you are going […] anywhere in Bricktown the shuttle is free. Parking downtown is at a premium so the shuttle is nice. Breakfast was great with waffles, biscuits and gravy, cereal both hot and cold, juice, coffee, milk, and a very pleasant attendant. I will stay here next time I'm in need of a room in Bricktown!
