The hotel was quite comfortable and the staff was extremely helpful! We would definitely stay here again!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Would I stay again? Possibly."
My husband had to be in the city early the next morning on business so we headed up last minute to the city. I didn't want to pay "bricktown" prices so we went with this hotel. I knew before I booked that even though the name said "bricktown" that it wasn't actually in Bricktown. I was ok with this...the brice was way lower. The outside of the hotel […] looks..well, almost scary but the inside was not too bad...it was clean and that is the most important part to me. :) The room had an odd smell but I'm sure it was just the cleaning supplies they used and we got use to it right away. The staff was EXTREMELY polite and helpful. Will we stay there again? Maybe...if it was a quick trip for just somewhere to sleep...but if I was going for leisure or to just "get away"...probably not. This hotel is about 2 miles from brick town area but they do have a free shuttle . It is not a very desirable location , bus depot across the street. There is no elevator so be prepared to carry luggage up stairs .Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"good hotel for price"
The weekend I traveled to Oklahoma City was a busy one! So many of the downtown hotels were too high priced for my budget. The Bricktown hotel was just right. It was very helpful that they have a shuttle service to downtown and all you do is call and it will be there. The room was comfortable and the free breakfast had many choices. The neighborhood […] wasnt the best but there was no reason to go outside anyways. I would stay here again. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
The staff was wonderful. The place is older and could use a make over. The shuttle service was the greatest. Will return for a future visit to OKC and stay there again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
My kids just wanted to be close to downtown in a clean comfortable room and this hotel fit the bill.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great hotel great breakfast great review"
Front desk attendants were friendly, shuttle took us to concert downtown and back, breakfast was awesome with many options, and rooms were clean!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
I always stay at the Bricktown Hotel for the shuttle service. Although the hotel is a little dated, the room was clean and quiet and the service is great.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great for drinking downtown"
We used this hotel mostly for the free shuttle. They were prompt and the drivers were all cool. Also we got a discount on Frontier City tickets since we bought them at the front desk. Rooms were nice and people were nice.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Was a great stay friendly serviceGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"We enjoyed our stay"
We had a great time! Staff was courteous and the place was nice and the breakfast was delicious... Everyone was awesome!!! Thanks!!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Good: the shuttle Not so good: the water for the shower would not get hot. Carpet felt "sticky" on bare feet. A/C filter may have needed changing as both my husband and I had some allergic-type reactions. Cough & burning eyes.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
one of the reasons I booked this motel was price and the shuttle service...the shuttle service was Excellent! I was with a group of young ladies and the shuttle service was wonderful for getting us to the downtown activities. Would definitely use again for this type of function. Thanks so much.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Fine for the price and close of OU medical center"
Overall, it was an ok stay. The hotel itself is an older hotel. So, nothing super fancy. It is pretty clean, and every time we were out or in the halls we saw a maid cleaning something. Only saw one bug, but it looked like a beetle. We took a swim closer to the end of the day, kids pool was very dirty and adult pool had a few leaves. Not sure if thats […] because of other guests or if they just hadn't cleaned it yet. One nice thing about the pool, is that they provide towels in a cabinet. Staff was very friendly and worked well with us. Only real complaint was about the complimentary breakfast. Over the phone they made it seem like it was a full breakfast (waffles, eggs, bacon, etc). It was not. They only had waffles, biscuits and gravy, cereal, apples, oranges, boxed juice, coffee, and water and non of it was good. Overall a decent stay, but disappointing breakfast. "not what i expected"
No elevator. Hard for older folks like us. Room smelled. It was clean and the hotel was pet friendly. 2:30 in the morning someone let themselves into our room. Front desk put them in our room. Good thing we had the security latch on so they couldn't do more than unlock the door. We wouldn't stay there again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Very clean and friendly"
The Hotel offered a shuttle to Bricktown and the drivers were friendly and recommended good places.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
I thought the location was in the heart of Bricktown, it was about 2 miles away. This might have been a good hotel in the 1950's! The only thing good about it was they had a free shuttle to Bricktown.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
OK, so the location isn't the best but I didn't feel unsafe. It is an older property which definitely needs some updating, but the superior service trumps these shortcomings. Took advantage of free shuttle twice--to go to river and then the memorial.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Shuttle Service Amazing"
Hotel staff was very nice & helpful. Shuttle service was the reason I stayed there and it was amazing. Nice to go to Bricktown or anywhere and have a ride. Breakfast was super and till 11am on Sunday's (great since I stayed out late on Saturday.) I was extremely impressed!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Average hotel redeemed by good service"
The hotel itself is no more than average, but the shuttle service makes this place worthwhile. There's nothing special about the room or the amenities (though the hot breakfast was quite nice), but you get an on demand 24 hour shuttle to the Bricktown area of town. Bricktown is the local "tourist" area that houses most of the attractions and restaurants […] that travelers would want to visit. For someone like me who hates driving in cities, the shuttle was a godsend. When you want to return to the hotel, just give them a call and within 10 minutes the shuttle is back to pick you up. Service staff was extremely friendly as well. My only complaint was that the shower was broken, which was a fairly big deal, but I took a bath instead. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
We thought, based on the name that it was near the Brickyard. It was 2 miles away, in a seedy neighborhood. With a Waffle House across the street, and the Highway on one side, and a truck-stop on the other. The free breakfast looked so bad, that we skipped it and when out to breakfast. I would not stay there again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Good shuttle service to downtown"
2nd time I've stayed, and the shuttle service and inside of the hotel has overcome the exterior look of the hotel. I will stay again. I stayed in April 2012 for OKC Marathon, and more recently on a family vacation.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"The place to stay in OKC"
Been here a few times, always a great place to stay. You can pay double in BRICKTOWN, or stay just out side BRICKTOWN and enjoy all benefits. Hotel has a shuttle to take you to and from BRICKTOWN. Place has been redone, clean updated rooms. Great beds, Flat screen TVs. Great Staff and Service.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
The building and room were in pretty good shape in terms of repair and cleanliness. The free shuttles to Bricktown were very convenient as well. The surrounding neighborhood is a little sketchy but otherwise it was a good experience.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Extremely friendly staff. They make sure you are taken care of your entire stay. The AC was messed up when we got there, but the front desk had maintenance there within minutes and he fixed it right up. He even gave us some good suggestions for dinner. The 24 hour shuttle was fantastic! We shuttled to and from Bricktown both nights. The drivers were […] very friendly and gave suggestions on the best places to go. When you were ready to be picked up they were there within 5 minutes. The room was minimal, but that's all we needed. We had continental breakfast both mornings, and that was also good. I will definitely stay here again if I return to OKC! Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Good for a cheap trip to Bricktown"
I used the hotel for three nights when looking for an apartment in OKC. The hotel is not pretty on the outside, but the rooms inside are very nice. The hotel offers a free shuttle to Bricktown, the major social area of OKC, which my friend and I used every night. Combine this with the free parking, this is a great choice for those on a budget that need […] to come to OKC considering that some of the nicer hotels in downtown Bricktown make you pay for parking. "Good budget hotel - love the shuttle"
This place probably used to be really nice, and there are aspects that show someone cares and is trying to make improvements. However, you can't change the cramped bathroom and not that great location. You can change the dirty carpet sitation however. That being said, I would consider staying here again. First of all, it passed the bedbug inspection […] right off. We slept like logs in the king bed (with my white noise app on full volume, could still hear highway noise), even though the pillows were as flat as pancakes. TV and internet worked well. Fridge & microwave weren't needed, but good to have. Could use more outlets in accessible places. The woman who does the breakfast buffet does a great job. Bread/bagels individually wrapped so they don't dry out, lots of selection, good coffee. A high point, as is the shuttle, which saves you from driving to Bricktown & lets you imbibe without worry. All the employees were friendly, helpful and professional. Overall, a good budget hotel! Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Brick town hotel"
The service there was phnominal, even on the holiday weekend when they were shot staffed. What we loved the most was the shuttle service!! Took the stress out of the equation, did not drive once. Will definitely stay here on our next visit.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
The room was a convenient location and the staff was great but the condition of the hotel is a tad rundown. It is also next to a truck stop so quiet time does not happen.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
the staff and overall accommodation was great, couldn't ask for better service. the shuttle buses and drivers were very courteous and helpful. speedy service and friendly folks and helpful if u needed it. breakfast and service was excellent and a very friendly and efficient group keeping things out to eat. location leaves a little to be desired but […] felt safe and secure. cant do much with the location part but overall service was great and good comfortable rooms and great service. would definitely stay there again. "Great location and a Budget hotel.."
I have stayed in the hotel for 3 Nights. Budget hotel in a very good location.. The hotel rooms are very spacious, comfortable and clean. Breakfast is great. The hotel is in walking distance to the Greyhound Depot. Staffs are very courteous and helpful any time. Nothing to complain.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Availability of free shuttle service/breakfast"
It was a good stay. The staff was most friendly and cooperative in any request you might have. Unfortuanately after returning home on Sunday I discovered a bullet hole on the passenger side of my car in the back bumper region. On Friday night of my stay I did hear a commotion outside my room and I suppose that is when it occured. Wish I had investigated […] sooner. Stayed 5 nights and the hotel had about everything you would want. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Room smelled like chemicals and was hot"
The A/C didn't cool the room down and the room smelled like chemicals with no way to air it out. The freeway was about 12 feet from my room, not very impressed. If it was a 35$ a night hotel, I'd say it was alright, but for the price I paid this was pretty janky. Don't recommend.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Not what I expected"
The ratings were so good for this hotel ... I was shocked to find it in a "semi-bad " part of town. The outside looked very questionable ... But the rooms were nice, clean and quiet. The lobby and breakfast were also good. If you just need to sleep and care nothing about vacation atmosphere or the location the price is right and service is good. Don't […] expect it to feel like Brick town though. Brick town is very close by and they have a free shuttle! Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

Disgusting and misleading! I was unable to cancel reservation unfortunately but would it recommend expedia reservations ever again as a result!Genuine Expedia guest review

"Shuttle is the best"
Great hotel - Older but remodeled. Great Beds, flat screen TV's. Owner is on the property all the time. Staff is very good. Shuttle to Bricktown is the best. Runs until 11 pm. Takes you and picks you up where ever you want. The place to stay in OKC.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Big quiet room(123)comfy beds, new linen, towels"
A bit hard to find, given the maze of I40, I35, Reno changing names. Easy shot to ballpark and bricktown restaurants. B'fast was lacking in nutrition, though I made up for the heart stopping biscuts/gravey with 2 yogurts and apples. Coffee was the highlight.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Clean and comfy"
Everything was clean, the bed was comfy, staff was nice, what more do you need?Genuine Expedia guest review
"OK hotel, overpriced for what you get."
The hotel was fairly clean, dated though. Looks like they may be trying to do some minor updates. Our cold water wouldn't work in our shower, had to have maintenance come and fix it. It wasn't terrible, but was definitely overpriced for the room. The one a few blocks down was half the price.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Close to Bricktown"
24/7 Shuttle service. That was what we loved the most. We travel to Bricktown a few times a year just to get away for the weekend. We like to stay in bricktown when possible so we don't have to drive anywhere. We love the bar/restaurant scene there. The rooms in Bricktown are sooo expensive. This hotel is half the price and with the shuttle service […] you can be downtown in 5 minutes. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Called brick town but not within walking distance"
Old and outdated. Minimally clean only. Will not go back. Too pricy for what it was. Did not feel safe parking to the sideGenuine Expedia guest review
"Run screaming from it!"
Grossly overpriced and misadvertised. Shabby, run down, bad neighborhood. Shower didn't work -- hotel staff merely shrugged. Bulldoze it and start over.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Nice Hotel in the Middle of Everything!"

"Far to much for the shabbiness."
Paid way too much for this place. Roomed looked like something from the 80's, hadn't been updated since.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Hotel close to busy highway"
It was a lot further away from Bricktown than we were led to believe! They do offer a shuttle service but is not always available! We found some of the front desk staff to be rude and unhelpful! The pool area had 4 gates, all padlocked and they couldn't find the keys!Genuine Expedia guest review
"They saved the day"
My friend and I stayed at this hotel the night before our marathon. We were able to take a shuttle bus provided by the hotel to the downtown area, so we could pick up our registration packet, eat, and etc. We called for them to come pick us up and take us back to the hotel, and they were very prompt on getting to us. The next morning, they had several […] shuttles ready, snacks and drinks those participating in the marathon, and worked with us so that our check out time was 1:00 instead of noon. They even provided us with maps of where they were going to drop us off and pick us up from the marathon. The marathon was delayed for two hours due to bad weather, so of course we weren't back in time for the 1:00 check out time. As we were on our way up to our room, I explained to the lady working the front desk that we would hurry, she told us not to worry about anything, and that they completely understood what happened and to take our time. We will definitely be staying there again in the future for the upcoming years we run the marathon! Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
