The building and room were in pretty good shape in terms of repair and cleanliness. The free shuttles to Bricktown were very convenient as well. The surrounding neighborhood is a little sketchy but otherwise it was a good experience.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Extremely friendly staff. They make sure you are taken care of your entire stay. The AC was messed up when we got there, but the front desk had maintenance there within minutes and he fixed it right up. He even gave us some good suggestions for dinner. The 24 hour shuttle was fantastic! We shuttled to and from Bricktown both nights. The drivers were […] very friendly and gave suggestions on the best places to go. When you were ready to be picked up they were there within 5 minutes. The room was minimal, but that's all we needed. We had continental breakfast both mornings, and that was also good. I will definitely stay here again if I return to OKC! Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
We only stayed one night at Bricktown Hotel and it had a lot of things good but was ruined by a falty shower control. After spending the day at Bricktown on a hot and muggy day and taking an evening tour of the Memorial, we ended our day very exhausted and simply wanted to come back to the hotel and take a good shower and go to bed. It was about 10:30pm […] and my friend had already taken a shower and mentioned she had a hard time adjusting the water. I showered second and took at least 10 minutes trying to figure it out and never could and finally took a cold shower. It was either scalding hot or cold, never could get it right. I called the front desk afterwards and although the attendant offered to change our rooms, the damage was already done and we simply wanted to go to bed. The attendant the next morning was gracious enough to discount our charge. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

Staff were kind & pleasant. Needs some upgrade to facility carpets etc. Room clean, fridge & microwave.Genuine Expedia guest review
"The staff are awesome"
Awesome friendly staff, and it looks like they have made some updates. However, so many more updates need to be done.. Carpet is kind of ick.. shuttles vans smell ick.. Outside looks very dingy. But our rooms were clean enough as far as we could see and the staff, as I said were very friendly and helpful. Plus a shuttle downtown which saved us a cab […] fare. So overall we would stay there again. I just wish it looked a little better and not so run down.. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"Good for a cheap trip to Bricktown"
I used the hotel for three nights when looking for an apartment in OKC. The hotel is not pretty on the outside, but the rooms inside are very nice. The hotel offers a free shuttle to Bricktown, the major social area of OKC, which my friend and I used every night. Combine this with the free parking, this is a great choice for those on a budget that need […] to come to OKC considering that some of the nicer hotels in downtown Bricktown make you pay for parking. "Good budget hotel - love the shuttle"
This place probably used to be really nice, and there are aspects that show someone cares and is trying to make improvements. However, you can't change the cramped bathroom and not that great location. You can change the dirty carpet sitation however. That being said, I would consider staying here again. First of all, it passed the bedbug inspection […] right off. We slept like logs in the king bed (with my white noise app on full volume, could still hear highway noise), even though the pillows were as flat as pancakes. TV and internet worked well. Fridge & microwave weren't needed, but good to have. Could use more outlets in accessible places. The woman who does the breakfast buffet does a great job. Bread/bagels individually wrapped so they don't dry out, lots of selection, good coffee. A high point, as is the shuttle, which saves you from driving to Bricktown & lets you imbibe without worry. All the employees were friendly, helpful and professional. Overall, a good budget hotel! Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Brick town hotel"
The service there was phnominal, even on the holiday weekend when they were shot staffed. What we loved the most was the shuttle service!! Took the stress out of the equation, did not drive once. Will definitely stay here on our next visit.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
The room was a convenient location and the staff was great but the condition of the hotel is a tad rundown. It is also next to a truck stop so quiet time does not happen.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
the staff and overall accommodation was great, couldn't ask for better service. the shuttle buses and drivers were very courteous and helpful. speedy service and friendly folks and helpful if u needed it. breakfast and service was excellent and a very friendly and efficient group keeping things out to eat. location leaves a little to be desired but […] felt safe and secure. cant do much with the location part but overall service was great and good comfortable rooms and great service. would definitely stay there again. "Great location and a Budget hotel.."
I have stayed in the hotel for 3 Nights. Budget hotel in a very good location.. The hotel rooms are very spacious, comfortable and clean. Breakfast is great. "Availability of free shuttle service/breakfast"
It was a good stay. The staff was most friendly and cooperative in any request you might have. Unfortuanately after returning home on Sunday I discovered a bullet hole on the passenger side of my car in the back bumper region. On Friday night of my stay I did hear a commotion outside my room and I suppose that is when it occured. Wish I had investigated […] sooner. "Room smelled like chemicals and was hot"
The A/C didn't cool the room down and the room smelled like chemicals with no way to air it out. The freeway was about 12 feet from my room, not very impressed. If it was a 35$ a night hotel, I'd say it was alright, but for the price I paid this was pretty janky. Don't recommend.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Not what I expected"
The ratings were so good for this hotel ... I was shocked to find it in a "semi-bad " part of town. The outside looked very questionable ... But the rooms were nice, clean and quiet. The lobby and breakfast were also good. If you just need to sleep and care nothing about vacation atmosphere or the location the price is right and service is good. "Shuttle is the best"
Great hotel - Older but remodeled. Great Beds, flat screen TV's. Owner is on the property all the time. Staff is very good. Shuttle to Bricktown is the best. Runs until 11 pm. Takes you and picks you up where ever you want. The place to stay in OKC.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Big quiet room(123)comfy beds, new linen, towels"
A bit hard to find, given the maze of I40, I35, Reno changing names. Easy shot to ballpark and bricktown restaurants. B'fast was lacking in nutrition, though I made up for the heart stopping biscuts/gravey with 2 yogurts and apples. Coffee was the highlight.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Clean and comfy"

"OK hotel, overpriced for what you get."
The hotel was fairly clean, dated though. Looks like they may be trying to do some minor updates. Our cold water wouldn't work in our shower, had to have maintenance come and fix it. It wasn't terrible, but was definitely overpriced for the room. The one a few blocks down was half the price.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Close to Bricktown"
24/7 Shuttle service. That was what we loved the most. We travel to Bricktown a few times a year just to get away for the weekend. "Hotel close to busy highway"
It was a lot further away from Bricktown than we were led to believe! They do offer a shuttle service but is not always available! We found some of the front desk staff to be rude and unhelpful! The pool area had 4 gates, all padlocked and they couldn't find the keys!Genuine Expedia guest review
"They saved the day"
My friend and I stayed at this hotel the night before our marathon. We were able to take a shuttle bus provided by the hotel to the downtown area, so we could pick up our registration packet, eat, and etc. We called for them to come pick us up and take us back to the hotel, and they were very prompt on getting to us. The next morning, they had several […] shuttles ready, snacks and drinks those participating in the marathon, and worked with us so that our check out time was 1:00 instead of noon. They even provided us with maps of where they were going to drop us off and pick us up from the marathon. The marathon was delayed for two hours due to bad weather, so of course we weren't back in time for the 1:00 check out time. As we were on our way up to our room, I explained to the lady working the front desk that we would hurry, she told us not to worry about anything, and that they completely understood what happened and to take our time. We will definitely be staying there again in the future for the upcoming years we run the marathon! Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Not what I was expecting"
I was not familiar with the area and was disappointed by the location. The name of the hotel indicates it is located IN Bricktown. It is NOT. The 4 days I was in town were packed with things to do in Bricktown but I was not within walking distance. I was also RIGHT NEXT DOOR to two truck stops. The noise level from the trucks was ridiculous. The bathroom […] needs to be CLEANED not "wiped down". The knob to turn on the shower came off in my hand as I was trying to prepare for a shower. Spewed water all over the place. I "fixed" it. But the fix only allowed me a lukewarm shower with very low water pressure. I found maintenance in the hall on my way out. He was great. Had the issue resolved by my return. The cable guide to the channels on tv are wrong...how frustrating! Staff was great. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"shuttle only good part"
People were nice and shuttle was awesome, we were there for the marathon and didn't have to deal with traffic and parking. Room was old, not real clean, beds sucked and pillows were lumpy. The staff was very nice and helpful, breakfast was great for a continental. Overall the room and location ruined it.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Don't let the name fool you, this hotel is NOT in bricktown. It's way off by a bus station and when we pulled up there were vagrants sitting outside drinking from paper bags. When we pulled up it was clear we were not going to have our kids stay there. We turned around and found another hotel even though we had already paid. We were later told that […] this is a common issue. They are riding on the name for people like me not familiar with the area. Again, just beware! Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Not quality I expected"
Our room had a hole in the ceiling, bed was unkept. But we had been out partying on Bricktown, so it wasn't a huge problem. The next morning the shower wouldn't work. So went to friends room to shower. Theirs you could only do full blistering hot, or ice cold. No middle. So went to another friends room, theirs would just barely trickle out. So no shower. […] Went to front desk to let them know. And they were very unpleasant and didn't offer a solution or help of any kind. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

One night stop to hang in Bricktown on our way to Austin. The hotel was older but clean. The price was so much lower than being in Bricktown and the 24/7 shuttle made it so handy. "No Elevator and Loud Pluming"
The only problem I had with this hotel is: 1. They did not have an elevator. So if you have bulky luggage, be prepared to carry it up a flight of stairs. 2. You can hear the pluming. If your neighbors used the bathroom, you would hear the pluming running for 20-30 minutes after. It was loud, and made sleeping difficult.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Definitely not worth the price"
I really wish I could've cancelled the reservation on this room as soon as I saw the outside and it only got worse from there. Given the location and age of this hotel, plus the lack of upgrades to any part of the hotel I saw, I would definitely not stay here again. Although everything was clean, it was not worth the price. The first shuttle (a mini-van) […] we rode in had seats that were badly in need of repair. As I tried to scoot across the seat, I was sucked down into the cushion due to lack of springs. The second shuttle was a scuffed up express van that had seen better days. And I am only giving the hotel staff and OK rating because the shuttle driver played inappropriate music during our rides; everyone else was great. The room itself was adequate but given the price paid should've been bigger with a bigger bathroom. The complimentary breakfast was very good but the dining room was very outdated and the booth we sat in needed new springs in the cushions. Overall, I give this hotel a D-.
