I grew up in the Akron / Cuyahoga Falls area - so its nice to have a place to stay when I come home to visit that I know is always clean and comfortable. The staff has always been warm and welcoming.

Great staff from cleaning staff to front desk staff to workers in the hallway to evening reception bartender to the cook and servers in the morning. As usual, having cocktails in the evening and breakfast in the morning are major perks of Embassy Suites.

Location.
Conveniently near the airport in Middleburg Heights, Days Inn Cleveland Airport South is close to Baldwin Wallace College and International Exposition Center. Additional area attractions include NASA Glenn Research Center and Memphis Kiddie Park.
Hotel Features.

it was short but good i'll do it again
Once again I chose the Days Inn Cleveland Airport South as my jump off point for my trip to El Salvador. The proximity to the airport, the value for the price, the shuttle service to and from the airport, and the genuine niceness of the staff make this an obvious choice for me. Will use this place again.

Overall not bad, but thy advertise two queens, but the beds are full.. no way they are queen, which is not good if you are used to sharing a queen and get tricked into having to share a smaller bed. The breakfast is basic, like most free breakfasts... the room was clean but the entertainment center had stains that were less than appealing

Was exactly what I was looking for in a night's stay close proximity to the airport. Clean, quiet, and great price.

it was a good hotel for the price. the location has a lot of food, gas and stores all over. I felt safe in the area and the hotel up on check in has a drive thru all u do is drive up tell them who you are and they give you your key and done. I would reccomend. The only problem I had was they say they have hbo and they dont.

The hotel room was very nice and spacious with a couch, desk, lounge chair, fridge, microwave and even a safe! However, the water filtering part of the coffee pot was pink and in need of cleaning! Other than that we enjoyed the stay.

I have traveled to this location 4 times over the past 2 years. Great beds, large rooms, the pillows are always comfy. Good breakfast room. close to the Airport and has a free shuttle if needed.

"Nice stay for business"
This was a great, inexpensive stay in a well located hotel. Close to so much. Fast food, IX Center, I-71. This was our second stay and we will return. Not fancy, but serviceable.

The room was clean. Service was good but the bed was horrible. It needs replaced. My husband slept on sofa in room. That was our room. Not saying the other beds in other rooms where bad. If it wasn't for the bed in all its a good hotel. I would recomend it to anyone.

I got the room for a good price, however, the room was not clean, walls were paper thin, and owners were less than friendly.

The major disappointment I had with this hotel was that I booked a king room, checked in exactly on time only to find they had over booked and the only rooms left were standard beds. I wasn't offered a discount for this inconvenience, and the hotel staff was a little snarky about the whole affair and unprofessional. Other than that, it was nothing remarkable. "Somewhat disappointed"
This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. We stayed two nights in two rooms. After the first night, we did not leave our rooms until 1pm. We noticed the maid's cart out, a few rooms down. We took the "do not disturb" sign off of our doors, assuming that we would come back later that evening to newly made beds and fresh towels. Our rooms […] were never cleaned. We were surprised. In addition, at the complementary breakfast, they ran out of coffee and bananas. They really were not monitoring the food very well. And the trash was overflowing. I was worried because the price was so good and I had read alot of reviews when making my choice. This Place was alot better that I had expected, the rooms were very clean, breakfast was good, service was good. I would definitely stay here again. Well worth the money.
The Days Inn is our home when we visit Cleveland. The rooms are comfortable, the staff acommodating, and the breakfast quite satisfying, and the price unbeatable.

"Dont book this one!"
Usually Days inn is a no brainer I am pretty low maintenance as far as now nice a hotel has to be since is just me on business but this one is the worst. The bed was super uncomfortable, I barely slept. I had to put a coat over the flashing fire alarm it was so bright, I could go on but you get the picture. Don’t book this one

Airport shuttle service was excellent. This was the primary reason for selection of the hotel: close proximity to the airport with a shuttle.
"Creepy and gross"
I was there November 2011. I thought how bad could it be? It was disgusting. The carpet was so filthy I refused to let any of my things touch it.
"Did the Job!"
Just needed an inexpensive hotel room for the night upon landing in CLE. Service was great and free shuttle late to the hotel was such a wonderful service to offer. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Please note that ask for silverware at the front desk. I ate my mac and cheese with coffee straws (not the hotels fault).

The room was OK but the safe was broken and the floor had evidently not been swept for some time. There was a hole in the bathroom door and the bathtub was stained as though it had never been scrubbed. I also found a moldy tea bag in the basket of coffee. The continental breakfast was a little disappointing, too. The biggest problem I had was that I […] had to get each room key reprogrammed to use in our room door. For the price of the hotel it was pretty nice, basic but nice. Its right off the highway and about 15 minutes from downtown. Also everyone who worked at the hotel was very polite. I would come back if I stayed near cleveland again

We booked the suite hoping that it's would be better than other rooms. The room was non smoking but as soon as we stepped in it was horrible. It smelled so bad that we couldn't even sleep. the next morning I got sick, it's been 3 days since and I'm still sick. The hotel is a basic, plain Jane hotel. The bathroom had black mold in the shower crevices and shower head. Bottom of tub stained grey. I could not even correspond with the people cleaning my room. I tried talking to the cleaning people on both levels of the bldg., but they really did not understand me. The location is good. Close to airport and freeway. "Don't Judge a Book By Its Cover"
Upon pulling up to the hotel, I was a bit leary, but the once inside the room, it was fine. It was clean and comfortable. Although all rooms have outside entrance, I felt safe. The staff was polite and friendly and were accommodating when I needed a toothbrush.
