We were in a room right by the road and since the room did not have an ac unit we had to leave the windows open. The weather was perfect for this but the noise was not. Rooms were Non-smoking but there were cigarette burns on the couch and the carpet.

So close to the beach, for a very low price! Yes, it's old and the decor didn't match, but it was a very clean and spacious room in a quiet area! And the Tuesday Farmer's Market, across the street, was a bonus!

the room was large and spacious for 4 people. the room could have had a better window because we were by the street and we could hear the cars as they passed. other than that, the room was ok or good enough. It was $300 for 3 nights. So it turned out to be $75 per person for 3 nights.

The hotel is older, has several different sections and looks like a converted apartment complex. I was in the section nearest the ocean with a seperate security gate, which was nice. I think if you were in a unit around the pool, it could be quite noisy, but in general, my building was nice. The location was indisputably awesome. The room was disgusting, moldy smelling, damp, very out of date - shower was a joke. The service was a downright fail: except for one older gentleman who worked the desk overnight.

Yes, it is next to the ocean but I would not return here again. The room is old, carpets dirty, bathtub chipped, pillows lumpy, windows taped, & an old , small tv. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

They changed the carpets and remove all those stained bed covers and chairs. First we were given a room that the door does not lock right and there were trash on the floor. Told front desk about it and was given another room. It's not any better. I hated the carpet. It looked so filthy and some parts were ripped. This hotel has a terrific location and that's about it. If you don't need a working lamp, any real amenities or heat and air conditioning, this is the place for you. I find it appalling that there's been no money spent on furnishings even for a beachside hotel. Plastic tables and chairs would be better. Be sure you know what you're getting into.

The kitchen was not usable until I borrowed basic cooking supplies and eating utensils i.e. there was one spoon, 4 forks, no pots and pans etc., AND, the freezer needed defrosting!!! Ice cream would not stay cold; food in 'frig froze! Sink drained slowly because of gunk down formerly usable disposal! other than that - unit was clean and spacious.

This hotel sits right on the beach and has easy beach access. The rooms are spacious, freshly painted and clean. Four of us stayed for five nights and enjoyed our stay very much. We had two bedrooms and plenty of space to spread out. Yes, as we read in the reviews the TV was small and an older model, but we were not there to watch television. We were right by the pool which was sparkling clean and clear. We did ask for extra pillows which the hotel happily provided. A bare bones stay in room 120. The other rooms had windows with views, ours more resembled a basement, but we only came in and slept after a family function because it was too late to drive home. The price was low, so it was OK.

Really nice for the budget price. Nice lighting which is rare for cheap hotels, but important during the winter. Location, location, location - right on the water. But one possible negative - right next to a park where some dicey-looking characters hang out. But they clear the park at dusk.

I was so happy to be able to reserve this AND had the conditional clause of being able to cancel right up to the day before the check-in date!
