"Worth a revisit"

The revisit was with my mother who had not been to this Hotel for 15 years. Her reaction was one of feeling like a Queen. The Hotel as we have come to expect was up to the normal very high standard. The staff were very atentive without being overpowering. Nothing was any trouble. The food was very good especially the breakfast which had just about anything anybody wanted. The Hotel was spotless and the views from the rom and balcony over the town and sea were magnificent.

Excellent location right on the beach with wonderful views of the sunset. Helpful staff. I was there alone but also good for families and couples

The hotel looked nice from the outside and the staff was friendly however, the rooms were very small and I bet we have more confortable beds in prison in the US then the ones in the hotel, we had a hard time sleeping, horrible. The pool area was small, never a lounge chair available. If this is a four star hotel Motel 8 is five star plus.

Perfect location, nice & clean beach resort. Beds are adequate, could be more comfy.. Breakfast had many options and great!

Garbe war das erste Hotel in Armacao de Pera das direkt an den damals leeren Strand auf einen kleinen Felsen gebaut wurde Architektur wie nicht anders zu erwarten deshalb etwas altbacken Was besticht ist die Lage Anlage wurde technisch vor einigen Jahren aufgepeppt Zimmer klein aber ausreichend Schallschutzfenster Keycard leider kein Kühlschrank oder Minibar im Zimmer Teppichboden müsste auch nicht sein Pool klein Vom ausreichenden Liegebereich mit Sonnenschirmen aus kein direkter Zugang zum Meer bzw Strand Tür dafür ist vorhanden war aber permanent verschlossen Man muss außen um das Hotel herumgehen Frühstücksbuffet enthält leider kaum frische Früchte oder frisch gepressten Orangensaft eigentlich schade wo doch in Portugal Pfirsiche und Orangen nicht in Dosen wachsen Alles halt auf Allinclusive ausgerichtet aber ein mittlerweile weltweiter Trend zur Kosteneinsparung Trotzdem empfanden wir das Hotel für drei bis vier Tage zum reinen Relaxen recht nett Größtes Manko in der Hochsaison ist die katastrophale Parkplatzsituation am Hotel und in der näheren Umgebung Wir haben uns nicht getraut den Mietwagen während unseres Aufenthalts zu bewegen
