the walls are paper thin, so I couldn't sleep because of people talking in the hallway, in the room next to mine, and at 3 and 4 in the morning there was the sound of vacuuming!

Hotel is comfortable and the staff is amazingly friendly. We did have some minor issues with the heaters in the rooms and the TVs. The staff fixed the issues quickly, although one TV would still not work.

For the most part, the experience was good and the breakfast was OK. The 2 employees at the front desk around 9:00 pm on Oct 17, 2012 seemed pretty unhospitable, my third night at the hotel. When I asked for another face-bar soap for the wash basin, one of them simply said that we may out of it while the other one said that there may be some in the […] back. Nice hotel in general. Conveniently located in suburbs not far from the downtown. Rooms are clean and nice. Pillows and mattress are low quality - uncomfortable sleep. Breakfast is very low quality.

The room was clean and comfy. The hotel staff were friendly and were of help when needed. The service was good overall. Hotel amenities were good although the restaurant was a bit overpriced and the breakfast menu lacked any choices other than cereal and toast. I would recommend this hotel to any of my friends visiting.

The hotel was nice and in a convenient location. Staff was friendly and helpful for the most part. The continental breakfast was good. The room temperature was a little uncomfortable - heat on to hot - heat off to cold.....But that's a personal thing. We ordered a movie - it went out 1/2 way through - we told the front desk - they told us we would […] not be charged but upon check out we were charged - and then treated like they didn't believe us... But in the end took the charge off. Only other complaint was the gym. 4 machines - only 1 worked - was a bit of a disappointment for someone who books hotels WITH a gym. Read more

I have stayed in this hotel several times in the past on business trips and it has been a good experience. This time the restaurant in the hotel was under construction. The hotel permitted a loud and drunken party in the 3rd floor hallway involving 20-30 people during the middle of the night! The first time I complained at 11:00pm the front desk ignored […] me. The second time I complained at midnight, the hotel moved the party from the 3rd floor I was on to the next floor up! After the party returned to my floor about 1:00 am and drunken men began pounding on the hotel room doors, I threatened to call the police and the hotel finally stopped the party. The next morning the hallway was dirty and full of empty bottles. The room was clean, but the queen size bed had a double size flat sheet for the bottom sheet so it couldn't be tucked in and didn't stay in place. One of the MOST comfortable beds i have ever slept on in a motel. Extremely clean, quiet, Great night's sleep. Motel personnel were friendly and helpful. This hotel is close to great shopping. Restaurants abound. It is easy to get to where you want to go. The restaurant in the hotel is a super spot also. I would definitely reccomend this as a place to stay.

The photos on the site look far better than the hotel. It is falling apart but they still charge prices as high as downtown. I would definitely get one in Gatineau or downtown next time. It is clean though.

Furnishings were dated and the beds weren't all that luxurious but about what we expected for the price. It was clean and the staff friendly and helpful. Very convenient for Scotiabank Place events and quiet as it is away from the highway.

I was very pleased with everything especially the price of our stay, it was a convenient location for us and I may do this again in July or August. I would have liked to have seen a little more in the breakfast say some fruit or yogurt but I was not terribly disappointed.
