The Hotel was ideally located for my needs. The wifi/internet connection worked very well in the room. My only complain is the lack of electrical outlets; there were only located by the desk and none by the side of the bed.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. We liked free WiFi in our room and the room was very clean and comfortable. Food prices were quite high but the quality was good. It was reasonably close to two tram stops and 15-30 minute walk to the Peace Palace and Scheveningen area to North Sea beach.

Terrible locatio, far from city center. No tea making facilities or iron/board in room. Misinformed when I checked in that breakfast was inc luded, so was charged 60 euros for food I would not have eaten if I had known.

Excellent location; variety of transportation options; train service to AMS frequent and cheap; internet service in-room said to be slow; two computers available free in business center, with printer; rooms spacious and well appointed; conference center facilities top notch; staff helpful.... would gladly stay there again.

I stayed for 5 nights and was very happy with the location, cleanliness and comfort offered by the hotel. Even the board room where we had our meeting is an ideal room, very pleasant with a great view to meet the needs of a meeting of a small group of 10-12 people. It is also reasonably priced!

Well received. Friendy and efficient support at the front desk. The only reason why I indicated hotel service less then good is that snacks and drinks are sold through a vending machine! Even the standard bottle of water you find in your room in all hotels all over the world needs to be bought in this machine. It's a pity that a good hotel with a nice […] standing does not see this a part of service embedded in the price. Typically Dutch behavior? Tweaking profits where ever possible? Also internet fee is very expensive (standard KPN hotspot) compared with hotel rates in other parts of the world. Nevertheless an overall good experience. Read more

I was surprised to see the hotel listed in the "world hotel" brochure, which is displayed prominently around the hotel and in the room. The hotel is old-fashioned and lacks the comforts of a world class hotel. Small details were out of place: not even a complimentary water bottle, the shoe shine was dried out and even upon requests for replacement, […] they did not seem to have any usable shoe shine in their assortment. It is very noisy in the morning when housekeeping goes around and knocks on doors shouting "housekeeping" - not condusive to a a quiet morning after a late night arrival. The room was cold and would not warm up. The business centre is a joke: one of the two computers there was not working, and the cable of the mouse was stuck. Good hotel on city fringe in Museum location with good but paid parking. Room decor becoming dated and therefore barely makes 4* Trams handy for the City Centre. Do not stay if a large conference is being held

Disappointing. It was not a bad hotel but from the moment we checked in the receptionist offered us another more expensive room since they were off-season, kind of like a flight upgrade! First time for me in a 4 star hotel to have this kind of selling directed at me. Rental bikes were 15 euro/day each! Expensive. Actually the rooms are quite old and not perfect - some small damage here and there, old haridryer, etc. Seems kind of 80`s business hotel generation. The lobby is nice but the rooms are disappointingly ordinary. I wouldn`t pay the full rate for this hotel. If you drive, there is free parking behind the hotel, along the tram line, by the gemeente museum, but they probably won`t tell you that at reception unless you ask. Ask for a family apartment when making reservation and at check in but wasn't accommodated and not given any reason why not as the apartment I did rent was the same price and hotel was not full. Also cleaner entered the room at around 10am and asked us what time we would be leaving?? Our stay was almost Perfect. There are some issues that I have to mention: The minibar was out of order. But we could use another fridge for our daughters meal. The other point is that the bathroom for Standard room is not 4*, but it is between 2* and 3*. The 17.50 euro parking fee/day and the 19 euro/person for a breakfast could be less... Our standard room we though at first was economy! Some listed features e.g. safe and minibar were missing but discovered the floor was being renovated upon enquiry. However, The Head of Reception could not have been more friendly and accommodating giving us a Executive Suite on the 9th floor overlooking the sea. Only other comment the price of breakfast […] at 19.50e is rather steep especially as the standard of service within the restuarant is poor. The hotel is in a nice location with trams near by for trips into town or the beach even to Delft. The fairly quiet streets and woodland around the hotel are good for walking plus there is the added attraction of the Gemeentemuseum next to the hotel. The Brasserie behind the hotel is worth considering on a pleasant day for refreshments in the open air. Read more

Stayed at the Bel Air quite a few times, for days a time. The hotel is in the just on the outskirts (but The Hague is very small anyway) of town, (10mins by tram to the centre). Rooms I thought could have done with brighter lamps and a bit of updating but that was my only 'gripe'. Apart form that the room service was fantastic and very speedy. Because of the location, there are no immediate shops nearby, but there is a nice park/forest just opposite which would serve any recreational runner quite well. All'arrivo, ore 19, il bagno era molto sporco. E' stato necessario richiedere un cambio di stanza. Nella nuova stanza la pulizia era appena sufficiente. Arredamento, design e manutenzione molto datati. Letto troppo morbido. Panorama dalle finestre molto gradevole.

Hotellet är stort och välskött med trevlig personal men ligger lite "off". Vill man gå ut på kvällen måste man ta bilen eller åka spårvagn. Detsamma gäller om man vill bada på beachen i Scheveningen. Het hotel is prima. Vriendelijk personeel, schone kamer. Om 12.00 uur ingecheckt en we mochten meteen gebruik maken van de kamer. Dit was ook zo bij een eerdere boeking. Ontbijt en parkeren is te duur.

Zeer prettige ontvangst, bijzonder vriendelijk personeel aan de receptie. De kamer was netjes maar eenvoudig. Dat mag voor een 4 sterren hotel wel wat luxer. De afstand naar het centrum en het strand is te ver om te lopen. Geen echt hotel voor de gemiddelde toerist, zeker wel prettig voor zakenmensen.

I was staying at Bel Air Hotel from 3 to 5 April 2012. When I checked in, the reception told me that the room payment was already included the breakfast. After I checked my printed hotel's booked from hotels.com, I found out that breakfast was not included. So, I went to the reception again and asking them about breakfast, and they still confident saying […] that breakfast is included. So, I just took breakfast in the hotel since I thought maybe they gave some compliments. However, when I checked out, they gave me the bill on my breakfast. I was not complained. However, I would suggest that the reception should not tell a lie to get money from the customers by saying breakfast is included eventhough is not included and have to pay extra. Read more

Februar 1987 alleine das erste Mal im Hotel fuer Arbeit. 2011 wieder zurueck, aber jetzt mit meiner Frau. Das Hotel strahlt etwas aus was schwierig zu deuten ist. Das Hotel liegt zwischen City und Strand, es ist sauber und ruhig. Der Empfang nett und freundlich nur die Parkgebühren von 17,50 pro Tag waren teuer. Ich würde es wieder buchen, es war ein schöner Aufenthalt und meine Wünsche an das Hotel wurden alle berücksichtigt.

デメリット： 市の中心から離れているので、行くときには路面電車で通う必要があります。 またインターネットは無線なのであまり速度は期待できないです。 朝食は高いので、フロントに教えてもらったスーパーで調達しました。中華料理屋さんなどもあり歩いて行けます。 メリット： 建物は新しく、上階からの景色がよかった。 カウンターは英語が完全で、なんでも相談できます。 とくにWorld Forumでの会議に参加するときには歩いて数分ですから最適でしょう。
