Enjoyed staying here - pool is great. Lots of restaurants about 3 miles from here. Hot tub is nice, but would be nice if a little bigger - but well maintained. Nice fitness center. Walkways on intercostal waterway very nearby. The front desk crew was so-so. I felt I was an inconvenience to be tolerated. I was informed it was a time share and no hotel services would be provided. The unit was clean. I don't know about the condition of the screened porch because the slider didn't work properly, thus we didn't go out there. The sofa and mattresses really need to be replaced. […] My back bothered me for several days when I returned home. The grounds were nice except the lagoon feature was filled with green globs (algae or plants?) etc. making it rather unappealing. I make it a point to be nice to staff. I know what working in hospitality is like. I worked front desk/reservations at a hotel in South Florida. The general manager needs to work with his people to improve customer interactions. If you are having a bad day, I should not be aware of it. Overall, the resort has the potential to be a really nice stay. Read more

This is my 7th stay at this resort. Love, love, love this place. The staff is great and very responsive to any concerns. Only complaint is no free wifi except in the office.

If you are looking for a family vacation, this is NOT the place. There is absolutely nothing to do in this small town. The place is totally isolated. However, I must say that the unit we stayed in at the Legacy was extremely clean, but very dated. Do not be fooled by the online pictures. A renovation is terribly needed. The mattresses need to be replaced […] immediately. They are cheap, thin, and absolutely offer NO SUPPORT to your back. Every turn you make, is like rolling over into a hole. Advertisement did not indiacate this was a time share facility. Also check in times were inaccurate. Rooms facing the pond had very loud frog noise during the evening. Overall though this was a very nice accomodation.

The villas were spacious and had all of the makings of home. The grounds were well maintained, and provided a serene environment. Shops and restaurants of all varieties were with 2-5 miles and it was only 10-minutes from the beaches. Beautiful.

We stayed for 1 night and enjoyed watching the robins come in for the evening and the koi in the ponds. The condo was spacious and clean-the furnishings were a little outdated but well maintained. The master bath was awesome with a huge, deep jacuzzi tub and a shower with adequate water pressure. The room had a fully equipped kitchen and full sized […] washer and dryer. The pool area was very nice. The hot tub was a little small but it was hot and clean and we were able to fit 6 people in it with room to spare. Our only disappointment was that we paid in advance and the resort still placed a hold on our credit card. When we checked out, they placed a second hold, resulting in twice as much money being tied up in hotel holds. Read more

Don't get me wrong, Great deal plus all you could ask for a resort two rooms, make your own breakfast, or laundry. The lighting at the pool needs work, as well as around the neighbor hood. Pretty and comfortable, quiet and peaceful. Not for the party group.

Ping pong, semi-heated pool with cool waterfall, bike rentals with good sidewalks along the intracoastal, Very spacious, bring some detergent/dish soap as samples run out quick. This is our second time spending Christmas here. It is very relaxing and nice location. The place is old, but the price is right for a spacious condo. Staff was very nice this time. They are converting to time share sales so just know that in the future we may not be able to book. At least they say that. . Pool is big, ping pong and volleyball were […] fun. We have stayed here before it was Legacy and it was fine but a little dated. Now that Legacy took over they are making some improvements and the pool and workout room are great! They did try and sell us a timeshare which was a little anoying. In their sales pitch they said they would no longer be renting rooms through Expedia like a hotel and we better […] hurry up and buy one now. I will beleive this when I see it. Didn't realize when booking that this is actually a time share. The font office closes at 5:00pm, as does the business center, and you can't get wi-fi anywhere on the premises except for there. The units are functional if you are going for a vacation with a family, however, the rooms weren't that clean. I saw a 2 inch bug that appeared to be a roach […] in my room, and the staff didn't appear too alarmed. Also, there was some mold in the shower. It is in a wooded, very pretty area. But the units are large, and they have a nice kitchen area. If you arrive after dark, beware that you will be outside calling an office in Orlando to communicate how to retrieve your keys and check-in remotely. Read more
